Housekeeping was poor. When they did finally enter the room, sometimes they only left a few towels and we ALWAYS had to ask for washcloths. Additionally, the bottom sheet didn't fit the bed so it was only partially on ans slipped off. Could only get super hot or super cold water out of the bathroom faucets and had to practically use a wrench to turn the faucet. Thermostat wasn't working properly. The lobby door was broken and unusable for 3 days. The prperty in general was very tired.

Breakfast is great with eggs made to order. Housekeeping sucks, I stayed for 3 nights, first day no room service; I requested for the second day, still no service, towels were placed on counter, no tidying whatsoever, dustbins not properly cleaned. The second main complaint was the elevators not operating properly…usually only one or two in service even with a full house of occupants during the weekends.

I had an excellent stay at The Embassy Suites at Waltham. The staff was welcoming, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. Make sure to get a made-to-order omelette.
The property isn’t not too far from the airport and near a many colleges.
I’d recommend the Embassy Suites at Waltham.

The lobby and main floor were clean and well maintained, and Breakfast was very nice. My room was not as clean, the pull-out mattress in the sofa was stained, there was a blanket but not sheets or pillow for it. The room was cleaned every day, but the towels were not fully replaced every day - we didn’t get a new bath mat after the first day, some days we were missing towels and washcloths. Most annoying thing was the parking - sign out front said parking was $15/day, if you’re a guest register your vehicle for a parking pass- got charged for parking anyway.

The hotel is decent. The room was amazing! We were sho thrilled to have 2 separate rooms a livingroom and a bedroom it was so nice. We were there and there was a school field trip as well and with that many kids there the place was well kept. Towels at the pool took a little longer but over all we enjoyed our time and will be back very soon.

The bar was very good although they had advertised 2 complimentary alcoholic drinks with the evening welcome snacks, apparently the state of MA does not allow this so i bought a glass of wine for $7. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to know. My biggest disappointment was the check in process. I had booked online for 1 night and paid with my \"Chime\" card, my plans changed soon after so I messaged the hotel (through their site) and requested a second night, preferably the same room. I have yet to receive a reply. I additionally sent another message requesting an early check in, guess what? I have yet to receive a reply. I went back to Expedia and booked another night and when I received the hotels confirmation, inviting additional requests I responded by telling them that I would like the same room as the previous night. Yeah, you guessed it, I have yet to receive a reply. At this point a reply will not be needed. When my wife and I arrived to check in I was told that an additional $100 was required to cover \"incidentals\" I gave the receptionist my Chime card and she informed me that the hotel did not accept Chime cards, nor would they accept cash (this is illegal according to my Google search). Ultimately I transferred money from my Chime account to another card and was able to pay for my \"incidentals\" then I was told early check in was not available and I should return at 2PM. Breakfast was amazing! Very crowded with folks in for The Boston Marathon. In spite of crowds, food fresh and plentiful. We had an amazing large suite which was soooo nice after spending 6 hours driving from Philly, then watching the Red Sox play and then visiting the Cheers bar! Wonderful night, comfortable bed, professional and friendly front desk staff. We will definitely be back!

Our room was very spacious and very quiet. For some reason, only one out of three elevators was running at a time, which caused a lot of backup during morning hours. Since we were on the fifth floor, that was particularly annoying.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and keep coming back because it’s clean, the staff is always friendly, and it’s easy to get to and conveniently located near where we attend events. This visit, there was a slight odd smell in the room, but nothing major and it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Would still recommend and plan to continue to book here

When u book through Expedia they tell u all fees and taxes are included in the price stated. Not so much! After I booked and paid in advance I get “Important Information regarding your stay.” Embassy Suites charges $15/per day to park your car in their open air parking lot surrounding the building. Expedia dropped the ball here. Won’t use them or Embassy Suites again.

When we arrived (4/3 7pm) there were no lights in the parking lot. We were not able to get a second key for our room. We did not have washcloths or a bathmat. The hotel was full, but only one of the three elevators was operational. There were at least two bus loads of college athletes staying at the hotel.

Great atmosphere, quiet and clean. Had major elevator issues, with only one of three running while hosting at least three NCAA teams. Our hot water in the bathroom sink was shut off due to a leak—nothing unworkable, just annoying. Overall a great stay. The lounge was nice—drinks were overpriced as you would expect.

Some hairs left in the bathroom, rag left behind the tv in the room, overall nice time. Nothing affected my stay. Just notes for future cleaning. Free breakfast was a nice touch but most of the hot food was inedible because it was just bad.

