I booked the room the morning of my stay. By the time my flight landed, I'd received a message saying that my booking was no longer valid and I would be refunded. I spent an hour on the phone with Expedia And trying to contact the office where the room was while sitting at the airport. Not knowing where I was going or if the room was even going to be available. Finally. Expedia confirmed that whoever sent me the message was incorrect and that I could go ahead and travel to the room. When I arrived They did let me check in 2 hours early because they had a room clean and available. The room was nice and it was a walkable area. I don't know what the mix-up was in the beginning, but the rest of the trip turned out well

Gosia was working when we arrived and she was fantastic. The place was interesting, but worked well for our family for a quick night before boarding a cruise ship. The breakfast was late, so we didn’t get to enjoy that before leaving the hotel. We had a quad room (with 2 full beds) and our family of 4 fit for a night, with just a quick bag of luggage but it would be tough if you had a longer stay with more stuff. There is no parking on site typically so that would be a challenge too. Thankfully we arrived when Gosia was working, but I can imagine it would be very complicated if you were to arrive when no staff was there- we witnessed someone trying and were able to help them get in since they couldn’t figure it out. All in all, an interesting and affordable stay for a night, but wouldn’t recommend if you are expecting hotel amenities and accommodations!

This is not a hotel ! It is abig vila, devided to 7 room with bathroom attached. You can hear people come and ho and the atmosphere is not of a hotel.Furniture are really used, carpets are dirty. Not fun!

The area surrounding the property was noticeably dirty and dusty, which created a poor first impression. The towels provided were old and felt worn out. Parking was inconvenient and quite a hassle throughout the stay. Overall, aside from the room itself, most of the facilities and common areas appeared outdated and not well-maintained, giving the place an unclean and neglected feel. The images on the website do not match the actual experience.

There is a very nice outside terrace under trees where you enjoy your morning coffee. Convenient location to Ocean Drive, only 5 min walk. Located in a very quiet residential area. Stays 2 nights or longer get free parking on request. I would stay there again. Highly recommend it !!

We stayed in the back room detached from the main house. The room was cute but not very clean. The blankets had stains on them. The shower had mildew all along the tile and the shower door that was supposed to be there was removed and replaced with worn down shower curtains that had a few small holes in them. The corners of the floor were dirty. Overall the room did not smell or look very clean. The breakfast was tasty however the food choices are the same everyday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the beach, shopping, food and downtown area. Disappointed for the price we paid.

Carlos was nicest man ever. I have a broken foot and he helped me with my bags. Great location. Half block down is Publix, total wine, target with other stores. Beach walk didn’t seem far although I didn’t go with foot issue. Breakfast was made to order. The center courtyard was comfortable however not as the pictures showed. I will stay here again.

Overall I’d give them a 6 out of 10.
Due to me having 4 issues during my check-in
As stated on the website, the front desk closes after 8pm, I just assumed nobody would be there physically after 8pm and there would be some type of virtual assistance if needed. NO
1. Upon check in I had an issue with the front gate, it took me 20 minutes to actually make the key work and it’s a MANUAL KEY. The gate has like a trick lock you have to jiggle, wiggle, shake it . That was very annoying to deal with. I called the front desk someone answers but I figured it out so we disconnected.
2. After working up a sweat I finally enter to my living space. The living room area/Lobby was nice , they left out little cakes which made me smile.
Entering my room it just didn’t wow me. Doesn’t resemble the pictures that much. A little catfish . Bed was nice, bathroom was clean and nice. Tv /remote did not work which ultimately ruined my stay.
3. I tried to reach out to front desk (although they answered me after 8pm) they stopped responding to me when I stated I had an issue with the tv. You would think for ppl coming out of town or getting off a late plane you’d have at least an 24 hr service of some sort to help with guest issues.
4. I didn’t even stay the night I ended up booking another hotel on the beach that was more comfortable and guest friendly . Sad part is they have a no refund policy which is sad because I couldn’t enjoy my room or the free breakfast.

I really didn’t like the room I stayed in—it faced the street, and as soon as the sun came up, the room lit up completely. A space with that much direct sunlight should definitely have blackout curtains. I barely got any sleep and couldn’t wait to leave. To be honest, this felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, and I’ve stayed at much better places. The breakfast was terrible, and overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had—it felt more like a low-quality motel.

We love the cleanliness of the room, and that it was very modern-looking. The breakfast was AMAZING!! The B&B reached out to us earlier in the day and asked when we would be arriving. I said 1pm and would we drop our bags off, but she said our room would be ready early. So we truly appreciated the early check-in. The cons were that the room was small. And the parking is $20, but at a mall a block away. My family and I would most definitely stay here again, due to the location, the ambiance and the breakfast.

