We had a very comfortable stay, 2 adults 2 teenagers- comfortable beds, v v clean everywhere, there was everything we needed including a different-sized pillow than what was usually on offer - the staff clearly made a real effort to look after our needs. The free travel pass was an added welcome bonus.

Had a fantastic stay at the Sagitta Hotel, it is in a very convenient location. Rooms are large - we even had a balcony, impeccably clean, with very comfy beds. If I was being picky the furniture is old fashioned and there could be a small sofa or more general seating. The reception staff were very helpful and gave some great recommendations for restaurants. We paid the extra 15f for breakfast - good selection, very tasty and fueled us for the day ahead. all in All a great little hotel.

This is a perfectly decent hotel for an expensive city. It is quite old fashioned decor wise but it was large, clean and the beds were comfy. The staff that cleaned the rooms couldn't do enough to help you. The room has a kitchen area. It is tiny and really poorly equipped compared with others I have used eg no toaster, microwave or cereal bowls

We had a great apartment, plenty of room for two adults and two small children. Great location, bus nearby but could also easily walk to many restaurants and flower clock, jet d’eau and carousel! The staff at this hotel are so friendly and so great with kids!!

Not great to say the lest. Rooms were extremely hot with no air conditioner. The free Wi-Fi was spotty and kept kicking us out. The staff was not pleasant and in the rude end. Would not recommend this place if looking for a decent stay, friendly staff or a cool room. Skipped service and staff tried to charge to refill the coffee pods.

Love the breakfast the most

Breakfast was very good with friendly service . There was no microwave in the kitchenette. Wish we have a map of Geneva provided at check in. I had to ask for the tourist transit pass because they forgot to email that. The reception staff could be more friendly.

We really enjoyed out stay at Sagitta. The staff was very nice and made our stay enjoyable. By European standards, the rooms were huge! We had a suite with small kitchen area, full bath, dining room table and little bar! The hotel is very convenient to the lake and incredible restaurants. The #10 bus is close by and will wisk you right off to the airport. Train station is within walking distance as is the old city with all it's charm!

Quiet street in a bustling city

The hotel is located in a great part of town for dining, near the waterfront and museums. It was easy to get to via bus. They were very nice about keeping our bags as we arrived many hours before check in and wanted to enjoy the city.
The room was clean and comfortable. The fridge was helpful after a very long day of travel to just buy a few groceries and relax. The beds were not kind to us, we both slept only a few hours because of back aches from them. The shower was good, hot water and good pressure.
Cannot beat the price, location and basic amenities, I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, simple, affordable stay for a day or 2.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was huge, the area nice and the staff very friendly. The kitchenette was tiny and had only a fridge and difficult to use countertop stove. The bathroom is interesting, with a shower that is raised quite a bit.

Our stay at the Sagitta Hotel was perfect. It’s centrally located and you can walk everywhere. Everyone that worked at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. We had the wrong converter for Switzerland and the front desk was able to loan us one for our entire stay. The rooms are big and light and so comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good with croissants and coffee and tea. There were a few other items there also so it was a great way to at least start the morning. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

\"Executive suite\" was a very large room, with dining table, fridge, safe, great bedding, electric outlets next to bed, and the closest thing to an American style bathtub/shower I found in my 4 hotel stays this trip. Kettles available on request, i always carry instant coffee. Euro breakfast of lunch meats, cheeses, croissants and boiled eggs in a nice breakfast room. Excellent location on left bank with #10 bus to airport a block away and 3 blocks to Lake Geneva. Migros, shops, restaurants all around. And the staff was wonderful!

Lovely hotel located smack bang in the middle of Geneva. Facilities were excellent and the place spotless. The family suite was perfect for us and the kids with a separate room for the grown-ups. Hurray. 10 min walk to the Jet d'Eau and 20 mins to Baby Plage and Pace des Eaux Vives. Perfect.

You have been warned! Do not stay here

I have been travelling for 35 years, and currently spend about 8 weeks per year overseas. Sagitta is one of the worst hotels I have ever been to, and I travel through rough parts of Central America. It was so bad that we left even though we pre-paid. This is some sort of residence hotel where the residents gather in the lobby and leer at you. One of them verbally accosted my son on the stairwell to the point where the whole place could hear it. As you walk past the lower floor rooms, doors open as residents stare at you, and you can see into the crowded rooms. We had two rooms, one of which had a broken lock, apparently from someone forcing entry. The rooms are set up nicely enough so that it looks like you have lots of room in the pictures, but that is exactly the point. They are actually used as some sort of temporary housing. This place should not even be listed on Hotels.com site. We went to the front desk, but the lobby was taken up by the guy who was screaming earlier and his friends, so we passed on talking to the clerk. We simply grabbed our bags, and went to the Holiday Inn - it was great. If you feel that you must stay here, look for yourself first before paying. You have been warned by a friendly fellow traveler.

Spacious room that was located in a easy to navigate area. We were able to take public transit just about everywhere we wanted to go within a short walk. The free transit pass allowed us to get around and also back to the airport. Only thing of note is that the street is closed off at one end so can be confusing if you have an Uber driver drop you off

Great location, friendly staff, and nice breakfast. It can be hard to find hotels with decent pillows — the pillows here were great and in good supply and the beds comfortable. Some of the facilities are older, but everything was very clean and the bathroom nicely updated. We also received a free upgrade and my family really appreciated the extra space. I would stay here again!

A good find in Geneva. Our luggage was lost by the airlines and the staff was wonderful accommodating us. A very nice breakfast was included. The room was small but includes most everything needed. Be aware there is a lot of street noise. Bring your own shampoo.

This is a very basic hotel. While it was spacious and clean, it actually smelled very sterile. Even the sheets were very rough and felt like you had detergent next to your skin so it scratched. He property itself is fairly centrally located. The staff were courteous. The woman in the breakfast room was especially helpful. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was a last minute reservation and not a whole lot of choices.
