Check in was very late. We could not go in to eat unless we on a certain attire. We came for Jamaica we couldn’t eat because most of our dresses had our backs out so we were starving.The staff were rude and lazy.

I didn't like unstable internet, TV always down. The ground is nice but the rooms need touching up. The staff are generally nice and helpful. The resort is not bad for a low budget vacation no frills, it's clean the pool and pool area is nice. And there's a cute baech across the street that's belong to the resort.

I like the local food, but the limited options sucked , my bf had an allergic reaction to the food because he has shellfish allergy. The rooms were not updated , very nasty shower head, the bathroom mirror was dirty, they charged $10 for lost wristband and lost keys. The power went out the whole day, so we didn’t really eat and were not able to charge our phones. The staff just had attitudes and it was not a very relaxing experience. When the power went out, it was super hot and flies were flying in the dining room. We’ve been bamboozled ! The beach was nice though but they close the area at 7p… you do have to walk across the street to get there , the little deli that they have at the pool sucked , staff had attitude and just not welcoming, I asked for ice cream and never got it before they took the other person’s order so I left. It was not worth the money, the resort was equivalent to a 2.5 star hotel in the US, maybe like an extended stay. This place is just not it if you want to go and relax. They should at-least refund money back from the power going out and we were out to get some air and try to search for places to charge our electronics, and so that my bf can work from his laptop.

Some of the staff was very nice and professional. The room was smelling like mold, the room was very damp. I almost hurt myself in the room because the floor was very slippery and damp due to the moisture in the room. The smoke detector was making this loud noise. I reported it the front desk and they told me they were sending someone to take care of the problem and no one ever came. There's no vent in the bathroom that is working.

Overall it was a great experience. The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful from the security gaurd to the check in staff to the servers. The customer service at this small hotel far surpasses that of the larger all inclusive chains in the island. The food was great as well. The amenities such as the beach and jacuzzi were great but the buildings need refurbishment and the air conditioning was not working good. An overall great experience.

Limited amenities & entertainment. We paid for a King sized bed— was told none was available 😒 so my money was wasted. Then the front desk staff tried to gaslight me that we aren’t allowed to choose a bed: excuse me….? I showed my receipt she repeated the same crap. They said they will move us when one opens up. Reaching out to Reservations, Antoinette was helpful to acquire a room switch & upgrade. The Pool had CAUTION tape & was not open for part of the stay. The Beach Grill chicken hotdogs are utterly disgusting: tasted like air. They have 1 community iron and they would not allow us to come pick it up and said we have to wait for housekeeping to bring it— that took an hour. We saw 2 red ants in the room on day 1 in room 222 & the hot water ran out, a large dead roach in day 3 out near the pool area & the condensation from the A/C made the floor extremely slippery in room 910 & on our 2nd to last day they locked us out of the room & we had to go back downstairs to be signed in again— they could’ve called instead of locking us out. No mimosas with breakfast & no alcohol until 10am. At the deli grill there’s always something she doesn’t have & she’s not the friendliest. This will definitely be my last time ever booking here & I do NOT recommend unless it’s the best you can do. Some of the other staff were helpful & kind but not worth it with all the things that were an inconvenience when you are paying money to come to an island & relax to avoid stress in all forms.

The staff were all more than amazing, my stay was great, the piano bar and beach bar were fun, was not happy that the pool was closed for repairs without disclosing, I only booked at a resort to have the options of going to the pool and ocean, deli was also not available/closed, so it just took away options, other than that, great time spent at the ocean with awesome lifeguards

They should have informed guest the pool was being fixed and reimbursed for the ones who paid for that view/area. Everyday I woke up to construction noise and still didn’t not receive my 1 hundred dollar hold for the room which was poorly put together there was one sheet on the bed no curtains on the bathroom window. Under than that the staff was friendly and the entertainment was good.

I loved this property. It was almost perfect as the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so nice, especially in the restaurants. They should consider a few upgrades and have a cleaning checklist to make sure rooms are thoroughly cleaned, otherwise this was such a wonderful place.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating the property itself from the garden to the beach was breathtaking. The room a deluxe ocean view is ok but the bathroom was horrendous splotches all over to mirror couldn’t get a clear view of myself, the shower head was leaking from the side and the toilet kept running constantly.My friend on the other hand that had a suite room was excellent right through. So book wisely.

