Soulless budget hotel in an industrial estate. Rooms were small and walls paper thin, certainly not 'soundproofed' bar was very expensive (€7.50 for a beer). Tolerable for one night whilst travelling through.

No frills, functional

Fine for an overnight stay. Clean, comfortable bed, compact, not much space in room or bathroom, no frills but ok. Location not great, in an industrial estate about 12 minutes drive from Reims centre, but free parking.

Uncomfortable bed, no chilled water unless you buy bottles, not eco friendly. Noisy people in the corridors at 1am and 2am woke me up. How can a breakfast be any value at £14.50 each, that's a lot of croissants or aimed at expense accounts. It is on the back of an industrial estate and next to a busy road so lota of road noise. No receptionist there when we left. I camnot recommend and will not use Brit Hotels again.

Okay but not the greatest

I would stay there again but it wasn’t the greatest. The main complaint about condition is the deadbolt lock on the door didn’t work. There was also a large stain on the carpet. When I complained they did offer to shift me to another room.

Comfortable budget hotel for Introverts

Reasonably comfortable budget hotel outside Reims. Good for a night if traveling down/up through France. Reception shuts at 11pm, so you'll be checking yourself in if you arrive later than that. I manged to complete my stay without speaking to anyone physically at the hotel, registering another record low-score for French customer service on my \"how was your trip\" hotel scoring scale. Ignored at Breakfast, ignored checking out and in order to check in due to my late arrival, provided my credit-card details over the phone, whilst doing 100mph on the peage....

Short Stay on Return from Skiing Holiday

Very easy to find from the nearby motorway, with secure parking. A 10 minute drive into the city centre in the evening. The rooms were clean and comfortable for a short stay. Excellent breakfast buffet at a reasonable additional cost.

You get what you pay for !

It’s cheap and a good stopover location. However, the rooms are very hot, the road outside is noisy and the rooms are basic. Our toilet was broken within one flush.

If you want a late night cheap stopover then go for it.

Location excellent to break journey back to Calais from South of France. Very well laid out family rooms, breakfast was very good and service excellent. Only grumble was the temperature in the bedrooms, too warm for a good nights sleep.

We actually checked out and went to another hotel after about 30 minutes. Hot day, no air conditioning in the room. The photos on expedia look nothing like the box room we had. Went for a drink and to sit outside. No where to sit outside. Asked if we could take a couple of chairs outside to sit on. No was the answer. Awful place. Best Hotel, I don't think so!

Hotel is old pre-fab and decor rather tired; room not very large but no significant noise from nearby main road especially when the blind was down. Not as clean as we would have liked - marks on shower walls, dust on toilet roll holder. Good for an overnight stay, not longer.

En route to Baden Baden, so we stayed here just one night, kowing it was next to a major road and in an industrial area.
Very basic rooms, but clean and restaurant is good, nice breakfast and evening meals.

Basic hotel with very small rooms. Beds were clean but the bathroom was a little dirty and had woodlice crawling around. The price is cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Good for one nights stay whilst travelling further south. Rooms ok with ensuite but no coffee or tea making facilities breakfast very cheap very good breakfast thoroughly recommend breakfast Also recommend Chinese restaurant by the roundabout 140 yards away absolutely superb all in a good place for one night stopover. 😃

I stayed here one night due to work ,very basic hotel, it ok for the price, the hotel restaurant was close that evening ( it was sunday )but the receptionist pointed out to me there was 2 chinky restaurants with in a 2 min walk and a grill bar/ restaurant, , she was very helpful, the breakfast was good in the morning plenty of choice ,

Simple hotel with excellent breakfast.

Our booking confirmation stated that check-in closed at 8pm, in fact it closed at 11pm.
We were greeted by a very helpful receptionist and surprised to discover that it was possible to order an evening meal in the restaurant until 9pm. There was also a bar which we hadn't expected and which was a pleasant surprise.
The rooms are simple and clean, no frills.
The buffet breakfast was excellent (with freshly cooked scrambled egg) and the selection of breads was the best we've ever had in a budget hotel.

Perfect travel stop-over with helpful staff.

The hotel staff worked with us to help us even though we could not arrive until 2am because of a delay to the UK's Eurotunnel departure (a 5 hour delay). We called ahead to the hotel and explained the situation. We are very happy with the hotel staff; they were very friendly and helpful. The worked with us and were a bright light on a dark travel day. Don't forget to call-ahead for a late arrival. This is not a 24-hour front desk (most European desks don't seem to work 24 hours). We made a very good decision by staying there. It was clean, had an excellent breakfast, and easy parking.

A little out of the way

Hotel is a little out of the way but for a night it did the job. Staff were friendly and spoke English. The room was a little on the small side but contained everything you needed, was comfortable and clean. A restaurant is on site however was closed on the night od our stay but a really nice Chinese restaurant was within walking distance. Breakfast was also available but we didn't have any and parking is free.

Hotel cheapish less expensive than similar in the other outskirts of Reims...It had poor rating possibly because the rooms are a bit run down. However the staff were better than average and the seven euro breakfast was much better than other similar hotels.
Great value for overnight stop 20 euros cheaper than similar hotels and far better breakfast.....

We arrived at the hotel and we were told that it was too early check in but the lady on reception checked us in anyway. This is a budget hotel but the room was fine though I wouldn't say they were spacious. Plenty of onsite parking and only a short drive from the centre of Reims

For our purpose of a halfway stopbreak going back to UK it served the purpose, room was ok, pillows were very uncomfortable or maybe they should give at least two pillows per person.
Girl on the phone in the hotel thruout our correspondence from abroad was very nice and polite, very helpful.
The breakfast was very nice and a nice variety of foods.
However we paid for a room and breakfast on our arrival, so we were unpleasantly surprised when a bloke from the hotel come running to our car to tell us that we need to pay for our breakfast, that was very rude .

