Wrong room allocated, changed room eventually and stained bedsheets, no towels, nobody on reception and the room stank of smoking. If you have any kind of respiratory problems, STAY somewhere else and thank me later.

The room smelt of cigarette smoke It was cold and the heater did not work. There was no shower gel or soap and only 1 towel for 2 people. The remote for the TV didn’t work. The duvet was ripped and looked grubby.

This was in a fairly isolated position, no amenities in easy reach. The quality of the room was basic and not as good as other budget hotels that are cheaper. It felt very run down.

Basic budget stopover

Hotel is exactly what you pay for... a cheap and functional place to stay! I like that the premiere class at least has a private bathroom (whereas others in the same price class have shared ones). We arrived late and the check in machine was super easy and worked fine. Rooms are super basic but for a fast stopover on a budget, it is totally fine. Parking is free, so that is a plus!

Room was very clean all beds were fresh clean linen. Room is ok size bathroom is very small but all in good working order and clean. Shower was powerful and hot.
Plug in room so was able to boil my own kettle
Reception staff very helpful and friendly
This is budget hotel so for what you pay excellent value..

cheap as chips...

cheap means you get what you pay for, and as such I can not really complain - got a bed in a room that didnt smell that good and had no legroom to swing a cat, though the aircon did work (thank God for that!!) but didn't shift the cobwebs next to it. Shower did work ok but there was a hole on the lino, so I assume that's where the fowl smell came from. Location was quite good, near a shopping area with a great deal of dinning choices, etc (5m drive). Hotel staff were pleasant enough.

Not book the hotel again

Stayed overnight but experience was rather disappointing. Cannot believe this hotel is rated as 3-star hotel. Room space is tiny. Hygiene is not desirable as stain is visible on bedding, table, and bathroom. Not worth the money though price cannot be said to be expensive.

For a cheap, simple room it is good. Rooms were very cramped but staff were really helpful and friendly. Don't arrive early to check in though as we couldn't and had to wait till 5pm.

This hotel has seen better days. There are no internal corridors between rooms and it was snowing and cold when we were there. So gettnig to and from the kids room was a pain. There are no English channels on the TV. I usually stay at the Premier Classe in Reims which is newer and a much better experience. I won't be staying here again.

The first room we were given smelt of cigarettes, including the sheets and pillowcases. We were given another room immediately with no fuss. The breakfast room was cheerless, and had no croissants. So we went to the Campanile next door for our breakfast.

Ok if you just need to bunk down

A completely soulless auto hotel with self service in mind. If you just need to bunk down for the night then no problem. Unfortunately you could hear every bodily function of the other guests who also spent the preceding evening getting smashed on the staircase outside.

Good for passing through

The hotel was a little less maintained then the Premiere Classe that I stayed at before in Warsaw. Even so its good for if you are just passing through and need a place to stay for the night and the hotel staff was very friendly and helped me out despite the fact that I don't speak French.

good for a return for skiing stop over.
I left some possessions in the room on way to the alps, it was all given back to me upon my return stop over - full marks for service!
not much around and you will need a sat nav to find it and then to find some food - but clean and utilitarian.

Premiere Class Great Basic Accomodation

Not stayed at Premiere Class before and it's really cheap I then flashed back to a horrendous experience of a stay at a Formula 1. This hotel group is part of Campanille is very new and are really basic and small rooms but were very clean and fantastic value particularly if you are travelling and just want a place to kip we had 3 in the room which was rather packed but fine for 2 to share I would say. Staff very helpful as well.

Used this hotel as a stop-over on our way down to Switzerland. Basic but clean. Location is on an enterprise park, so don't stay here for pretty surroundings. Breakfast facilities offered at reasonable rates and adjoining hotel provided evening meals if required. Tea making facilities would be a brilliant addition.

Nothing Premier about this hotel

This place calls itself \"Premiere Classe\" The name could not be more wrong.
I was fooled by the name into thinking it might be a good place to stay but how wrong could I have been. Our room was no more than a metal box with one corner taken up for a toilet.
There is no reason at all that I would recommend this place to anyone.......Terrible hotel.

Cheap and convenient

We were doing a long drive from the UK to Innsbruck in Austria and this was a perfectly decent place to stop overnight. The room was clean, the shower was warm and the beds were comfy enough.

There is an automatic check-in service, but that didn't work with our booking. Fortunately, when we arrived (3am local time) there was someone at the reception to help.

