Great place to stay in Jacksonville!
Elecia
Nice, clean hotel with great amenities! Would stay again!
Khalia
This was one of the hotels I really enjoyed they have a whole refrigerator, hot top, plates, utensils, and let’s not forget the Free Breakfast from 6-9am. The staff is very welcoming, nice, friendly, and understanding. When I visit Jacksonville again this will be my hotel every stay I really enjoyed it all.
Wendy
Staff was outstanding!
Emilia
The room was very nice and clean, and walking distance to the stores, and right in from the Hotel is my favorite coffee shop 7Brew
Rebecca
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect, equidistant from Jax Beach and Downtown Jacksonville. Will be staying again when we’re back in town!

The hotel itself was beautiful The rooms were spacious and very accommodating and the location was excellent
Marjory Leah
Just wanted to say that the staff there is always positive and professional. But we really appreciated Tashana the day we arrived.
Rosa
Stayed here out of convenience due to its proximity to Mayo Clinic. The staff was great, the room was clean and ready upon arrival. This was my second time staying here, and I will be back when I have future visits at Mayo. Thanks!
Miriam
This is always a great place to stay especially because it’s close to the Mayo Clinic …a five minute drive
Erica
The staff was very helpful and very friendly. I will definitely be booking this hotelagain.
Yue
A solid, no-frills Marriott that delivers exactly what you’d expect at this price point. Room was clean and functional, staff were courteous, and check-in was smooth. Nothing about it will wow you, but it gets the job done. Good option if you need a reliable place to sleep and don’t need extras.
María
Comodo y cerca de todo.
Thomas
I liked that the manager there last night was very professional! She was very helpful! And most of all she was a good human!
KATHY

There was no bath mat or safety strips inside the bathtub which made it very slippery. Also no exhaust fan.
Jennifer

Felisa
Excellent location close to everything you might need including the Mayo Clinic, at a fraction of the cost. Well maintained, and clean.

This Hotel is a Great place at a Great price.

Staff was super friendly but several little things went wrong. No easy WiFi connection and breakfast quality has gone down over the years.

Roger

I always give this place five stars. It’s conveniently located near the Mayo Clinic, where I receive medical treatment, so I stay here often and it truly feels like a second home. The area is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and both Walmart and Publix are just a short drive away. I especially appreciate having a full kitchen, which makes longer stays much easier and more comfortable. Most importantly, the property is extremely clean every time I visit. Highly recommend!
Kina

Great place to stay. Great customer service. Room I had was a mini stove and fridge. Nice place to sit outside. Probably about 10mins from the beach. Able to walk to a coffee shop. Target and food places across the street. Great customer service. Clean
Eva
The clerk was rude. Did not have our room. We were supposed to have a king bed but he put us in a room with two queens
He said they were at capacity but we booked two days before that so they gave away our room

FRANK
Staff was great. Room was great. Only complaint is that I booked this hotel specifically because you have ev charging. When I arrived your front desk person said it was removed months ago. This is very disappointing since I planned on having it charge while sleeping
Jaritza
Breakfast station could have been better. Free breakfast was coffee, bagels, apples and oranges.
MELISSA

David M
Clean, courteous and pleasant
William
I don’t know her name, but the person who checked us in at the front desk and was at the front desk the time that we were there. She went out of her way to help us with our dogs. She went out of her way to help me with my husband. Super person she is a type of employee you are glad to have and wish you could always keep.
Richard
Clean and friendly
Mitchell
I've stayed at this facility several times and this was the weakest of my visits. The TV wouldnt turn on and the only solution I was offered was to switch rooms after we had already settled into our room and the only room offered was 1 king(rather than 2 queens) which was unacceptable for our party. Seems they either have no staff to service the TV or no back up TVs available.
Shubham
Clean rooms! They allowed us to stay extra 30 mins and check out late.