New hotel intended for budget travelers.

The hotel is brand new, and very good value for money. Free parking and WiFi and the cost for the buffet breakfast (about 8 Euros) is very reasonable. The room was clean, but very compact and bare bones. You do need a car if you stay there, because it is considerably away from the city center, and there is no public transportation.

BEWARE: HORRID location

While the service and cleanliness of the room was OK, there are MANY reasons to avoid this hotel. The location is TERRIBLE. Climate control for the rooms consist of opening and closing the window. The surrounding neighborhood is an industrial park. If you're in town to see Reims, stay elsewhere.

Ganske rart sted at overnatte. Det er ikke noget fancypants, men har det man har brug for og er pænt og rent. Sover dejligt. Det ligger virkelig godt hvis man er på farten. Vi bruger det som overnatningssted inden Disneyland. Der er rart og god aircon. Venligt personale. Gode parkeringsmuligheder uden al mulig ekstra.
Kommer helt sikkert igen :)

Accueil à l'arrivée très désagréable

Découverte du réseau de cet hôtel pour le travail dans le sud-est de la France qui été très bien comme accueil. Donc j'ai réservé cet hôtel pour le travail pour 1 semaine à Reims. Dès notre arrivée l'accueil -horrible . La jeune dame nous a traitée ouvertement de voleurs et que nous devrions payer les chambres dès l'arrivée (malgré que nous avons réserver ave possibilité d'annulation), si non payement chaque jour, ainsi que nous devrions chaque jour lui indiquer quand on va partir. Vraiment très désagréable (j'espère que c'est pas nos apparences physiques qui faisait ça :)). Malgré ça le reste d'hôtel reste un bon qualité-prix. Le payement à la fin avec une autre dame a été très bien comme d'habitude dans un hôtel. Je ne sais pas qui est cette jeune dame mais dans 9 ans c'est la première qui m'a cassée le séjour.

It was cold in the rooms, and we never really managed to heat the floors and bathrooms, though it was eventually warm enough in the bedrooms.
Hotel is situated in an industrial district behind steel gates, that closes at nine. Not very charming neighbourhood, and we had to drive to get to the nearest restaurants

een comfort kamer is niet beter dan de standaard

Wij verbleven maar 1 nacht in een comfort kamer. De kamer was stoffig. Het sanitair redelijk maar in de randen van de douche en de afvoer wastafel vol schimmel. Wij hebben erg veel last gehad van de weg langs t hotel. Deze was druk en ik heb een geluidsopname gemaakt van de overlast. Als u die wilt hebben, stuur ik u hem met plezier toe. Het ontbijt was redelijk. Wel erg uitgebreid.

Tres mauvaise insonorisation, on entend jusque les ronflements des chambres voisines. Le responsable de l acceuil n est pas très aimable. Nous avions demandé des chmabres en côtes à côtes car nous sommes en famille, ce qui avait été validé par le site internet, finalement il y avait 2 chambres entre nous et on nous a bien fait comprendre que c est comme ça et pas autrement... question hygiène, nous avons tout de même retrouvé des pipettes de serum physiologique.... et meme pas une serviette pour mettre au sol lors de la douche....vraiment bof bof

Prima hotel voor doorreis. Ligt een beetje achteraf dus er is weinig te doen. Mooie kamer (comfort) Goed ontbijt en redelijke diner mogelijkheden. Er zijn nog meer restaurants in de buurt. Alles mooi schoon en ivm Corona wordt er in het restaurant extra gepoetst. Afgesloten parkeerplaats gratis. .

J'ai opté pour une formule étapes, mais le restaurant était fermé et dans le cadre de mon régime et de mes allergies je n'ai pu prendre qu'une entrée et 2 petits pains (dont 1 rassis). a 30 € c'est prohibitif.

Je voyage beaucoup pour mon travail, pourtant, je dois avouer que je n'ai jamais eu une telle experience. Malgré le courage de la personne à l'acceuil qui ne savais, visiblement, plus ou donner de la tête.

- Arrivée, chambre non réservée (alors que le booking avait été fait plusieurs semaines en avance avec hotel.com). Elle a réussi à me trouver une chambre
- Première chambre : une odeur épouventable de cigarette
- Seconde chambre : pas d'eau chaude, pas de chauffage, les plombs sautent
- Au matin, toujours pas d'eau : on me fait prendre ma douche dans la chambre 1
- Retour dans ma chambre ma clef de marche plus
- Retour à l'entrée pour une nouvelle carte qui ne marche plus
- La pauvre dame me donne ça carte pour pouvoir revenir dans ma chambre
- Je dois bloquer la porte ouverte comme je peux et courrir rapporter son pass à l'entrée pour revenir dans ma chambre
- La salle de conférence n'était pas organisée tel que demandée (mais la gentille dame à refait la salle pendant la nuit)
- Pas de wifi tel que mentionné

Bref, malgré qu'une solution ait été trouvée en mode \"bricolo-bricolette\" à la dernière minute par l'employée qui, heureusement, est restée serviable et adorable, l'experience reste profondément affreuse... je devais y revenir dans quelques semaines, je songe fort à trouver un autre hotel.

Bon accueil, restaurant très bon avec beaucoup de choix.

Bien situé facile à trouver personnel bien la chambre (triple) manque de confort la prise de courant dans la salle d'eau ne tient pas la fiche du sèche cheveux l'évacuation de l'eau dans la cabine de douche se fait difficilement on craint que l'eau passe au dessus du rebord du receveur de douche pour nous c'était juste pour une nuit mais on n'y retournera pas.
