Incredibly disappointing, these folks are renovating the whole hotel while allowing prospect customers to reserve rooms simply because they can’t afford to shut it down while renovating it. No breakfast, no gym and not amenities for kitchenette— a complete embarrassment. I asked for a refund

Also this hotel doesn’t have the capacity to ship items left behind. They don’t even make the attempt to help.

I was not please with this hotel rude customer service from the front desk.

I would strongly not recommend this hotel due to serious cleanliness and safety concerns. The room was visibly dirty upon arrival, including unclean surfaces, stained linens, and an overall lack of basic hygiene that made the stay very uncomfortable.

Even more concerning was the lack of safety. Doors and locks did not feel secure, and there was little evidence that guest safety was a priority. This created an unsettling environment and made it difficult to relax or feel at ease during the stay. During my stay, I noticed fire extinguishers that were expired, which is completely unacceptable and dangerous in any lodging facility. In addition, doors were broken and did not properly secure, creating a major safety risk for guests.

For the price paid, I expected at minimum a clean and safe room, which was not delivered. I would not stay here again and advise others to look elsewhere. Hotels have a responsibility to meet basic safety standards, and this property failed to do so.

I did not feel safe staying here and would strongly advise others to choose a different hotel.

Me my wife and 7 month old daughter had the worst experience I have ever had stay with an extended stay. During or first night we encountered mice running in and out of the room. All night I have videos of them running around the room. The next morning I told the manager and all she said was do you want a pest control to your room. So unprofessional at 730am I asked for a manager. Nothing until 1030 I asked for a refund to leave didn’t get a response until 330pm did not help out at all the place was so dirty. All this during thanksgiving week had to leave and not get to see my family because I couldn’t stay in that place without risking the health of my wife and child.

The rooms were broken, dirty and not acceptable. We arrived November 21st around 7 pm . The first room they gave me and kids was horrendous. There was the strongest cologne smell and the bed mattress broken and the kitchen light not working. I immediately went to front desk to tell them. The moved is to the second room which was horrible. The dressers broken . The bed dirty . Stains on walls and on top of that the room
was being used . They gave us a used room with the persons stuff in it . Third room was ok . Still run down dit better that the first two. There were stains everywhere. Was not a good experience at all . I wish I could get a full refund I just can’t believe.

Horrible check in process, i had called early morning to advise them we were going to check in late, arrived at 2 am and asked why im here, proceed to let them know I was trying to check in, the man at the desk said the front desk receptionist was at the other building! I told him i had a baby and was really tired looking to check in and if he knew how long it would take: he proceeded to say “what do you want me to do about it” HORRIBLE customer service, i was not asking him to take care of my child nor did i ask them to do something other than their job! He also asked me what i was doing here, why i was checking in. Then said i was already No showed for my reservation! Terrible customer service! And terrible rooms

The stay was pretty good. My only complaint was the lack of bedding. The heat wouldn’t stay on and we were only given very thin blankets and then when we asked for more we were only given one more for four people. So we only had a total of three blankets that were extremely thin.

Food left in fridge, loose food in drawer, trash in cupboard as no trash cans in any room, no blankets, gloop on burners. Requested a different room. Pubic hair in toilet, long hairs on tub, boot print in bath mat, plastic covering the smoke detector, no toilet paper. Disgusting. Left and expecting full refund. Gross.

I BOOKED and PAID for my hotel room, when I got there, I had no reservation. I spent over an hour on the chat, suffering through an outdated system that cut my access three times. And, at the end, when did you leave me? You didn't even try to fix it. It was 11pm, it was getting close to not being to book ANY room and have to sleep IN MY CAR. Your support was useless, you didn't do anything, you dumped me and my reservation. And then you re-imbursed me instead of helping me find other accomodations. Which, thank god, I was able to find something else just in time before midnight. I will definitely follow up for you to make this right by re-imbursing the difference between the price I paid and the price I had to pay to go around you leaving me stranded.

I showed up at 1am to check in and no one was at the front desk. I waited for over 30 minutes and still no one. I couldn’t check in. I ended up sleeping in my car in the cold in the parking lot.
When I went in in the morning to ask for a refund, still no one was there. There was even a guy that locked his key card in his room and couldn’t get back in.

Abysmal at best.

Room was poorly kept. Missing electrical devices in the wall with exposed wires. Shower valve had no handle to.turn on shower. Window was open upon arrival and mold was on one wall. Furniture was tearing and well worn. Staff was polite but did nothing. When we asked for s blanklet for bed ,we were told they had none. We cancelled after second night.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The first room we were given smelled absolutely awful — like a dirty, wet dog. The odor was so strong that we had to request a room change. The second room wasn’t much better — it was still dirty and clearly not well maintained.