We stayed only a night. This a very cozy place you will enjoy. Our room was small but we only need it to shower and sleep, quite area about 10 blocks from south beach. I booked for the price and because it says parking available however the parking is just a public parking 2 blocks away. Free if you stay more than 2 nights but we paid $20 because of only - night. Breakfast included and is made to order with pancakes and omelettes, would love to have fresh fruits since we are vegetarians that barely eats eggs, but we made an exception. Free refill coffe and orange juice :) staff is friendly, check in and check out was very simple. No hidden fees and no bad surprises! They do have a patio where we enjoyed very late at night after our day.. we said that this one is a very little hotel :) thanks for everything!

Juan Carlos was amazing. I wish I can remember the young ladys name in the morning, she was amazing as well. Place was clean, private and very intimate. Very Zen-like.....Definitely not for the loud crowd. Few blocks from the beach, you can walk or rent golf cart or scooter a few blocks away on 6th Ave. It was not that far from airport either.

My room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to South Beach. I didn’t need to use Uber or Lyft until it was time to leave. Good value overall, only parking can be a little hectic. Room is a little small, but is clean. The main concern is the bathroom where the tiles have a lot of brownish substance. Water is not very hot. Breakfast is good.

As the property is basically a converted large house we expected to hear a lot of noise from other rooms and communal area but it was in fact very quiet. Set in a quiet residential area there is ample free roadside parking and very conveniently situated for the beach and ocean drive. The free cooked to order breakfast was really good. All the staff very friendly and helpful.

However, the location is great if you plan on staying for a few days (or more) because there is a lot of cool things to do in walking distance. The hotel was very clean all around, breakfast self service ok and bed comfy and fresh. I didn’t like the general appearance though. It had more of a sports centre feel and ambiance rather than a hotel. Quite bare and awful loud op-art kind of decor, not comfy as are others around the area where I would book in the future. Its a 10 min walk to the beach and ocean drive where there is a ton of food, nightlife and vendors! I would definitely stay here again! ( the shower and robes were divine)

We stayed for 1 night. The people managing the property advertize a happy hour 6=7 but in reality pushed us to check in remotely and noone was there at this time. Room was small and bathroom unclean and in need of a refresh. Breakfast the man in charge wouldnt let us use one of the 3 table inside as apparently thats reserved for him. Instead, sending us outside with several others in spite of the rain.

It's a good property to stay, however the room we stayed in was very cozy - can be a struggle if you've big suitcases. The biggest plus was delicious breakfast every morning and parking on premise (max 2 cars). We did self check-in which wasn't an issue - instructions received via Expedia were very clear.

This can be a good place *if* your sleep and in-out schedule matches. There could be noise or lack of access to luggage at certain times . If your room is in the main house, the doors and walls are thin and adjacent to the kitchen and living room area. In the daytime hours, there was some noise from people talking among other things. Nighttime was peaceful. If you are coming in with jetlag and need to rest between 7 am and 10 pm, this might not be your best bet. Otherwise, the place was quiet at night and also on a quiet street.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and we were initially glad to find a staffed place. But you may not be able to access luggage if staff leave earlier rather than later. (Two staff there until . . . late afternoon-evening-ish. . . depending. . . ).
The backyard area with breakfast table is a stylish and soothing little oasis, and the house is beautifully remodeled and decorated. The location is also convenient to wherever you need to go in South Beach.

The staff was very nice and attentive to our needs. The B&B was very clean and quiet. My boyfriend proposed while we were sitting on the back porch relaxing. Well located property, easy to walk to all things South Beach. Nice outside seating area. You should ban smoking in this area so we don’t have to breath toxins while enjoying a nice provided breakfast. Our bathroom needs some work. Toilet seat practically falling off. Vanity and shower stall are showing signs of wear and should be refreshed. Overall, we enjoyed our 3 night stay.

My best friend and I stayed her for one night before our cruise and I must say this is a cute little hidden gem. The manger was so nice & informative. We arrived a little early and was able to leave our luggage feeling safe to do so & was able to check in a little early. The breakfast was very good and the wine tasting was a plus for me. It is walking distance to restaurants and shopping stores. I would definitely go back.

Very welcoming. Carlos met us on arrival. We were very early and that wasn’t a problem. We were able to relax in the courtyard with coffee. Later we met Gosia who was so friendly and helpful. We chatted away with her several times. The breakfast is cooked to order and is very good. Pleasant courtyard to sit in. Close enough to all the attractions (10 minute walk). We enjoyed our stay. Both Carlos and Gosia are great and other staff were also very friendly.