No communication from hotel. I booked one bedroom suite and was issued a studio with no explaination. I had to book an extra hotel room because of limited space in studio room. Cost me extra money and time sorting this problem out.
Sally
The room was spotless with a separate bedroom. It had a full refrigerator, stove , microwave and toaster and was equipped with dishes and cutlery. We didn’t use any of this but it was a surprising touch.
Dinetha
Both staff and room was awesome! It’s my second time staying. Will be back
Curt
Everyone was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was a little sparse. My wife does not eat sausage. The bath tub was very slippery. My wife had to put a towel in the tub to shower.
Jino
Clean rooms. Courteous staff and nice breakfast.

I was disappointed that I did not automatically have daily service to place fresh towels, take out trash, and make bed. For the price, which went up $30 sons the last stay and service staff were not as friendly. I learned this hotel is considered an extended stay so they do not offer daily maid service. The coffee was not great either.

Very helpful and professional staff. Property is always clean. Was a hint of Marijuana of the floor we stayed on. Other than that was a great stay.
Kay
The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was well furnished, roomy and comfortable. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but there was plenty available and it was well stocked.
Sue
Breakfast was weak. Ran out of eggs, coffee and bowls for cereal at 9:00 took forever to replace. (Saturday)
Fire alarm went off at 4:00 had to evacuate. Overall I would stay there again. Good location.

Came to stay the night to be at Mayo Clinic in the morning. Only 8 mins away. Actually had a sign for a shuttle in the lobby although we did not use it. Nice clean safe area. Friendly staff when we walked in. She asked our preferences on floor and elevator location. Room was just what we needed. Clean and spacious enough. No sounds heard. Comfy beds. Would stay again.

Breakfast was overcooked and dry. Room was clean. Peephole in the room door had no cover.

There was no wash cloth in the bathroom and the tub was clogged up! The towels had hairs on them.
Donna
Parking is easy and secure. The staff is friendly and professional. It’s close to shopping and dining and The Mayo Clinic.

Beds were not good and the room furniture was visibly dirty. Coffee and breakfast was average. Employees were nice and location was good.
Adalberto
Staff was friendly, the breakfast was great! Yamile was really nice and attentive with us, will definitely recommend this hotel!
Faith
Employees were very nice and place was clean. Free breakfast was small but decent. It’s no Disney resort but it’s a great bang for your buck! Would stay again, 100%.

Good place to stay
The air conditioner fan was loud and ran all night. Other than that it was a great room and friendly staff.
Loni
Clean room, great little kitchen and hotel was very clean and very cool temp! In Florida that’s important.

Clean room, quiet, easy to find behind the awesome 7 brews coffee. The staff was SO nice and helpful! I had never stayed in this area and I’m a single woman and I felt Very safe! Room had everything I needed. Highly recommend this hotel!!!!
Cassandra
The room is a good size. However, bathroom was not cleaned well with caulking missing and mold on grout. Also very odd to not have an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
Would stay elsewhere next time.

Great stay
Second year we visited Jax, stayed in same hotel because we had a great experience last year. Only complaints I have is that we had a few nights where parking was unavailable due to I believe an excess of parents in town with their kids for a soccer tournament. Additionally to that point, the kids were in the pool (loud) till midnight several nights, however they didn't personally disturb us as we were on the 3rd floor. I'm sure other guests didn't appreciate that, though. Overall another good stay, will be back next year for sure.

Exactly what I expected. Clean, friendly and convenient

The hotel is very nice, there is not a lot of parking. It is shared parking with another hotel, but will stay here again.

Only thing I wasn’t happy about. Breakfast was more Mexican style. Eggs had jalapeños and peppers there was no real option that wasn’t spicy except dry cereal, and bagels.
Rosemarie
Every option to eat close. Close to beach and close to Mayo Clinic. Our purpose for trip

We love Marriott
The beds at all of the Marriott locations are always awesome. That is why my family always looks for Marriott no matter where we go. The free breakfast was very good. If you stay multiple days it repetitive but always high quality.

Very nice.

TV system is awful
Everything was great except operating the TV. Has to be the worst hotel TV system I've ever encountered and I'm into audio/visual stuff as well as IT. Super-slow and unresponsive and seemed to lock up at one point trying to make the guide go away. Rebooted and could finally change the channel after 2 or 3 minutes. Otherwise, room was clean, staff was friendly, location was fine, and bed was ultra- comfortable. I'd recommend, but bring your Roku/Chromecast.
