The views were stunning and nice and private. The breakfast was so tasty and great having it in our room. All the staff were so helpful, suggesting places to visit and sorting out anything we needed. it is a unique boutique hotel - on 20th floor with only 8 suites. it is probably one of the tallest buildings in Reykjavik - so you will get wide unobstructed panoramic view of the city. location is great - walkable from heart of Reykjavik. staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. only negative is breakfast - I had much better breakfast in other hotels/Airbnb in Iceland.

The 20th floor is where it is located. The view was spectacular, the room was gorgeous and breakfast was served in our room. It was so amazing, We had to take a picture. It was just so amazing. Our only complaint was that because there were so many windows. It was actually kind of warm in the room. Iceland prepares for cold weather and We had some warm days that The air-conditioning system couldn’t keep up with, especially when the blinds were open to the windows. They arranged a ride from the airport which was very helpful( no uber here, they did have taxi’s)

The room and the hotel are lovely. There were a few issues that we wish had been better. The TV kept blanking out, was hard to navigate channels and was way too low to bee seen from bed while watching the news! Minor, but worth mentioning. The LARGE picture windows had drapes that would not block the light from the corners requiring us to wear sleep masks every night. Due to the masks, we didnt even mind the auto turn on bathroom lights coming on upon entry at night!!! The breakfast was outstanding! I did enjoy looking down on the part of the city of Reykjavik we were able to see from our window in RM 3.

After a long trip in Iceland this was the perfect place to end our last couple of nights. The check in process was straightforward and easy, parking was manageable if you’ve got a halfway decent understanding of parking in Iceland. The staff was absolutely exceptional and very helpful with whatever you need. The corner suite is an absolute gem with an amazing view of the ocean and city. The breakfast that is delivered every morning has an amazing selection that’s perfect to fuel your adventures for the day. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking to indulge yourself on your visit in Iceland.

Really close to town and easy to get around from there as also on the main pick up/drop off route for tour companies. Room was spacious and loved the shower after a day out exploring. Breakfast was amazing and always delivered exactly on time and a great mix of yoghurt, fresh fruit and every day different meats and cheeses! The bed was super comfy and felt like we were sleeping in the clouds (with the suites being on the 20th floor). The staff was great prior to arrival. When we used Google maps to get to the hotel, it took us to a building with limited signage for the tower suites. We walked into the building lobby and did not find anyone down there (we later found an elevator around the corner of the lobby). We had no instruction where to park and finding the entrance to the hotel was very confusing. We saw some reviews mention they received an email prior with instructions where to park underground, but we did not. Parking was approximately $4 an hour, not included in the hotel room price. We were able to reach the hotel via email from Expedia which was helpful. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was excellent. They do not offer room service which seemed odd. As we came back from dinner, the code reader in the parking garage did not work. We pulled and pulled on the doors, trying different angles of the card. Eventually out of desperation (no one answered the chat via Expedia we had used), my husband was able to brute force doors apart. We got up to the tower suits and saw a sign that no one was on duty and to call the number if we needed assistance. We were not aware that people were not always on duty and we would need to call if we required assistance. The staff apologized profusely the next morning for the issue with the door. They were polite and kind. We went to the restaurant they recommended in the lobby of the building, the waiters ignored us completely. Overall okay stay.

Truly an exceptional experience. Staff was extremely helpful and positive. They made a consistent effort to be of service...making an extra effort to allow early check-in after a long and tiring international flight. Great amenities in the common lounge used by only 8 suites. Only issue is that it is difficult to find--not well marked outside, so recommend calling for instructions on how to find at street level.

