We've stayed here before. The price is so much more reasonable than anything right inside Boaton. Its a Beautiful hotel. Its clean and updated. The staff is kond and helpful. The buffet Breakfast is wonderful as well. This will always be our first choice

The mattress and pillows were way too soft from my liking. I would, however, like to meet the “genius” engineer, who decided that when you turn the heat down in your room, you don’t just wait for it to get cooler, but the air conditioning comes on! That is the stupidest thing I have ever seen in a hotel.

If you’re bringing pets be prepared for a ridiculous pet fee at check in that was not listed on any booking site. If I’d known how much the pet fee was I wouldn’t have booked at the Sheraton. Also they charge for parking.

Horrible house keeping! I stayed at this hotel in Needham from 4/16-4/18. First day room was cleaned except the sheets and blankets had dirty stains on them and the pillows cases were dirty as well. Next day room was not cleaned and same dirty sheets and pillowcases were on the bed, and no towels. When I addressed the issue at the front desk, the concierge was too busy giving me excuses instead of getting the problem resolved. I was told the room was not cleaned because I extended my stay for an extra day. I guess when staying for longer than one day expect your room not to get cleaned. If you choose to stay at this hotel, bring your own clean sheets and pillow cases . On a good note the hotel is nice, clean some of the staff is friendly except HOUSE KEEPING IS NOT THE BEST. Parking is not free $17 daily.

Only one wash cloth for me and my wife to share, no coffee cups to drink out of in the morning forcing us to buy over priced coffee down stairs, go to take a shower and the body wash and conditioner were empty.

Asked at the desk to please fill them that morning so after attending a funeral we were in Needham to attend we get back to the room only to find no one has attended to our request so we go down and ask why only to hear \"oh we will send someone right up\" not a bad response time, lady dropped off a bunch of towels not requested and we thought she replaced missing body wash and conditioner only to find the next morning she replaced body wash with another empty container. I think the hotel chain has permanently burned this memory in me that I will intentionally exclude their name in any hotel search from now on.

The room is kept clean and comfortable, but the entire hotel seems to be aging with little updating. The food options onsite are limited and pricey. The staff seemed overwhelmed having to manage all of the onsite orders, room service, and the bar with two people visibly working most days. The parking appears to be crumbling. The room is meant for four, we had a party of three but consistently received only two bath towels. The shower products were all empty our first morning, the safe didn’t work, the bathroom has no noticeable ventilation, we had no “do not disturb” option, and the fitness center had 1 of 3 treadmills and 1 of 3 elliptical machines working. There were no towels every morning we entered the fitness center, and the wipes to clean the machines ran out. The pool is decent, beyond the jumping children whose parents clearly interpreted no diving as cannon balls being acceptable. The showers to wash off before the pool were not used by anybody else while there; we used them but the water was ice cold. The location, onsite coffee from Starbucks, and cleanliness are the most redeeming qualities of our stay.

The parking is expensive compared to other hotels in the neighborhood. The room I used was clean in general except that there was hair remaining around the shower drain. I did not bother with it as it was late past midnight and I was super tired after arriving from the airport.

We have stayed at this hotel before and chose it again for its convenience. This time, when booking a room for our family of four (two adults and two children), I specifically selected a room that included breakfast.
Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed me that breakfast was not included in our booking. I had to search through my emails to show them the confirmation that clearly stated breakfast was included. Even then, they only provided breakfast vouchers for two people instead of four.
When I questioned this, they explained that the room rate only includes breakfast for two guests. This raises the obvious question: if the room is intended for four people, why does the included breakfast only cover half the occupants?
The staff member was quite unhelpful throughout the interaction. It doesn’t make sense that a family room for four people only comes with breakfast vouchers for two.

I booked a room with one king bed through Expedia, and the reservation clearly confirmed that room type. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the room had two twin beds instead. When I returned to the front desk to address the issue, I was told that all of the king rooms were already booked, even though my reservation specified a king bed.

What made the experience more frustrating was the lack of assistance from the front desk staff. There was little effort to help resolve the situation or offer any alternative solution. In addition, I had prepaid for breakfast, but the breakfast vouchers were not provided during check in and I had to remind the staff to give them to me.

Overall, the stay was disappointing because the room type I reserved and paid for was not honored, and the service during check in did not reflect the level of hospitality I expected.

The room was clean, but the shower liner was paper thin, & ripped when I moved it. The heater was loud, but the room was warm during the snow storm. The staff that I encountered were pleasant. The road was well plowed, making it easy to get to & from the hotel.

The room was dated and not well maintained, for instance the drawer handles fell off if you tried to open the door and heater/AC was incredibly loud and vibrating making it hard to sleep, in addition my room was next to the mechanical room, creating even more noise. There was also trash (toilet paper roll wrapper) under the bed, not sure what else! Just disappointing:(

I wish they had complimentary breakfast. They do have an enclosed parking garage which was much appreciated during the recent snow storm.
