I loved just about everything about this hotel! You can’t beat the location, right in the middle of everything. What especially surprised me was that even though it’s so close to times square, my room was always quiet. The staff were absolutely incredible and accommodating. The only complaint i have is that there was no breakfast, because the Premier is being renovated. I would have liked to know that ahead of time, but that didn’t ruin how awesome this hotel was. If I come back to NYC I’m definitely staying here again.

After exploring the city all day we were extremely upset to find our hotel room door unlocked and open after housekeeping failed to secure the door properly after servicing the room on our 3rd day of the trip. No one came to speak to me and i barely received an apology for this. As far as we are aware, none of our valuables were taken, however, this is a huge security & safety issue which i dont think was dealt with appropriately

I was extremely dissappointed and very concerned about the cleaning of these rooms.
Upon entering I was taking back on how old this hotel really was. Their elevators may be up to code but it had horrible hesitation while going up, not a smooth ride up at all.
Carpets are extremely dirty and old.
Room 519 was old, funny odor, closet doors were missing, plugs had some mold, wall tape was coming off and most importantly to note the shower had mold all over
Their bathroom set up is very very outdated.
After a long late flight, a good hot shower would of been good, but the shower was unacceptable. Front desk told me to talk to \"next door manager\" for a discount. I was moved to room 523, which was far out worse, the ac unit made a lot of noise.

After I was told they were sold out, and being a late check in i had no choice to return to room 519 brush my teeth and go back to the aiport 9 hours later.
I was distressed with their call of action, and their filthy bathrooms.
It is not worth staying here no matter how close to TimeSquare is from their location.

The “continental breakfast” was sadly nothing of the sort. Not a croissant in site. Pre-packed muffins and filled rolls of dubious quality etc. There was no seating so it was grab and go. Very misleading

The staff were very kind, and responsive when we had issues or requests. The building is dated; there was some damage to almost every aspect of the room. The water pressure and temperature was nonexistent during peak times and the water completely shut off at multiple points during a normal 9AM shower. The room was drafty; we had the heat at 78 degrees when it was 20 outside, and the room was still colder than the hallway. The continental breakfast is tiny, and there are no tables or seats; it is all take away. The location was amazong, the price was fine, and the staff were wonderful, but you get what you pay for being a block off Times Square.

Overall had a good stay, rooms was clean upon check in, good size , it was 2 of us. With Queen bed and seperate sofa for add'l seating.

Location: Amazing, 1 min walk to time square, walkable to Rockerfellar, 5th Avenue shopping, Bryant Park, and Broadway shows and about a 15 min walk to Penn Station and Madison Square Gardens

Dining: lots of options around the hotel from fast food late night options, food trucks to sit down restaurants and bars.

Hotel is located above the Hudson theater.

Staff: Overall polite and welcoming

Here were my issues
1. No fridge in room, you can request at front desk, which we knew before checking in. We requested upon check in and they never arrived. Followed up that evening and the check in person didnt put the request in. Came later that night

2. We stayed Sun - Wed in Dec 19 -23, housekeeping would come first thing in the morning when we were sleeping, we had to put do not disturb sign on which we would take down by 10am each day, however housekeeping would not return later in day. Odd , not sure why housekeeping would come so early when people are sleeping to do housekeeping. Usually the come thruout the day. Anyhow room wasnt cleaned for the entire stay. We requested housekeeping on Tues and front desk made a call , but nobody came. I gave the feedback on my checkout date Wed , they were kind enough to discount the room.

The followups with front desk never materalized , as a guest we shouldnt have to followup over and over.

When we asked for a late check out —front desk gave us an hour extra—manager of housekeeping came and knocked at 11:30 —and we told her but she said we’ll make sure u do leave at 12 sharp—that was rude

Check-in was quick and easy. The king room was a nice size. The bed was comfortable, four pillows were provided, would have liked for them to have been of different firmness. The bathroom is large, the shower unfortunately is small. The hotel itself is quiet but there is street noise. Especially the bicycle taxis. They play their music excessively loud. The location is really good. It's located in a block of 44th Street with several restaurants and pretty easy to walk to multiple places of interest. Certainly a great location within the Theater District. There is parking garage within the block that made it also convenient to park nearby.

