The staff was not friendly or helpful. When I checked in they didn't great me and were very methodical. Same in the morning when I asked for late checkout. They just said no. I get it, you can't always accommodate, but just a friendly \"I'm sorry\" would have been nice. Someone erroneously charged my room and they just gave me a phone number and told me to call tomorrow with no explanation of what the charges represented. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times but will choose somewhere else next time.

The staff was wonderful. Special mary she help me so much even when my taxibdidnt come she checked on me and made sure he came back to get me. For the i will be always grateful her hospitality was one of the best ive even seen i will definitely come to stay again and you can thank maryand your beautiful hotel for that.

In my reservation notes I requested a room away from loud areas as I have trouble sleeping, and the person I stayed with had work at 4 AM (two hours away), so rest was very important. We were placed above the bar in the lobby ? directly outside our room with open walls. The bar was closed but remained loud with guests well past midnight. I understand noise while the bar is open, but there did not seem to be any quiet expectations afterward.given my pre request in booking u would think we would be placed away from the BAR.
I called to ask if other rooms were available. The only option available was a room a few doors down in the same area. Staff were very kind and offered complimentary breakfast, which was appreciated, and the breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and helpful both mornings.
The next day we were moved down the hall to the third floor which was quieter, however the room smelled strongly of cigarettes and did not seem like a non smoking room. I have asthma and this bothered me during the stay and I woke up with a sore throat. I assumed availability was limited due to the night before they said that and did not request another change.

While the breakfast was a kind gesture, the main issue was sleep and the ability to enjoy the room. Food does not really resolve that and it felt somewhat wasted when the reason for getting a hotel was to rest. A more appropriate resolution would have been offering a future stay at another doubletree rather than a meal .

Yes. Small room, not comfortable, tub drain was broken, They don’t have parking. There is a parking garage where you pay extra. It’s a hassle to go to the main lobby from the parking garage. Could hear people talking from other rooms. Won’t go there again. Staff is not friendly.

Was a bit disappointed at the fact that after calling twice to give them heads up that my flight was delayed and wouldn’t be arriving on time (late by 2 days technically) for a 3 night booking that they put me on a no show list ; the desk agent was not notified and he spent a lot of time to take us off the list and to reinstate the booking ; when the room was issued , the room was not cleaned and so he had to give us another room ; I think they need better communication amongst the team

The room smelt of a dirty crotch. The breakfast & the woman managing the breakfast room should be running the hotel, she was on top of everything, very friendly & personable too, give her a raise. The hotel looks very tired looking, whomever did the tile in the shower should be fired, what a mess of a job. Did anyone vet these people before you let them do shotty work?

Disastrous stay here! Here are pros and cons :

Pros: To be fair the room and bathroom nice, clean and modern.
Cons:
1. Parking charges. Upon check-in I was told I would have to pay an extra $25 per night ($50 for 2 nights) for parking! When I booked on Hotels.com I was sure parking was included! Staffer lady with an attitude said I booked through Travelocity (which I didn't!) and said I had to pay. I tried to cancel the rooms but she said because I had already paid I could not cancel my booking. After much frustration, she said it was possible to park on the street free from 6PM to 8AM. But I did not want to do that. Then we noted the parking elevator was OUT OF ORDER! So had to use stairs with my bad knee. We asked the receptionist to waive the fee because the elevator did not work. The receptionist, told us she could waive the $25 parking fee, but Sheraton did not own the parking so we would have to pay the parking company $28 directly per night which was even more ridiculous! We decided to leave at 3AM on the second night but fortunately there was one nice staffer man on night duty who said he would waive the fees altogether. We told him we were grateful. So far not charged. ONE SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF CHARGES ON BOOKING
2. Location: Hotel and room(s) is (are) located literally on a bridge across a highway! So there was quite a lot of car noise as they whoosh by. Once the heater fan came on it was not so bad but it is an awful location!

Was in room 624 had plumbing problems. The water would not go down the drain too easily in the sink and in the bathtub the wash the wash would look like our back of something and the toilet would not wash OK in the first one the language barrier came in when I had a removed from the first one to the second one 524 I’m sorry 503 from 624 so the room needs some improvement and visibility of towels needs improvement tool

It was clean. Hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was not worth the price. Bed was soooo uncomfortable. We could not get the room to be cool at all, so we would sweat when trying to sleep.

They had water bottle refill machines which was nice.

It is on the bus line, but one that doesn’t run as frequently. So, there were many times we had to just call an uber or have to wait around for an hour.

Pros: all staff very friendly, comfortable beds, current and lovely decor, convenient location, breakfast was good (but ran out of most items later in the morning).
Cons: it's basically impossible to sleep because of all the noise. The walls are paper thin and you hear absolutely everything all day and night. The bar/restaurant is rarely open. The elevator in the parking garage is broken and really should be fixed. Not sure how anyone with mobility issues could navigate that.

The front desk staff were great. My room was subpar at best- drain in the shower was visibly broken and should have been addressed. The toilet was dirty. Elevators in the parking garage were out of service- had to lug multiple bags up and down the stairs. Parking garage was inconvenient. $28 to park-without elevators! I wasn’t aware when I booked that this place was over the Mass Pike and you can hear every car, truck and siren going by. Windows to the exterior were filthy. Gym was nice but hard to find. The best thing about this place was the staff.

The room was fine. The windows were filthy and faced the highway, the noise of the cars was a bit overwhelming as was the awful sound the heat made when it came on. Right below my window there was construction. My first night, for some reason my television suddenly blasted on at 4:00am. I had to get up to turn it off, the remote was on the desk. Then at 5:30 the alarm - not one I set, came one. All in all a pretty terrible night's sleep. Oh, and the toilet paper -- honestly felt more like newspaper - for $200.00 a night for a small, room with a King sized bed in it, a room that had seen better days -- you could at least provide toilet paper that's a bit softer. A hotel stay should be comfortable, one should receive amenities, like soft toilet paper - one wants to feel pampered, not as if they're in the outback.

I’ve stayed here twice. The front desk staff are always pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and as pictured. I get charged for parking and both times there have been issues with elevator in the garage. The desk staff said it’s managed by another company…Marriott Bonvoy should use its clout to get that management company to fix it! Also, they charge $20 for breakfast. Maybe that is stand in Boston, but I find it highway robbery for scrambled eggs, cut fruit and oatmeal

this hotel sits on top of the Massachusetts Turnpike and thoe traffic noise can be heard even on the 9th floor where I attempted to sleep. The rest of the experience was acceptable, even including a rude night manager; but trucks accelerating at 3am not so much.
