Since I was at the hotel for almost a week, I definitely appreciated the laundry machines on our floor and the ease of using them. Hotel even provided laundry soap!
Also, hotel room was bright and had lots of storage.
It was in a wonderful location in Coolidge Corner and steps from the T train so it was easy to get all over Boston.

The hotel check-in process was easy and great. Braian and Marlisse were great. They answered my questions and even gave me local suggestions. The room tablet was a great addition to the comfortable room and bed, you can order food off the tablet without speaking to anyone also. The bathrooms are great and give an old and classic bathroom feel and they’re very big. The lights in the room are a bit confusing to figure out, other than that great stay. I hope to come back one day. Marlisse was a great!

Beautiful, elegant hotel. Very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The beds and bed linens were luxurious. Fabulous kitchenette with a Nespresso machine. Modern bathroom. The hotel staff were extremely professional, friendly, and couldn’t do enough for us. We went out for the evening and when we got back, our sofa bed was made up! Parking very reasonable at $55, and we were allowed to leave our car in their garage after checkout while we went to the Sox game. Quick 5 minute walk to the T. Amazing coffee shop, Awar, right around the corner. Lots of restaurants, shops, stores, and entertainment within walking distance. The Iris was a great find, and will definitely be back soon!

The rooms were extremely nice! Didn't have the normal annoyances of which light switch turns on what lights, as they were placed all around the room! The reading lights on bed were amazing!!! Very clean, very up to date and world stay there on next trip to Boston!

When I checked in, the gentleman handling the process was very courteous and polite. Explained everything in detail. The second day, I had a whole different experience; as I was approaching the reception, a man saw me and immediately left his post and went into a side room. Waited few minutes and went to call him. He acted upset that I called him and was very grouchy with short responses to my questions. Not good. The breakfast food quality was not good. I and another table ordered smoked salmon. Salmon arrived frozen. Both tables complained but nothing was done. This beautiful hotel that has rooms like a Four Seasons hotel, dilutes that beauty and serenity with these issues.

This hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was very nice. There is a shuttle that will take you places in Boston if you reserve it 24 hours ahead of time. Parking was $55 per night, but it doesn’t seem like there is much parking in the area. Public transportation was close and the area is walkable. Will absolutely stay here the next time I am in Boston!

I stay at this hotel often.

Expedia has a great breakfast Boucher in the amount of $56. The restaurant downstairs says that is open from 7 AM to 11 AM for breakfast. This past weekend I went downstairs at 7:30 the person at the restaurant entrance said the chef has not arrived that he is late and that will call my room when he arrives. This is now the third time that this has happened where the chef is not there at 7 AM. The food is excellent.

Even though I had to get my car out of the garage at 5:30 am the valet didn't show up until 6am.
They could not find the second set of keys to open the Key cabinet so I was late for my surgery. The guy was working the overnight shift so it wasn't like he was starting work.
Otherwise this is my hidden gem in Boston

We stayed at the property for 2 nights. We stayed on the second floor. We got excited at first because the room was pretty nice, the furniture and the bathroom were brand new. However, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We called the front desk and the housekeeping, and they didn't do anything. So we had the same towels for 2 nights. The restaurant was booked for parties on both nights, so we couldn't use it. The worst part was the second night of our stay. The party and the music downstairs were so loud, we could hear literally every song in our room. I've asked people at the front desk to turn it down, but nothing was done. I was told the space was rented until 11 pm and nothing could be done until that time. We were not offered to change rooms to a higher floor, it was \"just suck it up\" type of attitude. I was not able to put my child to sleep or rest at all that evening. At 11:15 pm the music was still blasting. Hotel staff said they couldn't find anyone responsible for the party. I ended up going to the party in my robe and yelling at the DJ telling him to shut down the music. Only then, the music was shut down. If you want peace and quiet at the end of the day, this is not the hotel for you.

Our stay, although just an overnight, was a joy. My check-in was quick and easy. I drove to the hotel in an EV and was able to park affordably for Boston as well as being able to charge overnight, again quite affordably. The restaurant had good food, nice live music, and wait staff that was both friendly and knowledgeable. On that note, the other staff we dealt with on-site (night and morning managers and parking valets) were also friendly, professional, and courteous.

The room was clean and more like a studio apartment than a basic hotel room with a large fridge, a cook-top, and microwave. The room and hotel in general was modernized, but with a lovy retro feel to it.

It's location is in Brookline, on a quiet side road and close to the Longwood medical area, which suited my needs perfectly.

When we arrived the folks at the valet and front desk where exceptional. We were there early to drop off our car for an event. Since they had a room available early they waived the early check in so that we could put our luggage away and avoid a late night check in after the event.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

Bed was well made & I had a towels decor that was extremely Was beautiful
There’s a kitchen where I cook the Valentines diner. There’s everything the for utensils for you to be able to cook & eat.
The jacuzzi was amazing. I loved everything about my stay. The place look Awesome clean and well maintained.
For me I would love to rate it 5 Stars
But there was something about the room
It was always 75 degree but the room felt cold we tried to work the thermostat but it didn’t work it’s stay the same.

Room was in good condition, but missing hand soap at one sink and body wash in one shower. Room phone did not work, and this was not addressed doing our one night stay after alerting the front desk.
We ordered room service from the in room tablet and when it didn’t arrive we called the front desk (from our cell phone) and was told the kitchen was closed and the tablets were new this week and not fully set up. Also, when leaving the next morning, while the tablet informed a continental breakfast was available on the weekends, we were told the staff wasn’t there so there was no coffee or food available.
For the price we paid for a 4 bed family suite, we were not impressed.

I had a great stay and can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Everything was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made the stay easy and stress-free.

I especially want to call out the valet team. I managed to lose my valet ticket, and instead of making it a hassle, they handled it with patience and kindness and got everything sorted out quickly. It could’ve been stressful, but they made it a non-issue.

Excellent service all around. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

I'm staying for medical procedures at MGH. you should advertise to the doctors that have patients coming in for short term. My son and I stay for my medical reasons and talking with other patients they are unhappy with Boston hotels expensive, not clean, your's is a hidden gem

I haven’t stayed in a hotel this amazing for a long while! Everything about it was perfect, the staff, the facilities, the location / we had a room with a small kitchen area for a week and it was worth it. We hardly saw any other guests, and definitely didn’t hear anyone / it was a fantastic stay, had the gym to myself and there’s laundry facilities on most floors, I honestly didn’t want to leave! I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The area itself has tons of shops and restaurants and feels very safe.

This was our 2nd stay here. The room is lovely. The beds are comfy and the room is wonderful.

On Sundays they have traditional Georgian food (the country) It was delicious! We loved it. I would go back even just to eat. Last time we had breakfast there and it was delicious too.

The bartender was fantastic. He gave us great suggestions on the food and he worked so hard. They were so busy when we were there but we still barely waited. We will definitely stay and eat here in the future

The comfy bed with wonderful linens, the attentive staff, the room appointments with a Bosch fridge, a stainless sink, a Nespresso machine and more. Not to mention that the hotel is within walking distance to Brookline restaurants. I will definitely be back.