The hotel, is safe, clean and friendly staff. The room we were in was spacious, clean and comfortable. It could use some touch up work as wall seams were peeling in some areas. There is ample closet and drawers for clothing. There is an area with a coffee maker and ice bucket, but for some reason the hotel has chosen not to provide a refrigerator in the room, which there is space for it and should be a basic amenity for hotel of this type. The bathroom is large but the shower is small. Would have preferred a larger shower over the small shower and separate tub. The hotel provides a robe and house shoes if you desire to use them. They could also consider ensuring there are electrical outlets on each side of the bed. I had to crawl under the bed to access an outlet to charge my phone.

It’s looks old, the lobby is poor, odd smell, the staff is not so good and not so helpful, the rooms I was in had a dirty carpet that needed to be changed, bathroom sink peeling, hot water runs out after 2 minutes. Poor experience, especially for the price. The location is unbelievable, though.

There was no fridge in the room which was unfortunate since there were tons of places to buy novelty foods/pastries. We ended up stacking our foods in the window sill in attempts to keep them cool.

While the room had a nice deep tub, the faucet spit out a ton of hard water debris and the water was green. Probably due to old copper piping. There was a shower also but the shower stall was very small and the shower head was terrible.

Complimentary breakfast was just single packaged muffins, danish, some cereal, and fruit. Nothing hot except coffee. There was no where to sit to eat so you have to bring your food back to your room.

They do offer a bag check before you are able to check in at 4:00pm which is very helpful!

Beds in the room are comfortable but you will hear all of the noises from broadway ave and surrounding areas.

Plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Hotel is within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see. There are plenty of shows in the immediate area as well!

The staff are AMAZING, nice, respectful, positive, and helpful. However, wish the hotel had a little bit more to offer, especially inside the rooms.

For example, my room had no refrigerator and the view, of the city, was mediocre. Nothing bad to say about the breakfast because it was continental breakfast with a few options to get your stomach right, while you’re on the go.

Overall, great staff filled with smiles and great customer service, but just wished the hotel, its self, had more to offer.

After a long wait time for check in, I was told that my name was not on the list. After a while, reception told me that I had been moved to the other property owned by the same property owners. I moved to the new hotel and had to wait again in a long check in line.

The room given was not clean. The walls required paint. The desk was full of scratches. The light switch was broken and the broken frame was full of dirt!

DO NOT BOOK!!!! first of all, i paid extra for a city view and didn’t get it at all. Second of all, they charged me 946.34 canadian dollars when i booked for 791$ only. When i came back to talk to the staff, she told me i shouldn’t have paid that much and that i would be refunded, she gave me a receipt. This morning, i see in my account that they charged me ANOTHER 816.54$ !!!!!!! and they did bot refund me AT ALL.

THIS IS FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY !!!!!
they charge me a total of 1762.88$ for a single night from october 17th-18th 2025.

Yes, i will take legal action if they do not refund me soon.

We went to the Millennium Hotel and were told we were next door, so we went to Premier and they upgraded our room. We get to the room and someone was doing maintenance in the bathroom when we arrived. He finished quickly and we were settled in. We had difficulty getting the tv to work but other than that, it was a nice stay.

The hotel was nice. The staff was excellent, very nice and professional! The room itself was large for a downtown NY hotel and the location is excellent! Right in Times Square and very close to the Port Authority bus depot. The breakfast was a bit lame but it comes with the room so at least you aren’t paying extra for it. I would have liked a fridge in my room and I did put a note on my reservation for one (you cannot reserve in advance) but when I got there they told me if I wanted a fridge I’d have to move to a queen room which I did not want. So no fridge. I’m not sure if any king rooms have fridges or not. I was under the impression that they were portable. All in all the hotel was nice and I would likely stay there again.

The property was in a great location and the gym was very nice.

The bathroom was not cleaned at all and there was either pubic hair or arm pit hair in the shower. There was hair behind the toilet, bathtub, and some liquid that was spilled. I had to literally clean the entire bathroom myself. The hotel did not have a mop to clean the floor. I used sanitizer wipes i got out the gym and cleaned the floor. They offered to switch rooms the next day but why would i switch to a room that the floors are not cleaned. If you don't have a mop for my room, you don't have a mop for anorher room so why move from a room i already sanitized. They only took off the resort fee and they lied about taking off the first night rate. Some of the staff was rude and could careless . There was only one person in management that tried to make it right the other 3 people did not care. The hotel does not have a microwave, and you have to request a refrigerator, that was broke.

First, they gave us a room that was not clean (thebathroom had urine on the toilet), and the light was not working. They changed the room for us (the new room was clean, even the bathroom, but there was an issue that we faced, which was that the AC unit was cold on the first day, then it was hot for the rest of the stay).
