My only real complaint is that the room I was in was an adjoining room. The door was paper thin and it was if the people in the next room were at the foot of my bed.
The location of hotel was prime and front desk staff exceptional. Highly recommend but avoid an adjoining room if not needed.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a classical singer competition. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were fantastic. It's literally attached to the Prudential Center, so easy shopping is a short elevator ride to the lobby. The weather was dreadful while we were there, so being able to enter the Prudential Center without having to go outside was great. That means you can get to some decent food without having to brave the weather. The room was spacious enough and clean, and the temperature was easy to control. The beds were comfortable and the room was fairly quiet. I'd stay here again!

I found the employees working in lobby and restaurant very friendly and very willing to help in any way. Our room should have been vacuumed daily. Bed made and pj’s folded but toilet and floor looked like nothing done. It was difficult.for me to get my husband sitting in his wheelchair into and out of the handicapped room because of the threshold being slightly elevated.

My first room had some yellow wet spots all over my bed cover. They moved me and then that room the a/c didn’t work and made a horrible noise. This was a really pricey venue for these kinds of oversights and problems. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was attending a conference here otherwise would have not stayed. Additionally to have to pay over 70 a night for parking on top of the hotel expense was absolutely ridiculous. Way too expensive for what this is.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property was connected to the Prudential shopping center which was nice as well. My daughter and I enjoyed a some cornetto’s and coffee in a beautiful garden area while we were there. The location of this hotel to restaurants, the symphony hall, trains and other sights is incredible. We could basically walk anywhere we wanted or hop on the train. When we come back, we will stay here!!

You will pay for WiFi if you do not buy direct even if you are a member of their program (in my case buying direct was more expensive, I am a bonvoy member ). I wasn’t aware there would be an WiFi charge until I got to the room and couldn’t connect. I find paying for WiFi insulting and this definitely will impact how I choose hotel stays in the future. Our room was adjacent to the elevator and we could hear the wooshing of it very clearly in our room. It was not horrible enough to spend an hour or more complaining and changing rooms, but I would consider this if I choose this hotel again. They have a nice pool with hours until 10PM; but bring a suit cover-up the locker room with showers is through the cardio room; not comfortable or convenient. The location of this hotel is great. There is no hotel owned self-parking. We paid $44 per night at a lot across the street. They offer valet parking. This is your usual nice clean hotel that will cater to you if you pay more money.

The room was clean but need some dusting. The bed was comfortable and clean. I was very disappointed that this hotel doesn't have an internet/computer room for guest to used. They direct me to a FedEx office that is located within walking distant.

The staff at the Sheridan Hotel in Boston was very accommodating and helpful, especially when we arrived and needed to switch rooms to better accommodate our family. We ultimately upgraded to one of the hotel’s top suites, which understandably came at an additional cost. The suite itself was beautiful, located on the top floor with an amazing view, and included a separate dining area, sitting room, and bedroom, which made for a very enjoyable stay overall.

One thing we did not realize at the time of the upgrade was that the suite was an ADA-compliant room. It’s great that the hotel offers these accessible accommodations, but for our personal preference, we would have preferred a standard room setup with either a traditional tub or walk-in shower. The room also had a much lower bed that was quite firm and uncomfortable for us.

Overall, the staff was excellent and the suite and views were impressive, but I would recommend confirming the room configuration in advance when upgrading.

We reserved a one bedroom because we were traveling with a toddler so we wanted the extra space. It wasn’t a ton of extra space but it was nice. The room seemed brand new after their renovation. The windows just looked at a brick wall but that’s fine. I hate that all hotels now only use sliding doors for bathrooms because I couldn’t keep my toddler out of the bathroom. Loved that It was pretty quiet, I didn’t hear doors slamming or neighbor rooms which is huge because I’m very noise sensitive. My only complaint for the room is that there’s no real blanket or comforter on the bed. Location was great being attached to a mall. Made it easy to use the walkways when it was too cold outside, and easy to grab a quick bite when needed. Used the pool once and it was fine.

Booked 5 mths before trip. Had booked a king suite with sofabed as it was my husband and our daughter with me. Upon arrival, they said they had bad news and reduced us down to king bed and rollaway bed. Also 100 sq feet less. They stated that they overbooked and first to arrive gets it. It was Marathon weekend and our daughter was running. We had no choice but to take the room they gave us

The Sheraton had overbooked their hotel due to outside 3rd parties, like Expedia, not showing or selling the correct room inventory. So the 2 suites I thought I had booked months in advance did not turn into that at all. Instead I got a small room with two queen beds.

All in all, this is a really nice hotel. The staff is top-notch, the entire facility is clean, and it's great that you can access the Pru, a connector mall with high-end stores, without having to brave Boston's cold winds. Just two complaints: the breakfast buffet was way too expensive considering the paltry spread, and the accessible room we ordered did not have a walk-in shower, just a tub with grab bars. I can't figure out why hotels as big as this one don't have more rooms with walk-in showers AND anti-slip pads for the bath. My mother, who is almost 90, decided not to take a chance taking a shower. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

TV in the room didn't work. At the high prices charged, you would expect Wi-Fi to be included, it was not. Parking, on the cheap side, is $47/day, if you choose to leave your car and walk everywhere, or $72/day if you use concierge. Breakfast is NOT included, and costs starting around $40 per person. Ridiculous prices for so few amenities.

Only stayed one night for a quick trip to Boston,
didn’t have time to make use of any of the amenities but it seemed pretty good.
The updated rooms are comfortable and stylish, standard and expected for Sheraton.

The parking is a bit confusing and the only real drawback.
There’s a valet service but when I pulled in, there was a line of parked cars at the entrance without an attendant.
The hotel website states a $70 per day charge for use of the hotel valet, but the parking lot they use is shared with a public lot.
I was able to park in the public lot, close to the Sheraton entrance, and they only charge $50 for 24 hours.

Very disappointing and alarming experience. Around 1:00 a.m., while I was asleep, the bathroom glass door in my room suddenly shattered and scattered glass across the floor. This was a serious safety hazard, and I could have been badly injured.

Although staff moved me to another room, they were not apologetic and did not seem to treat the incident with the seriousness it deserved. This was not just an inconvenience. It was a serious guest safety issue.

I request that hotel management contact me directly regarding this incident and explain what actions are being taken.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic… until you attempt to fall asleep. Check-in was very nice at the front desk. The restaurant and bar were very fancy and had good food/drink options. The room looked nice upon arrival. When attempting to sleep though, it was terrible. There was a service elevator behind my bed, so I head that every time it went up and down. The room was set to 68 for temp, which was nice, but it got so hot in the room at 1:30 that I was sweating and had to take all covers off. The noise in the hallways was so terrible. You could hear every door closing and conversation upon conversation as people walked by. There was an adjoining room next to mine. With that door closed, I could hear the person next to me urinating while standing up. No joke. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows were TERRIBLE. Bathroom was nice. Sleep was very limited for 4 nights. Pool and workout area were really nice.

Stayed at the Sheraton over the valentines day weekend and it was amazing. The renovations they had done make the place so fancy and cozy. We got upgraded to a corner room and it had a beautiful view and very comfortable beds. Only downside is that parking is 72 dollars a day. The hotel is connected to the Prudential center so that makes it very easy to walk thru and avoid the cold outside. Will definitely stay there again!
