Positives first, low rate, the beds were clean, comfortable & neatly made. Refrigerator was bigger than the average & had a small freezer. Negatives, they wanted me to give up my room bc I was a late check-in, even though I called in advance. Being told after I paid in full that I was then required to give an additional deposit (i’ve never had to do this ever). The floor being drenched in some liquid to where I had to clean the floor before I could even take off my shoes. AC on 60 but us sweating the entire time, we had to go get a fan. Waking up to my tire almost flat from a nail, having it happen a second time on the same day. Turning in my keys to get my cash deposit back but being told I had to go back to my room to wait on him to come inspect it before I can get my money. While there finding a third nail in my parking space, told him about the tires & he told me there’s nothing he can do about me picking up a nail in his parking lot because he don’t know if that’s where it came from even though the entire parking area across from my parking space is filled with construction trailers, full of those nails. Zero amenities except the microwave & fridge. Not suggested for families, every time we walked outside, you could smell herbs and at least once when I went to the door to open it, it was already seeping in. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Cheaper isn’t always better.

The rooms AC barely works to keep up with the summer heat that’s coming in. The TV doesn’t connect to their WiFi and their WiFi doesn’t reach the second building. So no tv. No WiFi. To top it off, their only amenities offered are two small packets of conditioner and shampoo and a really small bar of hand wash/body wash. The only nice thing about the stay was how clean and polished the rooms are.

I can’t fully rate the room, because Expedia messed up all around!!! They gave me confirmation of reservation, but the property did not have it! They were totally booked and I didn’t have a room after having driven over 10 hours and it was very late! The property person was abrupt and almost rude and hung up on me!!

Luckily, hotels.com did take their time with me and find me another room. Now is an hour and two minutes on the phone with them. But they definitely came through. But obviously this hotel had just been bought out recently.

I think this property has some really great potential. The king size bed that I was given was incredible. The height of the bed was a little irregular because I almost wasn’t tall enough to climb into it. The room was freshly painted and was incredibly clean, but it could’ve used an extra trash basket in the bathroom I think in time this will be an excellent property.

People were blasting loud music from their rooms, cigg butts and dirty q Tip on ground was reported to staff but nothing done about it. Went to use towels after shower had long hairs on them looked dirty. Could smell smoke in my room oddly after my card stopped working and I dont smoke. The TV was large and room was clean other than..the dirty possibly used towels but the property was nasty.

Llegué con mis nietos el baño tenía las paredes y corona llena de pelos el piso tenía bastante pelo también el piso del cuarto no le habían pasado una escoba en días las sábanas estaban manchadas y se nota que solo las estendieron y no las cambiaron, el wifi no funcionaba el TV se veía muy mal la imagen y tampoco agarraba la señal del internet el lavamanos sucio y con pelos también, en fin necesitan mejorar la limpieza porque cada persona que nos quedamos en hoteles estamos pagando por el servicio y pienso que deberíamos al menos llegar a un lugar limpio para descansar tranquilos

For how cheap my room way, I was not expecting much, and I was okay with that. So it became quite the pleasant surprise to find it one of the cleanest rooms I've stayed at in a while, along with a much larger-than-average fridge and a nice microwave. It felt similar quality to a Fairfield Inn or one of the other lower-level Marriotts I've stay at. I was impressed enough to be disappointed I was only staying one night.

The only issue I had was the night I stayed that I was unable to book through the app I was charged more and the hold on my debit card has taken awhile to be reimbursed. I will be going there in person today to hopefully get it corrected. I was told the room would be 53 but was actually 60 as well.

Non smoking room was definitely smoked in. Toilet seat was so loose my mother almost fell
Off. The tub was rusted and stained so bad I wouldn’t have put my dog in it. There were stains on the sheets and towels. Flies everywhere in our room. I requested clean sheets and a flyswatter to make it work for the few hours I would be there….waited over an hour for them to comply (with zero action) before checking out and spending the night in my car in a local travel station.

The sheets were yellowish with holes and blood spots. When I asked to change sheets, they told me they will do. In 2 hours I asked again. Then the worker just brought me a new sheet and give it through door. New sheet was without spots but with multiple holes as well. Overall a lot of bad smell, no trashcan, walls were dirty with very strange spots on them. No coffee in the morning at checkout area. It was the worst motel I stayed in my life at.

