My boyfriend and myself have stayed here a few times before. I would like to point out that this time around was an excellent stay all because of Jessica. I believe she is the supervisor of both extended stay properties in Waltham, MA. She went above and beyond to help in any area possible. She was always there when we needed her. I'm not kidding when I say she is the most accommodating and caring employee in this business industry I've ever come across. If I can give her five stars I'd give ten. Thank you for all your help Jessica! We will be back!

I’ve stayed at Extended Stays before, but this one was pretty low quality. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never made over. The building definitely needs some TLC, and the beds are uncomfortable. The staff was not too friendly.

Room 301 needs a major renovation, from the cabinets to the rusty microwave. I found trash underneath the sink and a bunch of emptied soda bottles.not once housekeeping came to clean up the room and every time I went downstairs to front desk for fresh towels is an issue, they claimed free “breakfast” which was snack bars a pot of disgusting coffee , instant oatmeal.. The only thing that was good was the comfortable bed.

Breakfast was quick, easy, unhealthy options. Reception and corridors in poor condition and smelled terrible. Check in took inordinately long but receptionist was polite. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet, which was really the most important thing. Parking super easy. Location super convenient.

The room looked like it was undergoing construction, had holes in process of being patched up, walls and door were dirty, walls had holes all over, and the room smelled very strong of a chemical or paint which was not good for me being pregnant. The breakfast was vwry deceptive as it was not any type of breakfast, it was nutrigrain bars and muffins. Ive stayed at hotels for less money and they were alot more decent than this hotel. I do not recommend.

It was confusing to get to the hotel. We actually had to drive all the way around back of the first hotel that we thought we were staying at. The room was good but the bed was as stiff as a board and very uncomfortable. There was no shampoo or conditioner for showering, never seen this before and the vending was ridiculous. I had to pay $4 for a drink!!!!! In the morning it said grab and go breakfast and there was absolutely no food at al it was just coffee. That’s certainly not grab and go that I have had at other hotels. Elevators were dirty as well.

Did not stay. Place was dirty. Smokey room, no customer service. No sheets nor towels for sofa bed and mattress was dirty. Checked in very late and when I got upstairs to finally go to bed there were no sheets nor pillows for the sofa bed. Called downstairs no one answered. Went down and no one to talk to. They had left a phone # to call if you need assistance. I called it about 15 times no answer. Attendant finally came by and instead of apologizing he was more upset than I was and gave me attitude for being dissatisfied. We left and went to another hotel. Asked him to cancel. He said he could not do it because the system will not allow him to do it until after 1:30 am. He asked us to leave the keys and he will do it and we did. His name was Derrick.

We had to wait for someone to show up to the front desk to check us in (no bell or other way to call them). The hotel smells of smoke the moment you walk in and see the “no smoking” sign. When we went to our room, it literally was dirty and many items are broken (multiple drawers, toilet seat). It was quiet, and the room was a good size. But otherwise this place is trashy. I won’t stay here again.

Had to wait 15 minutes for front desk attendant. Couldn't find anyone. Carpets were filthy. Cabinets were falling apart in the bathroom. Was awoken at 430 am with loud noises from the third floor. Hair dryer wouldn't work. Called front desk and got no answer. Bathroom fan was extremely loud. I would never stay there again and would never recommend this hotel!

There was no one at the desk when we tried to check in. The telephone didn't work to call for assistance. It took 15 or 20 minutes until staff appeared, and then he was surly.
The room was on the first floor. We couldn't open the curtains bc the parking lot was right there .The room was dark and two lamps did not work. The sinks and tub did not drain. We reported these things immediately and although we were there for 4 days, nothing was repaired during our stay.
The bed was so close to the wall that I had to walk sideways to get in bed. The tv didn't swivel to face either the bed of the sofa.
In conclusion, this was the worst place I have ever stayed and will never go back. Nor will I recommend it to anyone. It's a slum!

Terrible experience. I was on a red eye to Boston and booked a room for the night before so I could check in early in the morning and shower. I sent the hotel an email alerting them I would not check in the evening, and I called the front desk in the evening of the reservations.

When I arrived in the morning, they had given away my room, and the person (Warren) was very rude - who had I talked to on the phone, and it was all my fault. And they had charged me a no show - this I got reversed later in the day when I cam back and there was a not rude person at the front desk.

Bottom line - I was stranded in the hotel parking lot without a room or anywhere to go to at 6am.

This is the worst hotel experience I ever had. Stayed 2 nights and am sorry I did. Broken cabinets, broken toilet paper holder, hallway reeked of marijuana, strong cigarette smoke in the room during the night, hot water and instant oatmeal was supposed to be breakfast, nasty bathroom and tub. Just awful - and overpriced.