We arrived at Tower Suites very early in the morning. Kimsy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was able to get us into our rooms well before regular check in time. The rooms are very comfortable, the views amazing and breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. This is a fantastic place to stay. The view, the room and facilities are super. A little surprised to the response of the manager just before leaving. When we arrived for our two night stay, the room was very warm, 24,5C. There was no way to lower the heat. When I asked about it, I was told they would look into it. They did, but couldn’t t change it, but opened a window. And told us that someone would come the next day to tend to it. This never happened. We lived with the heating going and a cracked window in winter temperatures. Not ideal, as it dried out our sinuses and nasal passages to the max night time, but, we lived with the situation.
An hour before checking out I took the time to let the person at the front desk know that this hadn’t been taken care of. I wanted to let them know before another guest would come in to the room. Which I told them. It was my only reason for bringing it up. The manager stepped in at this time and became very defensive. When there was no need. I wasn’t complaining, I was trying to help them, so another guest would t have to have the same situation. It’s left a sour taste. But, hopefully, it has been taken care of, as it’s a fantastic place to stay in Reykjavik.

Great view, good breakfast. The subwoofer did not work when the audio system was connected to Apple air play, only the soundbar. A plug near the TV for laptop or table streaming purposes would be good too. The lighting system was tricky to figure out, can’t turn off bathroom lights, as they seemed to be on motion timers. Check in was tricky, because it was sent to my email, there was nobody at the lobby when I arrived. This information would have been helpful more in advance, like at the time of booking or the day before, not an hour before arrival, as I spent 2.5 hours driving to get back to Reykjavik, and wasn’t focused on checking my email upon arrival. Overall staff was very helpful and friendly. I was only in town for one night, and did not explore the area.

They provide free breakfast, pretty decent for a free one. It has variety of items like bread, cheese, fruits, cereal, eggs, milk, cucumber and avocado. They confirm breakfast time the day before, and bring it to the room in a trolley.
There’s a common area in the middle of the floor to get drinks, ice, snacks, coffee, water and tea. There couches and high tables to hang out and enjoy the Reykjavík skyline.
Overall we loved the hotel and their service. It was almost self-serve, and we liked that experience.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and couldnt be more pleased that we did. The views are completely unrivalled to anything else you will find in town. There is free underground parking for the duration of the stay and only a 15min walk into downtown reykjavik. The room was spotless and bed very comfy. We did not book the concierge service however all staff were welcoming, friendly and polite. The front desk staff always asked what our plans for the day were as we left and provided advice accordingly. Although using our phones as keys, we were also given a physical key card aswell. We were also provided with a phone number should we need any assistance with anything at all out of hours. Last but not least....the breakfast is wheeled in on a trolley every morning at your preferred time, it is totally outstanding and feels like a real treat. We would book to stay here again without hesitation.

We just stayed at the Suites in room #4 from 10/5-10/7. We thought it would be worthy to share that we had a very okay experience and we felt disappointed that we weren’t advised before hadn’t (right when we booked) that a huge cooperate party right below us would be taking place. We had a “I am sorry” gift on our table, which was considerate but too late. We should have known about this prior to arrival. We would have reconsidered our booking and went somewhere else. This was clearly known prior as the woman in the lobby said it happens 1x a year.
It was extremely loud, the base was shaking our room nonstop you couldn’t even have a conversation (this was for hours). We weren’t able to rest after a long day touring. We actually ended up leaving for a few hours to avoid the disruption. Then when we arrived back, there were alcohol bottles and cigarettes all over the front and entrance way it was disgusting. Also drunk people asking for rides and acting obnoxiously.
In addition, we weren’t asked if we wanted anything or needed anything upon departure. The 2 ladies at the front just kept talking to themselves and were completely disregarding our departure. Lastly, we heard them talking this AM which was disruptive this morning before we even left our bed. We were in room 4, which is close to the entrance and very noisy and loud.
We were disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again. The lack of honesty, disruptive nature and cold demeanor was off putting.

Parking was very confusing as the hotel doesnt have its named displayed from the road. Also it is in a building with a lot of other businesses and the underground parking is a nightmare. Also our TV did not work with apple cast and there were only 10 stations available. The property looks very nice but for the price I had hoped for closer to perfection.

Unique combination of small size with only 8 rooms but felt much larger with full service including a welcome and delicious breakfast served daily. Quiet, great view. On site staff during day and evening. Walking distance to some restaurants and to harbor (25 minutes). Taxis available within minutes. Didn't use parking services. First time in my life when I had no issues with stay which, due to its rarity, was noted and appreciated.