This had to be by far the worst place I've ever seen. It was filthy. There were homeless people on the parking lot. Blood stains on the chair and sheets. There was excrement in the toilet. Bugs all over. I went to the front desk to get a refund and the attendant had her baby in a stroller behind the desk at 11pm. She refunded me and we immediately left. It was also very hard to find the entrance. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Disaster!

First of all, I drove around looking for the entrance and passed it 5 times. The entrance is on the main street, but the motel is set back and the signage is not lit up at all. I got there and checked in. I was given a second floor corner room. I grabbed some of my things and my dog and headed up just to discover that the room was used, messy and the bed broken ( see pic). It was also very smoky. I treked back to the front office and showed him the pics. He said \" someone must have broken into it.\" I asked \" does that happen often\"? He said \" well, this isnt the best neighborhood\" and quickly backtracked stating someone probably gave them a key. He gave me a different room. I walked in there...(see all remaining pics), took pics, and walked out and got back in the car. Unfortunately I had prepaid my room. I didnt feel safe in the least. I proceeded to drive to a Loves truck stop and sleep in my car instead. ( apparently, the site wont accept my photos)

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The first room I was given was dirty, had cockroaches, a broken AC, and no working telephone. I had to use my cell phone just to call the front desk and ask for help. The staff did move me to a room next door, which thankfully had a working AC, but it still fell short. There was no luggage rack, the beds looked old and uncomfortable, and while the sheets seemed clean, they had visible stains.

Overall, the staff was responsive when I called, but the quality and upkeep of the rooms left a lot to be desired.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. They were mowing the grass when we got there and it was blowing into our room from under the front door. There arent any microwaves, mini fridges or coffee makers, the towels were stained with what looked like car oil, the room had an overwhelming smell of bleach, we killed 5 roaches and we only stayed 2 nights. There was a massive homeless population around this motel. People with loud vehicles were in and out all hours of the day and night. We asked for extra towels and the front desk told us they were none left. We had a smoke free room but the shower curtain, sheets and curtains had burn holes in them. We stayed because our apartment was getting renovations done and I'm glad it was done ahead of schedule. We left a day early. One positive they are pet friendly. 0/10 would not recommend.

I do not recommend this place. I believe people actually live there - one person was sitting in her doorway smoking. Multiple people hanging outside. While trying to check in - one person came in because she had roaches in her room. We finally got our key and went to the room. It was dirty. Holes in the linen. The tub was absolutely gross. The smell was like they used bleach to cover the mold. You could see mold. We went back to the desk and requested a refund. We did not feel safe and did not feel comfortable leaving our cars there.

There was no hot water on the premises. How can you run a Motel without hot water. As I was told, the problem had been for all week. Small amenities that you might expect in a Motel were missing. No tissues, no ice bucket, but the bags were laying where the bucket should have been. On a positive note, the WiFi was very good. Perhaps they should keep the WiFi and tear the building down and start over.

I checked in i was not informed the room i was put in would not have a refrigerator or a microwave. Not a big issue but when i asked for a room with the amenities in it there were none available. Still not a huge deal. Tge room was not very clean. The door was very hard to shut the lock kept getting stuck. My partner and i left for about an hour. Came back and it was hotter in the room than outside. Mind you its 87 out at 6 pm. I was told they MIGHT be able to get someome to come look at it. We checked out and had to spend money on a different hotel.They gave me half of my refund back. I work on the road so i stay in hotels for a living. This hotel is for people that live here. Do not waste your time unless you want a dirty room with no air refrigerator or microwave.

