Loved our room. Quiet and peaceful! Just what we needed. Property is newer with nice new amenities like fitness room, and front lobby. Very comfortable bed and shade made the room perfectly dark for us to sleep in. 5 minute walk to the beach n. Highly recommend!

There really isn’t anything negative to say about Element or it it’s staff. As a matter of fact, even giving a neutral or status quo comment would be an injustice. Right from the beginning, the staff showed how competent, friendly, and professional they are when I called to let them know that I would be arriving extremely late. Not only did they not cancel the reservation as would have been completely in their right to pet policy, they were completely understanding and reassuring. Jaime and Corey are exactly what hospitality should be. They reflect the principles and values of the industry and regardless of what I asked for, they were responsive and accommodating. I had to extend my reservation and they not only had absolutely no problem keeping me in the same incredible room, they also made sure there was no increase in my rate. I travel for business all the time and stay in some of the nicest hotels in the industry, Element is right there at the top. I wouldn’t even look anywhere else, regardless of how upscale or nice another hotel may or may not be, as long as I’m coming to Jacksonville, I’m staying at Element. Thank you guys.

Hotel is good, great service, however, they closed the bathrooms in the lobby to clean them for about 20 minutes per male/female side at the busiest time. During breakfast.

If you had dropped off your key post check out you were stuck waiting for the cleaner to finish before you could leave. This is NOT a good system. Cleaning the bathrooms in the afternoon when the public areas are not in a lot of use would be better.

The pool was small and shallow. More like a big hot tub but it was nice. The room was nice, except once you pulled the couch out to a bed it took up the whole space, you could not walk around the bed to the window or lamp. We took the PS5 for our daugther and we had to disconnect the cable to hook it up because we couldnt use the feature on the tv to hook it up and then couldnt control the volume. Lucky we took the headphones. Our room was right next to the highway so it was very loud with all the traffic and loud vehicles. The shower was very slippery and had no grab bars, if we stay again I will have to request a bathroom with grab bars as our daughter has mobility issues. We ended up having to ask for cleaning service at the very end of day 2 because we ran out of towels and toilet paper. We thought they came every 2 days. Its also frustrating to have to walk around the whole block to get back into the hotel once you leave. We did not eat breakfast there but it looked ok. I have a nut allergy and couldnt tell what had nuts and didnt have nuts. It is very close and we were able to get around by foot most the time. If we ever come back here, I know to ask for a room at check in on the east side of the hotel, get a mobility friendly room, and a room with 2 beds, not 2 rooms. Overall it is a very clean hotel.

You know when you go on vacation and you want to relax and get away from the hussle of it all--this place has some nice touches, however the location of the pool to the noise from the streets as part of our family vacation I wish I had known sooner. I would have booked another location not so near busy roads.

Had a great stay at Element in Jacksonville Beach! The room was clean and had just the perfect needs and wants. The hotel gym is nice. Parking was easy. The front desk staff were all kind and friendly..and high props to Cory! Thanks so much to the housekeeping staff for turning in my jacket I left in the closet & was able to have a friend retrieve for me to bring home.
I would definitely return to this hotel for another stay.

Add grab bars to shower. Add hooks in bathroom for towels , clothes, etc. More variety would make the breakfast better. Happy Hour could be seven days instead of four. Staff was very acceptable. Biggest complaint was road noise intruding into hotel.

We had a terrible stay and left a day early. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. This time the AC did not work and the road noise was horrible. We were up all night due to the heat, humidity and noise. Asked for a refund for the night we did not stay. The guy at check out had no concern for us leaving early and just said to call Expedia.

Great stay!

The room was perfect! Everything we needed to get up and get the morning going. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable.
The breakfast has a fresh made item each day that changes. Yogurt bar and then your standard grab and go breakfast.

Nice Stay.

It was all excellent except for the street noise on 3rd St S side of the building. A bit noisier than expected so not the most restful experience but was able to sleep.
Would go back again but request a different location, something on the parking lot side.

Pros-walking distance to beach and places to eat, great gym, pretty good breakfast, and nice room with everything included you would need to make meals.

Con’s-small pool and under a roof. Wish there was some room for sun bathing and room we had was facing the road so crazy loud all night.

Out side noise through the glass window was the worst of any hotel that I have stayed in. I have stayed in many hotels around the world. All night long trucks, cars, motorcycles exhaust noise. Brick up the windows on the street side and insulate.

For a three star property, this hotel has a lot of amenities. First of all, the property is very clean and feels modern and new. The on-site parking is great and even has a covered garage, which is awesome for hot summer days. The beach is a very short walk, one block down the road. I did get to take advantage of the gym once, which was well stocked and clean. I typically do not take advantage of free hotel breakfast, but I did hear all three mornings of my stay. There were different options every day and consistent staples, like Greek yogurt and granola and fruit, which is what I typically have for breakfast anyway, so very convenient!
If you are looking for a hotel with a great outdoor pool, then I would not recommend this resort. I did not use the pool because the pool is in the first floor under the parking garage. Because of this, the pool is completely shaded and right by the road. You will not get any sun by this pool. Fortunately, I was not planning on spending any time by the pool, and spent my time at the beach.

Overall, this hotel is in a great location and I would definitely stay here again. Great value for the money!

Great hotel!

This hotel is great because of its location to Jax Beach. The hotel is clean, and the beds are nice. Only downside to the hotel is the shampoo dried out my hair, and the “hot item” they offer for breakfast is sweet and not eggs. But overall the staff is friendly, and I enjoyed staying there.

This was the fourth time I’ve stayed at the element and that will be the place. I’ll stay from here on out very happy with accommodations the cleanliness. The breakfasts are awesome and be able to walk to the beach and souvenir shops nearby is also nice along with the restaurants.

Always love staying here. It’s a block walk to the beach and in a very convenient location to main roads and shops. Always super fancy, clean, and comfortable! Check-in was super quick and easy. The air conditioner wasn't working right when we got in the room but within 10 minutes someone came out to look at it and within an hr he changed out the a/c with a new one and it worked perfectly.
We loved the service and how everyone helped out with anything

The element is a very nice hotel it’s kept up nicely very clean, very accommodating. The parking lot could stand to be such a tiny bit bigger but it’s an excellent location a block and a half from the beach. Very very nice set up. I’ve stayed there twice I will definitely stay there again.
