We loved our 1st floor Oceanfront Queen suite (room 109), however, getting TO the room was a chore. If you have anyone in your party who can not walk LONG distances, this room is NOT for you. You have to take the elevator up one floor, go down a long hallway and around 2 corners to another elevator. Take that elevator back down to the 1st floor and around several corners to arrive at the room. It was beautiful and updated. We loved that the bedroom had a door for privacy from the sitting area but all that walking was a bit much for our 75 yr old mom. Thank God for my sons who helped us with luggage!

I booked the princess for a romantic getaway and were all of the amenities. Pretty much everything there is closed, even though we are almost in season, but worst of all we tried to use the pool, which is the whole reason we booked the room and we were told that Freemasons booked the entire pool for the rest of the night and we couldn't get into the pool . A huge, huge group of children took up the pool and we couldn't even enjoy the tables and chairs around the pool as they took that all up as well. If you're going to rent out the entire amenities to one group, why would you make me pay full price to stay here and why wouldn't you tell me this what's going on before I stayed??? went to front desk and they offered me nothing.

This hotel is ideal for families with children. Most of the rooms face the pool, which faces the ocean. The temperatures dropped the day after we got to the beach but it didn’t matter because we could play at the pool and had a tiki bar next to it. Would stay here again!

This Hotel is amazing. The staff was awesome knowledgeable and very honest as well as helpful. I stayed during what they call off season, it was very relaxing. There is onsite free parking(off season), covered parking as well as non covered. The pool had adult only hours 9am -10am there is no lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk. My room was very clean I had a side balcony view. On the balcony you can see your neighbors. I saw none because again off season. Also the pic does no justice to how close the beach really is. My suite had utensils , pots and pans dishes and there was dish soap for the dishwasher. There are two food Lion supermarkets close by. There is a bus you can take to get to the boardwalk it's $4 for the day and you can ride as many times as you like. If you drive there is a parking lot on the boardwalk, It's free during off season I don't know the price during season. The hotel is very family friendly. I also went to the spa onsite. It was lovely the staff there were also very nice. I thought the prices were affordable. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

I was there to celebrate my birthday week. Amazing ocean front views. They even upgraded my room without charge. They allowed me to enjoy late checkout. I was absolutely satisfied with all the accommodations. However due to off season the bar was close, the store was close, the deli was close. The pool was amazing 👏 the beach views was excellent. The bell man was amazing!

Their website advertised a restaurant and lounge was opened but they were closed closed and only opened for breakfast on Sunday morning!
We chose that hotel because we love being on premises and not having to UBER or drive anywhere.
The Tv in the master bedroom did not work because it was off line.


The bar maid in the pool area bar was rude and hateful! Otherwise this place would have re received 5 stars.

A map of the hotel would have been helpful. It was like a maze. Our phone didn't work and no info of amneties. Loading and unloading luggage was challenging as there was not ALot of space. Luggage carts were few and far between. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. An ID needed at the bar regardless of age but at pool most people don't think to bring one down.

Really bad experience at this hotel. Hotel does not appear as it looks online. Beware before booking. Any area of the hotel outside of the actual room is old, beat up, dirty, paint chipping and smelly. Everything had a musty old smell. While the room was \"ok\" it lacked cleanliness. There was hair everywhere. All over the floor and in the bathroom. Lipstick on the cups in the kitchen area and on a pillowcase. The fridge handles had gunk all over them. There was a horrible smell coming from one of the cabinets in the kitchen area. We paid for a side ocean view and what we had was a dumpster view. Trash dumpsters were emptied before 7 am waking the whole family up. There was a constant drip of water onto our balcony, but it was not raining. This made the balcony unusable since everything was always wet (yuk). Pool area was dirty, water was cloudy and not clear, my kids didn't even like swimming in it. There was paint chipping off the walls in our bathroom and a big wet/repair spot in the ceiling of the bedroom. The staff were not helpful in fixing any of the issues or helping customers. The whole stay was very unpleasant and we couldn't wait to check out and leave. Would never return and encourage anyone looking at this hotel to keep looking. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

We had an oceanfront 2 queen bedroom and sofa bed. The overall appearance of the room was beautiful. Everything was clean but could have a better smell. The toilet kept getting stopped up and the ice machine in the freezer was broken but other than that everything was great! The pool is nice but needs to be upgraded. The arcade is not really and arcade, it’s a few games beside the pool.