Worst Motel 6 I've ever seen

We stopped here because my husband had started feeling sick while driving. After stopping to pick up soup and gatorade for him, we checked into the motel. We walked into the room and immediately noticed there was no microwave or refrigerator, items needed to prepare him something to feel better. I asked about it at the front desk and she said they were hoping to get them when they remodeled. Upon further inspection, there was no remote for the tv. The desk clerk said the girl who knew where the extra remotes were wasn't there..i returned to the room again to manually turn on the tv and there was not even a power cord for it. Nothing. Just a tiny tv mounted on the wall.
Then, in the bathroom, i started the water for a bath but the tub faucet was turned off and only the shower head worked. No problem, except THERE WAS NO SHOWER CURTAIN! (And the hot water heater was apparently behind the shower wall because it rumbled and shook the wall!) Later i noticed there was what looked like black mold up in the corner of the bathroom. We finally just decided to go to sleep. The room itself was very clean, and the desk clerk very nice, but geez!! $100 non-reundable room and all of those things were missing!

Don't waste your time. Spend 20 extra dollars or so instead another hotel. This was the absolute worst bed I have ever slept in in my entire life. The air conditioning could not remove the humidity from the room in my floor was wet the entire stay. Dead roaches in the bathtub, vagrance wondering throughout the parking lot and drug activity. I didn't have to be awake until 4:00 a.m. I gave up trying to sleep at 1:00. Extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The reviews are real. This place needs to upgrade or close.

1st off, I made reservations 2 month in advance. I reserved a handicap room, as I'm in a chair. At check in they told me they didn't have a handicap room, and tried to put me on 2nd floor without an elevator, I'm setting there in my chair. Finally got a room on 1st floor but not handicap accessible. 2nd, on the way to the room there was a prostitute and dope head laying out on the sidewalk by a room, shooting up. 3rd the room was completely nasty. Sheets, mattresses, box springs, carpet, and walls were covered in stains. 4th the only chair in the room was wobbly and broken. 5th the only furniture in the room was under the TV and the headboard, no nightstands. These were both particle boards and was completely coming apart. There was particles from the headboard on the bed. Finally, my wife set on the side of the bed, when she did the bed made a loud pop, the middle of the bed popped up about 6 inches. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. When I went to get a refund, it took them 5 days to release the money back to my credit card.

I stayed in room 105. The air conditioner did not have an on off switch. One of the lamps did not have a lamp shade. I did tell the desk clerk about this when I checked out and he was very pleasant. I didn’t ask for a different room because I was tired and didn’t want to move. Also the room was supposed to be non smoking and it had a smoking oder in the room. They were very good about ensuring I had a ground floor room.

Customer service at check in was horrible. The woman was rude. We were in a room that appeared to be in the middle of renovations. Foam insulation around the ac that was just set into place… also around the light by the door. The light in the bathroom didn’t work and the vent was bent almost in half - damn near broken in half. No amenities (shampoo, etc) and it was me and my wife there but only towels for 1 person and those had to be reused even the next day! When we asked for more towels for the next day, we stayed 2 nights and were there due to a wedding so getting ready was not easy with not much lighting to take a shower, etc. there was a strong smell of pot everywhere, no problem, but a lot of people coming and going in the 2 rooms by us. A ton of homeless congregate there, I worried about our belongings and vehicle. I will never be able to stay there again!

On the plus side…. Believe it or not… NO BED BUGS

As I explained, heater not working properly, maintenance did bring in a small heater for bathroom. Sink area was all wet because of leaking ceiling which had been all patched up. Floor was also wet. Killed live roach crawling in bathroom. Went to take shower in the morning and water faucet handle frozen, could not turn on at all! Worst experience ever, will never go there again, EVER!

Would give 0 stars if I could. This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed out. Upon getting into the room the first things noticed was that the over head light didn’t even work. From there we could see the giant crack in the door frame by the lock where it looks like the door had been previously kicked in. The bathroom was absolutely horrendous. The tub was so nasty I wouldn’t even give a rodent a bath in it. The bathroom door was falling apart and had a giant hole in it to what I assume someone had kicked. The bedding was absolutely filthy. The sheets and blanket were full of unknown stains and burn holes and the table was falling apart. When going to turn the ac down I noticed all the mold in the ac unit. This place honestly should be condemned and shut down with how bad it is. I’m very disappointed with this experience and would greatly appreciate a refund

Room was clean, bed was comfortable but room was very run down. Paint was peeling from the walls and the towel hangers were torn down, could see the holes were they used to be. The toilet didn’t flush right so we had to open the top to help the tank fill so it could flush. I wouldn’t stay here again.