There was no room service, no breakfast, and nothing that was advertised online was actually available. The entire hotel looked run-down and neglected. Everything felt unhygienic and poorly managed.

Save your money and stay somewhere else — this place needs serious cleaning and management changes.

We booked 3 in the room and the hide a bed did not have sheets. When we got them and opened the bed the mattress was filthy, stained old and smashed. The carpeted floors were stained. It had a kitchenette but had no dishes or pots and pans.

Rooms were okay but the front desk was terrible. The same front desk guy was always there and he was not the nicest guy and looked miserable and bothered when we asked for anything. One out of the four nights there we had a false fire alarm late at night, everyone in the hotel was outside in their pj's in the cold only to be told an hour later it was a false alarm, meanwhile we were all frozen. I had a large suite and one of the queen size beds was slightly lumpy, felt like I was sleeping on pebbles at times and I woke up with a bad back. Honestly, I'm not sure how this place has such high reviews, that seems shady.

The room was shocking to me. All The walls had who knows what on them, the couch looks like a cat clawed at it for days, the kitchen had burnt countertops, the tv stand had water damage and missing doors. It looked like I was in an abandoned room. The faucet handle was missing, kinda needed a wrench to turn on. It also was not able to turn to warmer water. The floors were missing tile, doors had bad patch work from hold on it. Again, food, body fluids, pop or whatever was ALL over the walls. If I hadn’t paid for it already I would’ve left. The only good thing and reason we stayed was no bed bugs. The maid did all she could do for regular cleaning and i appreciate that. The drapes were also falling down. I was not touching them. I will never stay at this place or other extended stay again. We were visiting our exchange student at Bentley and my son had to stay in his dorm due to the nastiness of the couch.

Extremely dirty environment, with an unpleasant odor throughout the halls and lobby. The rooms were unkempt and grimy, with strange hairs, dust, and dirt on every surface practically, including the bathroom. There was a large, odd, brown stain, in the crumb-filled pull-out couch, and a shower curtain littered with pink mold. If I hadn't been on a budget or had my own Lysol wipes, I would have spun on my heels. Upon check in, other guests and I were waiting for a receptionist for a while, however when we did get to check in with someone, it was easy and confidential. The staff themselves were polite and helpful, and the area is safe; I just cannot get past how run down and gross the place itself was.

The room was dirty and nothing like the “apartment-style” they advertised — not even a disposable cup. We requested a coffee maker and waited three days, but it never came.

Breakfast is just two thermoses of coffee and a few muffins that run out in minutes — very misleading.

It seems that some long-term residents are living in the building, and the smell of food being cooked in the rooms often spread through the hallways, creating an unpleasant and uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, the environment didn’t feel very safe.
For the price, this place is absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend it.

The property was dirty. We didn’t have clean sheets in our room nor had the room been cleaned before we got there. They never came to clean our room the 4 days we were there. We didn’t even have a shower curtain in the room. We have to get our own clean linens for the beds and change them. They made us go get them ourselves from the front desk. The halls were full of large fans and trash everywhere. We tried to get issues addressed, but we gave up.

Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen! Advancement said breakfast. None. Bathtub had a dirty used bandage in it. Major structural problems being worked on and not told before hand. Outback was filthy with cigarette buts laying all over and undesirables blasting rap music. The room had a kitchen, but no pots, plates, silverware.
I’m 100% disabled with a walker and a cane.
The I was treated is totally unacceptable!

I had a bad experience with this stay. I was in so much pain recovering from surgery and the room quality was so terrible. The assistant GM was so rude and I accommodating. The quality of the rooms were poor. Furniture broken, falling apart. The cleaner did not properly clean the rooms to get rid of mold and mildew in the sink which caused a serious odor in the room. They said they were going to start renovating 9/15/2025 the day I was to check out so they were aware of the quality of the rooms. It was just a bad situation

Absolutely filthy! See pictures regarding carpet, couch, bedding, tables, dishwasher, tv, black mold and more. Washers/dryers gross and over priced.
Booked through Expedia and they were helpful in trying to make things right. Extended Stay, nope! No help, no discount/refund/nothing. Tried to find another hotel the last night after seeing a mouse run across the hall right in front of me but couldn’t.
Not sure where the staff was for extended periods of time but to end on a good note, one young lady at the front desk provided excellent customer swrvice and was apologetic, sincere and sweet.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, which made the stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely uncooperative when I raised my concerns. Basic hospitality and cleanliness were clearly lacking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest looking elsewhere for a more welcoming and hygienic stay.

Section 8 hotel; an absolute dyve. If you don't mind sharing spaces with drrug deelers, prosteetutes and potheds you'll feel right at home. Worssst hotel chain in America, I should've known better. I had the exact same experience in Fort Lauderdale.
