This place is gross. We didn’t even stay- there was hair all over the tub and sink, stains on the walls, holes in the walls, dust and pieces of paper on the floor, it smelled bad - terrible. Must not have been updated in ages, and was NOT clean. I checked out as soon as we looked around and the staff wasn’t even surprised. I am pursuing a refund with the manager. I am FAR from high maintenance or demanding, but this hotel was genuinely awful. I didn’t feel safe there.

Wifi was intermittent, and never worked on iPhone, even with manager's help, who also complained about the wifi. Breakfast coffee ran out twice during my stay, making me wait while clerk brewed more (while complaining it wasn't his job). Breakfast was all high-sugar carbs (at least a little protein would have been nice!) Bathroom fan was loudest on record. Slider window kept falling off its track. Dresser was cockeyed and falling apart, literally. Undersink cabinet door missing. Kitchen undercounter shelf missing. Bthrm lght fixtr cracked. Toilet seat loose. Towel bar missing. Fridge dented. Wall paint chipping. On arrival @11:30pm, room's kitchen had zero cookware, utensils, plates. Couldn't call for supplies because room had no phone, and nothing in room showed front desk phone #. Next morning got a coffee maker, but it had no filter-basket and the interior strewn with loose coffee grounds. Second try was clean but also had no basket. Third try had a basket, but it turned out to be the kind that needs special coffee filter packets, and I had no information on what kind to buy. I had to ask for a box of tissues. Discarded beer bottle in stairway (twice). One of two elevators out-of-order. One morning there was no hot water at all, for entire hotel. Whole place looked run-down. Overheard other guests complaining to mgr and getting refunded. I could generally tolerate these challenges, but not at ridiculous $200/night! (And lucky my wife wasn't with me.) (Room 207)

The front desk clerk was the only good part of my experience. The hotel is not as pictured. One building includes updated rooms (54) and one building is dilapidated (52). I opened the door to my room to find it filthy. The room had clearly not been swept or vacuumed in some time, let alone between guests. There was used body jewelry found on the floor. The bathroom sink did not drain. The room provided was not suitable for occupancy.

Avoid this property. The management is not helpful and is engaging in bait & switch tactics to rent rooms at rates they have no business asking for what service they are offering. Stay away for your own good!

horrible experience, i came in with friends after a 5 hour road trip and the room had stains on the beds, disgusting odor in the room and the hall, trash not taken out, used towels on the floor, an no tissues or toilet paper in the bathroom. when we complained they said we couldn’t get a new room and we didn’t get an offer for the room to be cleaned. we left an they didn’t give us a refund because there is no manager in on the weekends. horrible hotel, 0/10 please do not come here if you want to enjoy your night sleeping. terrible establishment and it is nowhere near worth the price you will be paying to stay.

The shower head was attached with black electrical tape. The halls smelled like fish. The trim was broken in several places. One elevator was broken. The other elevator got stuck and the fire department had to come. They initially sent us to an occupied room. Door handles were sticky. Even though they have a kitchen in each room, you have to order dishes from the desk. The trim in the bathroom was coming off of the wall. The light in the kitchen was hanging down. The hairdryer didn’t work. We don’t plan on staying at an Extended Stay ever again.

My overall experience at this hotel was horrible. Calling this a 2-star hotel feels generous — I’ve honestly stayed at better motels.
The property is extremely run down from top to bottom. Check-in was a disaster. The system apparently wasn’t working, and the employee assisting me was painfully slow and seemed unable to figure out the technology needed to complete the process. It took far longer than it should have.
The amenities were a joke. There was a strange smell throughout the room, and I even found trash on the floor upon arrival. The unit itself was outdated and poorly maintained. Kitchen cabinets were missing, and the chest of drawers had broken or missing pieces. Dust was everywhere — on lamps, picture frames, mirrors, plugs, and basically every surface imaginable. Everything looked dull, dirty, and neglected.
The condition of the appliances and bathroom was even worse. There was visible rust inside the refrigerator and around the counters. The bathroom was absolutely unacceptable. The tub was chipped, and the water barely drained at all. I genuinely do not understand how this hotel passes any kind of mandatory inspection.
This place is absolutely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

We’ve been on the road for 2 weeks and this is the worst place we’ve stayed. Rated 5 when we booked Two almost identical hotels back to back. Waited in line only to find we had to go to the building behind. Booked for 2 beds and they gave us one. Elevator and corridors dirty, especially outside our room. Light switch in bathroom broken and kept going on and off. Toilet seat not connected to toilet. Dresser drawers all open when we arrived, closed them, an hour later they were open again. Had to have the guy from the desk come up to get the TV to work. Breakfast consisted of only pre-packaged muffins and fig newtons. Coffee was out at 8am and they didn’t refill it. I now think a 5 rating was optimistic.

This place was disgusting. The lobby, elevator and hallway floors were visibly filthy and the entire place smelled like rotting food. Staff was hard to find and get ahold of. I had to extend our stay by one day and they still came aggressively knocking and opening the door the morning of the old check out date. I was also double charged for the last day. Don’t waste your time or money here!

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. With the windows open, a fan running, you will be smelling cigarette smoke in your sleep. Staff was rarely around. All the guests that I encountered seemed to not be happy to be staying there. They were all complaining to me.