No issue finding parking. Staff was nice enough. Bathroom had a decent amount of black mold, and the corners of the window were also covered in black mold. Beds and kitchenette were clean. There was a dirty razor blade in the hallway. Unlikely to return and would not fully recommend.

The hotel was very dirty, it smelled like weed and smoke, there was hair everywhere in our room, the fire alarm were ripped off the ceiling, the dresser was broken, there was mold several places in the bathroom, the sheets were ripped and thin and itchy, the pillows were super flat, everything felt gross to touch. The carpet looked and felt dirty and the toilet and bathtub were dirty too, the breakfast was lame. Customer service wasn’t very helpful. The only thing that was good was the air conditioner and the fridge.

The room was very clean, sheets and towels were great, but the overall condition of the room was poor condition. A few of the cabinet fronts were either gone or badly damaged. For close to $200, I was very disappointed. Also, since they do seem to be renovating the building, there was a dumpster removal truck with all the beeps at 6am on a Saturday, which was frustrating!

We booked this because it advertised free breakfast and coffee maker in the room. We got neither. Was very surprised when we got up and went down to the desk. The attendant said he didn’t have food to put out and there was no coffee. He did give us a coffee maker to take back to our room. Condition of the room was not great. The sheets were clean but the spread and blanket smelled like dirty clothes.

Although it’s affordable, it’s not worth staying more than two days. I was here for a week and Room Service did not clean at all. I asked to be scheduled at least once during my stay yet no one came by. Spent every night walking to the lobby to get a change of towels. They definitely need more staff to avoid this issue.
Breakfast is just coffee/water and a bagged muffin/granola bar. I’m glad the kitchen was available in our room for us to make our own meals at least.

Honestly, the room we were given did not look like it was ever cleaned. They hopefully changed the bed sheets and the towels, and that was it. There was hair all over the bathroom, the garbage was not taken out. And the kitchen area still had sticky stuff splattered all over the side of the fridge and countertops. I was there just to sleep, and happed to have cleaning supplies on me, so I cleaned up some and dealt with it. Not sure if it was because I had a pet with me. I had stayed at this hotel before, just don’t remember it ever being that bad.

Not an uplifting or enjoyable place to stay.

Hotel wants people to check in after 3pm and leave before 11am, strictly.
We were there 20 minutes early to check-in time at 3pm. They let us wait at the parking lot until 3pm.
They gave us an unprepared, unclean room, I had to go back to front desk and get a clean room which had a broken drawer and broken hair dryer. They gave us a replacement hair dryer.
Our room was spacious and clean but outdated with old refrig and old microwave.
No daily room service. We had to grab our towels and shampoo from the receptionist.
This is a hotel with many low income families, fixing their cars in the parking lots, BBQing outside with loud music, etc.
The price and the location were good for us, therefore we stayed for 5 nights.

After 5 nights, I was outside loading our suitcases to my car just before check out time at 11am, my room card stopped functioning exactly at 11am, could not get back in to the building and my room to get rest of my bags.

I didn't have a horrible stay , but definitely not coming back here ever again. The bathtub was filthy with leftover hair which clearly hadn’t been cleaned out prior my check in. After wiping them out myself , l lay towels down while taking a shower just so my feet would touch the surface of the bathtub. Was the only way l could shower without gagging. The room was cold with no way to warm it up, and the whole place felt old, outdated, and in desperate need of a remodel. I should’ve listened to the poor reviews — never staying here again.

First I noticed the smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Our room was laid out nicely; the beds were fine.
The kitchen sink only had hot water, but the bathroom sink had cold.
Maybe they are getting ready to refurbish the room because there were holes filled with spackle around the room and one area where there were just holes like something had been removed but not repaired yet.
The shower spigot was twisted at an angle, the shower curtain rod was rusty, and I wasn’t sure the tub was clean.
They advertised a quick and pick up breakfast with oatmeal. This consisted of two types of small muffins and the prepackaged envelopes of oatmeal. They really did mean pick up and go because there was no place to sit. There was no juice and in this case no coffee because they ran out of filters.
However, we had a comfortable bed and a roof over our heads and running water and a toilet so it met our needs. It just didn’t look well cared for or like a building that was clean and maintained.

We had a very poor experience during our stay. The room had multiple patch holes in the walls that hadn’t been painted over, giving it an unfinished and neglected appearance. Even worse, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was especially concerning since we had two small children with us.
The bathroom sink didn’t work at all, making basic hygiene difficult, and we were extremely alarmed to find black mold in the bathroom. This is not only unsanitary but a serious health risk.
We expected a clean and safe environment for our family, but unfortunately, this hotel fell far below that standard. We will not be returning and do not recommend it to other families.

The facility is not that old so most things work though there are signs of repair in and out of room. Biggest issue is that we had folks scumming it up with pot smoking by the entrance and other deplorables just hanging out. Our floor smelled awful, as in the whole floor. The room was adequate.