The messages at spa were incredible (there was four of us) the oceanfront dining room was open for breakfast and served the most incredible crab eggs benedict I’ve ever eaten! First time visiting ocean city ever and just wanted a birthday weekend of relaxation and that’s exactly what I got here… Sam the bartender at the tiki pool bar was everything and then some…her mastery with drink mixing is top tier,beds were so comfortable, everything was easy to get to, dint get a chance to try the brunch restaurant they had but I DEFINITELY made sure I went to the spa and they DID NOT disappoint…I will definit Come back to stay here…and finally sitting on the balcony and listening to and watching the waves on the beach put the cherry on top…takes me to a happy place

We booked this hotel for the pool. We were staying in March and my kids love to swim (obviously ocean swimming in March is not happening). The pool is pretty large, however there was a huge cheer competition at the convention center this weekend and many families were staying at this hotel. In the afternoons/evenings the pool was SO incredibly crowded. There were kids screaming, jumping, splashing, throwing balls and frisbees, etc. There were groups of girls doing cheer lifts and throws in the pool. It's certainly not the hotel's fault that we picked a crowded weekend, but I would expect staff to enforce pool rules about noise, jumping, running, throwing (etc) so all guests could enjoy a safe pool experience.

Our room was nice and clean. There was a very nice kitchenette with full-sized fridge, little stovetop and dishwasher. The bathroom was nice, but water was not super hot.

The Starbucks was fine (didn't seem like an official Starbucks but had Starbucks cups. It seemed more like they were using Starbucks products to make their drinks). I had a coffee and a muffin, but there really wasn't much else in the way of breakfast food to purchase onsite.

The gym is adequate if you need to fit in a light workout. There were some treadmills, rowing machine, elliptical, weight machine, etc. There is a water bottle refilling station available, as well as towels to wipe down equipment. No bathroom in the gym.

I completed my reservation, and I was charged the full rate for a sea-view balcony suite. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that all suites were fully booked for the first night and that they could not provide me with one; furthermore, the room they assigned me did not even have a sea view. They promised to switch my room on the second day. On the second day, they did indeed move me, but they assigned me a small, inferior room that was not a suite. We accepted this arrangement and spent the second night there as well. On the third night, while lying in bed, my entire body began to itch. I discovered that there were bugs in the bed—which I documented with photos—went downstairs to show the evidence to the hotel management, and immediately checked out of the hotel. I was explicitly told that my entire payment would be refunded; yet, despite the hotel's unsanitary conditions and the assurance that my money would be returned in full, I received a refund for only a single night.

Cabana rooms require a long hike to back of hotel into another elevator and then a long hike around the bottom of hotel in the basement with pipes, old walls and no sunlight. At night the beach looks like a giant black whole. The sauna is no longer here.

We have stayed at well over 10 different hotels in Ocean City. Hands-down, this is my favorite. I’m sorry it took me so long to stay there.
The rooms are outstanding, very spacious and perfect for a family vacation. The pool is large enough where you don’t feel like everybody is on top of each other. I appreciated the tiki bar adjacent to the pool. Having a spa in house is also wonderful. I loved my facial. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, which is very convenient although there is Keurig coffee pot within the room. I know this is a small thing, but I really appreciated the amount of storage in the bathroom. For those of us who travel with children, we know that comes with a lot of toiletries and it was nice to have a spot for everything. Plenty of cabinet space to put clothes away. Having a full-size refrigerator was a great plus. I can honestly say the only thing that was challenging was their shower curtains. We had a hard time getting them to remain closed to allow to prevent water from getting on the floor. This hotel is oceanfront. Although our room was a partial ocean view, it still very nice. I i’m looking forward to our next day. I recommend this resort without reservation.