Someone opened my door in the middle of the night, and if the latch hadn’t been broken, it could have been a disaster. How could this happen unless the room key cards were the same! The elevator wasn’t working properly, so I had to carry my luggage up and down the stairs from the third floor, and the stairwell was extremely dirty. The window screen was broken, the window wouldn’t lock, and a foul odor was lingering in the corner of the room. It was the worst experience of my trip to Boston.

Basic hotel. Nothing in kitchen. Had to ask for 1 plate, cup, and utensils. After a two hour wait I went down to desk to get them. No coffee or tea in room. The sole clerk, who was very nice had not been able to get away from front desk to bring items up to room. mm. Plenty of parking. Be aware there aŕe 2 Extended Stay Suites on the property. 52 is behind the front one.

I am extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. We checked in late at night around 11 PM with our kids already asleep, only to discover that the room was dirty, unprepared, and clearly not ready for guests. There were no other rooms available, and instead of receiving proper assistance, I ended up having to change two queen bed sheets myself. This is absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic — a disgusting experience, especially when traveling with children.
To make things worse, the hotel advertised breakfast amenities, but the reality was completely different. They only offered grab‑and‑go coffee and cupcakes, nothing like what was listed. This was misleading and added to the overall frustration of our stay.
For the price and expectations, this property failed on every basic level: cleanliness, readiness, honesty, and customer service. I would not recommend staying here until they seriously improve their standards.

Hotel was filthy. Entire hotel stunk. Just awful smell once you walk in. Room had molds, previous guest/tenant trash, cat food, dog food, pots and pans. Broken and dirty furnitures, dried up throw-up in the stairwell, trash in the hallway. The worst hotel experience I have ever had. This is coming from an immigrant from a third world country.
We only slept there because customer service wouldn’t move us without a fee. The over night manager was very apologetic. That was the best part of the stay.

My boyfriend and myself have stayed here a few times before. I would like to point out that this time around was an excellent stay all because of Jessica. I believe she is the supervisor of both extended stay properties in Waltham, MA. She went above and beyond to help in any area possible. She was always there when we needed her. I'm not kidding when I say she is the most accommodating and caring employee in this business industry I've ever come across. If I can give her five stars I'd give ten. Thank you for all your help Jessica! We will be back!

I’ve stayed at Extended Stays before, but this one was pretty low quality. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never made over. The building definitely needs some TLC, and the beds are uncomfortable. The staff was not too friendly.

Room 301 needs a major renovation, from the cabinets to the rusty microwave. I found trash underneath the sink and a bunch of emptied soda bottles.not once housekeeping came to clean up the room and every time I went downstairs to front desk for fresh towels is an issue, they claimed free “breakfast” which was snack bars a pot of disgusting coffee , instant oatmeal.. The only thing that was good was the comfortable bed.

The room looked like it was undergoing construction, had holes in process of being patched up, walls and door were dirty, walls had holes all over, and the room smelled very strong of a chemical or paint which was not good for me being pregnant. The breakfast was vwry deceptive as it was not any type of breakfast, it was nutrigrain bars and muffins. Ive stayed at hotels for less money and they were alot more decent than this hotel. I do not recommend.

It was confusing to get to the hotel. We actually had to drive all the way around back of the first hotel that we thought we were staying at. The room was good but the bed was as stiff as a board and very uncomfortable. There was no shampoo or conditioner for showering, never seen this before and the vending was ridiculous. I had to pay $4 for a drink!!!!! In the morning it said grab and go breakfast and there was absolutely no food at al it was just coffee. That’s certainly not grab and go that I have had at other hotels. Elevators were dirty as well.

Did not stay. Place was dirty. Smokey room, no customer service. No sheets nor towels for sofa bed and mattress was dirty. Checked in very late and when I got upstairs to finally go to bed there were no sheets nor pillows for the sofa bed. Called downstairs no one answered. Went down and no one to talk to. They had left a phone # to call if you need assistance. I called it about 15 times no answer. Attendant finally came by and instead of apologizing he was more upset than I was and gave me attitude for being dissatisfied. We left and went to another hotel. Asked him to cancel. He said he could not do it because the system will not allow him to do it until after 1:30 am. He asked us to leave the keys and he will do it and we did. His name was Derrick.

We had to wait for someone to show up to the front desk to check us in (no bell or other way to call them). The hotel smells of smoke the moment you walk in and see the “no smoking” sign. When we went to our room, it literally was dirty and many items are broken (multiple drawers, toilet seat). It was quiet, and the room was a good size. But otherwise this place is trashy. I won’t stay here again.

Had to wait 15 minutes for front desk attendant. Couldn't find anyone. Carpets were filthy. Cabinets were falling apart in the bathroom. Was awoken at 430 am with loud noises from the third floor. Hair dryer wouldn't work. Called front desk and got no answer. Bathroom fan was extremely loud. I would never stay there again and would never recommend this hotel!

When I arrived the concierge informed me that they/Expedia had overbooked, so they didn’t have a room available for me. I had no choice but to drive back home at that point. Extremely disappointed with Expedia and the hotel.