Overall, I had a good stay at Sea Garden Resort. The staff was friendly and my room was cleaned daily. The food, beach, and pool/beach bars were all great.

The main downside was the bathroom water it would cut off randomly, and when it did run, it often switched from extremely hot to extremely cold. This happened my entire stay and was frustrating, especially in the shower. Also, washcloths weren’t always replenished, and I had to call the front desk a few times to get them.

Other than that, everything else was enjoyable, and I would stay here again if they fix the water issue. For future guests, I’d recommend bringing a couple of extra washcloths just in case, and a little patience for the water situation.

I liked most things about the property but my last visit before this one was the worst of my 4 visits. They first put me in a room with no TV. Some technicians were working on the connection outside the room which they never got done on the following day. They moved me around to 3 others rooms before I found one which was okay but had no hot water. Now on my last visit, my fifth, the room I got, the safe didn’t work. They put me in another room and the phone didn’t work and it was never fixed despite my reporting it to the front desk many times. One day they cleaned my room and did not replace the wash rag and the face towel. I like the hotel but they need to pay attention to their support services.

The property wasn’t in great condition but it also wasn’t in bad condition. The bathroom was very small, couldn’t use the toilet without the face sink touching you. The hot water wasn’t as hot and it doesn’t work at all late at night. So I would advise anyone to shower before 12AM. The bed was okay, it was king size with 3 flat pillows and it didn’t have any blankets. What I loved about the property was that it had great entertainment every night and great food at the buffet. The workers were very friendly and nice as well

This is a great all-inclusive hotel near the airport with everything you need for a little getaway -- food, drinks, beach, swimming pool, game room, and more. They have a formal Italian air-conditioned restaurant which is very nice, so be sure to make reservations at the lobby desk near the buffet restaurant after you check-in, as time slots go quickly (first seating 7pm).

The hotel staff make us feel like we're coming home, always welcoming and friendly! Thanks so much to the various departments who make guests like us feel special. We noticed the new signage this trip and also the work being done on the fountain/fish pond area with fresh paint. And of course, we love the gardens with the beautiful flowers, especially the orchids, which create a peaceful oasis.

Price is very reasonable, however i had few issues. Im pretty sure there isnt enough hot water for certain buildings in the morning because i couodnt get a single hot shower in the morning, 2nd the ac barely felt cool, asked them to look at it no change and yje previous place had a split it cooled the room no issue and that was 2 star resort, finally its odd to me not to have a blanket even on the bed and a dew size pillows..otherwise if yoi get round this its a very clean, friendly stay.

The beach is beautiful. The water is very shallow and clear. The beach bar makes burgers and jerk items.

The staff is not courteous. There were a handful of people that was nice and provided good service.

The property (grounds)is beautiful. The rooms are too old and needs upgrades. The lobby area needs paint and new furniture. The buffet is the only place that had a modern look to it. We had 5 different rooms and only one room was up to par. My friends had no hot water the whole time we were there. The light went out one day and the generator ran out of gas.

Food was okay. Some days they made good stuff other days were not great.

The house keeping staff is horrible....I had to chase them every night for wash clothes. When you ask for something that's supposed to be in the room, the answer will be we will send it right over only to have to ask or go in person a few times.

If you want a great beach and 1 star service then this is your place.

Booked two rooms one on Expedia. The smelled moldy, sink would not drain, had to put my hands in the dirty water to drain the sink, no TV remote. The second room, booked directly with the hotel, had to put your hand in the back of the toilet to flush it, AC didn’t work, and went an ate dinner the food was tasteless and my daughter ate something that made her sick. The front desk was horrible, took over an hour to check is in. We reported everything right away and got no response, we checked out the next day and they refused to give me all my money back. I lost four days.

I loved the vintage ambiance of the SeaGarden Beach Resort. I was impressed to see the grounds people walking around the property enhancing the maintenance and upkeep. There were two great breakfast waitress that provided great service on Thursday morning, I can remember their names but they understood the importance of connecting with the guest.

I paid for 5 days, the room Keyes did not work so they were supposed to fix them, so we went on a excursion & when we came back the next day they checked us out & stated that Expedia only paid them for 2 days— we NEVER checked out .they bought our items & clothes in a trash bag! Hopefully Expedia will help if not …. Plus the hotel is old and the rooms are like your on a plantation … the food is awful! The grounds need a update…