Well. Lets begin- i have an idea at the age of 46 of a book based upon the odd feeling at the hotel and it doesnt end with a feel good fuzzy feeling.
Whats weird and stephen king taught me to fear these signs- 2 phones but no dial tone. No clock. Non working safe & OF COURSE I LOST A $50/BILL. Shower towels were veryvrough. Drying off with low grit sand paper. The sink in bathroom and \"wet bar\" would suddenly have cold water and freezing water. 1st time it fixed itself wheb i turendcut off and put on

I asked front to desk to clean my room, but no one came , next day I asked front desk that no came for cleaning, they said some one will come, staff came but they didn’t clean properly, then I have to call front desk again,
All 3 days same breakfast being surved, no change in the menu.

I was not informed about the $15 dollar parking charge and the receptionist informed me that the sites like Travelocity don’t ever inform their costumers. I asked her why the I’d hotel didn’t address this issue in letting costumers know charges like this $15 is a hefty charge and having a parking charge is highly unusual.
Also when I called about where to get ice (we were on the 6th floor) , the same receptionist said we had to to down to the bar. I asked is that was the obly place to get ice. She said yea later my friend found one on our floor.
I would recommend that receptionists are more informed so that the costumers are not inconvenienced and over charged
The hotel was nice in all other respects and breakfast was very good

They said they would sent an engineer to look at the problem, but that didn't happen. This was our staycation for 21 anniversary so we went home daily to enjoy Boston's sites and have dinner.. The bathroom had visible cracks and was not properly cleaned. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. Additionally, the window curtain was poorly installed and taped unevenly to the wall, which looked unprofessional.

I have photos documenting these issues.

Room had a weird smell to it. Website advertised room service, but the phone extension for this in the room was turned off and was eventually told that they do not offer it at all. Website and several flyers around the lobby and elevators also advertised an evening social hour with two complementary drinks but this also turned out to be false.

I have stayed at many Embassy Suites hotels throughout the Country and Territories. This was the worse stay ever. The amount of kids staying at this hotel with lack of supervision or rule enforcement made my stay a very uncomfortable experience. The noise from kids yelling, screaming and running through the hallways could be heard all the way down to the front desk. I’m a little upset that the front desk was not being more proactive in preventing this madness. I stayed here two nights and both nights were the same as far as extreme noise. This lasted well past midnight on both nights. This place needs to do better. I truly enjoy Embassy Suites and I would hate for the experience to ruin my future plans with this hotel. Thanks for listening.

The room was okay. Pillows were super soft/flat. The included breakfast and staff there were great. The dinner experience was lacking. Food was okay. Waiter didn't know the menu and didn't listen to our order which came with two sides but he only brought us one. Didn't check on us for drink refills. Once ordered they took 15-20 mins to get a coke. The restaurant/Bar area was pretty empty. Fire alarm went off at 4am (not their fault) but the emergency exits were not shoveled so had to push the door open and walk through snow in our pajamas.

Amenities. It was disappointing no more chocolate chip cookies upon check in.

The room made a large noise that was disruptive to our quiet enjoyment and sleep all night long. We couldn’t sleep every hour it awoke us.

We called for assistance with the couch bed and no one ever came. We couldn’t sit down or use the couch again.

No room service is unheard of? Not sure what is going on service wise?

We used to stay at this hotel often. I was surprised to find the smaller hot tub pool filled in also?

We froze in the breakfast room this morning. It was so cold waiting for my omelette you could see your breath as if you were outside? My coffee kept getting cold and the food. We didn’t realize we needed our jackets to dine in the restaurant?

A lot of work needs to be done here. FYI.

Everything seemed a little odd: Room seemed partially cleaned at check-in, with garbage and used sheets thrown on the floor of the closet. Our double-bed room was given away, although we booked a double room. Woken up at 10pm on the last night of a three night stay asking me to change rooms as they said my room needed “deep cleaning”. Won’t be staying here again.

This was my first visit to the Embassy Suits, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was great, the service was excellent, and everything went perfectly during my stay. My suite was beautiful, and the view along with the pool made the experience even more enjoyable. I’m glad everything went so well and would highly recommend this hotel.

This is just awful! They put me in a really cold room. The temperature doesn't rise above 64 Celsius. The staff doesn't respond to any questions, they don't fix it, and they don't move me to another room! I'm just furious.