The car park is well lit and overlooked by the rooms, but I didn't see any cameras or security guards.

Definitely not somewhere for honeymooners, but a perfectly acceptable place to stop and sleep.

We used the Hotel as a quick stop on the way to Southern europe from the UK. For the price the hotel was fine but we would not want to stop for any length of time. The room was small and very dark, even with the blinds and curtains open and the lights on. The service was Ok, quick and efficient. We were given a discount voucher (15%) for the Companile restaurent next door where we eat for convenience. The meal was actually quite good and very tasty. Overall, a reasonable choice for an overnight stop but not really suitable for longer stays.

Friendly efficient staff but don't go when it's hot.

Knowing this hotel was a low cost, basic type of establishment, and wanting to save money, we were nevertheless surprised - for several reasons: - booking online was utter simplicity - on arrival after 1900h there was a charming man to welcome us. - everywhere the place can only be described as \"tired\". - the room was clean but very basic. - French tv only but fair enough. - room very stuffy, no extraction from douche - did not have optional breakfast also basic - one staff in morning also charming. Overall we would prefer to pay more and will probably stay chambres d'hote in future.

Arrivé à 14h je n'ai pas eu de chauffage avant un bon 17h, en plus personne de physique pour me conseiller, la machine à café ne fonctionne pas ce qui aura pu me réchauffer un peu, et quand le chauffage fut rétabli il ne faisait pas plus de 16 à 17 degrés dans la chambre.
Donc pour un réveillon de Noël ce fut vraiment le plus horrible que j'ai connu mais bon je pense que l'hôtel pourra faire un geste commercial vus les désagréments en courus

Salle du petit déjeuner fermé à 09h30 ( jusqu’à 10h le dimanche d’après affichage). Pas de personnel présent. Un couple à essayé d’ouvrir notre porte à de multiples reprises vers 05h00 du matin. Réveillés tout les 3. Et obliger d’aller leur ouvrir pour qu’ils comprennent que c’est pas leur chambre d’hôtel…très lourd.

Ayant deux jours de taf dans le coin, moi qui habite en région parisienne, j'ai réservé une chambre et commencé à voir à quelle heure je pourrais arriver. J'avertis l'hôtel de mes horaires atypiques, ils mettent en œuvre une solution. Mes horaires changent, je recontacte l'hôtel, ils me reconfirment une nouvelle solution, la veille. Puis mes horaires rechangent pendant ma journée de travail avec le risque que ça s'éternise. On me répond que dans tous les cas il y aurait quelqu'un à l'accueil jusqu'à 23h et que si j'arrivais plus tard, il faudrait les appeler. Ma journée s'étale et mon téléphone, faute de batterie s'éteint. Le temps d'atteindre ma voiture, il est 23h15. Il aura fallu un peu de temps, pour être honnête mais alors que j'avais peur de me retrouver à dormir dans ma voiture, la réception m'a rappelé et m'a ouvert. Très aimable. Très sympathique. Bon ce n'est pas cher pour une raison : il y a le strict minimum mais ça m'a suffit et ils étaient assez cool, que demander de plus ?

Nooit meer. Wij kwamen bij een kastje waar we in moesten checken voor 2 kamers apart. Draadloos betalen werkte niet, dus moesten we helemaal opnieuw beginnen. Geen lift en elektrisch laden, dus moesten een eind tillen met de spullen. Bij binnenkomst was de deur vet van viezigheid. Eenvoudige indeling en zeer klein, 2 van de bedjes staan naast de deur, dus zeer gehorig. Smalle bedjes, netjes opgemaakt. Bij het lostrekken van het beddengoed om eronder te slapen, begon mijn dochter te niezen van het stof. De badkamer is een soort kast, de kraan spuit hard alle kanten op. Er zijn 3 bedden, maar 2 handdoeken. Het hotel staat op een industrieterrein, ergens achteraf. Door dit alles een zeer onveilig gevoel.

Accès à la réception, malgré des panneaux, n'est pas aisé, il faut se présenter au restaurant.
Le bâtiment demande de la rénovation, surtout dans les chambres, portes de sdb défectueuses, sol impact de brûlure... certes ce n'est pas un 4*, rapport qualité prix rien à dire.... LA LITERIE, PROPRE.

L’hôtel est très sale et le personnel est très désagréable quand on lui fait remarquer à fuir cette hôtel je n’y retournerais pas c’est une honte de louer des chambres aussi sale sous couvert que se serait pas cher
