Overall, it was a nice hotel at Ocean City. It's in a great location on the boardwalk. The beds seemed to be smaller than queen size..and they weren't that comfortable. I was really bummed because the indoor pool and gym were out of service. The drinks and the food at the hotel weren't that good. But the bartenders were really nice! And the rest of the staff we interacted with were pleasant.

Clean and tidy for an OC hotel. It's pet-friendly which can sometimes be a negative but I didn't encounter any noise or smells. I love Evelyn & Crabtree products which is the soap brand they have in the bathroom. Bed and linens were nice.

Room was okay, bathroom fan didn’t work and the couch had stains all over it. The bed was springy and not comfortable. The pool and fitness center was not open, would have been nice to know before booking. Doors slamming all night and morning long, along with barking dogs. It’s just not worth the price, many other places we stayed out are much nicer and quieter for hundreds less than this. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed just one night with my husband and would absolutely return. Our room was clean and well appointed and we had a perfect ocean view. Grabbed a drink and appetizers at the hotel restaurant and the service was excellent. The hotel is just off the end of the boardwalk which made it easy to explore but also have more quiet and privacy than a hotel directly on the boardwalk.

We were a little disappointed that most of the hotel amenities were closed during our stay, with the bar being the only exception. Unfortunately, our AC unit was not working properly and was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. However, bartender Jeff truly made our experience memorable. His outstanding service and friendly attitude were the highlight of our visit, and we would gladly return because of him

Pool is unavailable , they did accommodate after we complained with HH points no housekeeping unless you ask. Jeff the waiter was the best part of the stay. Charged for parking even though i didn’t drive so be sure to look at your final receipt. They did refund but what if

Property was clean housekeeping did an excellent job. Great location. For some reason pool and exercise facilities were closed for the entire time we were there. Dog friendly, which was a plus. they did give out restaurant vouchers for breakfast only, but I mostly stayed there to use the exercise facilities and the indoor pool.

The pictures on expedia are not of the actual property. The hotel has no outdoor pool area or water recreation as depictes in the actual 3rd photo of the peoperty. The bed sheets were worn out fread and dirty. A long piece of hair with a chuck of scalp was found in the sheets. And actual fecal stains were on the wall in the bathroom. The front desk was unwilling to help with any relocation of my family since it was booked thru expedia, the only feesback i recieved was to contact expedia. They were obviously stressed from several other customers that were also complaining about the conditions and the one lady who seemed to actually care was overwhelmed as her coworkers clearly did not give a f. Absolutely avoid this hotel.

I’ve stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn three times and I love this hotel. The room is upgraded and the staff is amazing. If you need anything and have to call the front desk they are kind and send someone immediately. The hotel is clean and kept well. This is where I’ll continue to stay whenever I go to OC.

Hotel was very clean from rooms to lobby. My only gripe was that the pool and gym were closed. We did not get to benefit much from the amenities. Close to boardwalk and in walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Family and pet friendly. Will stay again.

I had a great time for the most part, I enjoyed the hotel except for the fact that the pool was being renovated so no pool access. I was looking forward to taking my little one, but instead had to look else where for indoor pool. The food and drinks are top tier. Love it!

The hotel lacked in a lot. The lady who checked us in gave us high hopes but sadly that lasted until we opened the door to our room. Immediately we noticed that there was a spill near the entertainment center that hadn't been touched. And then candy on the floor and other things that needed to be vacuumed. Not to mention the hair in the shower. We called the cleaners to our room three times before we even settled in. The mattress sunk in the middle leaving me with neck, shoulder pain and a terrible headache-it most definitely needed to be changed. The same spills and dirt remained untouched outside of the elevators for the two days we were there. They were sold out the second day so we couldn't move rooms. The restaurant's menu was sparse, and food was just OK as I'd expect at a hotel.
I mentioned these things again to the front desk at check out and all we were offered was that they would talk to the manager.
On our drive home, a man called me to discuss and told me he'd added 30k rewards points to our profile for our inconvenience. Big deal- that didn't make up for our experience that we paid over $300 a night for in the off-season.

This hotel allows any pets, not just service animals in ALL rooms! Love animals, but I don't want to spend these prices and wonder did a cat sleep under the covers here last nite. Saw a few unknown black specks on the coverlet - clearly not sanitized. There's NOT enough time or staff between guests to truly sanitize the bed, bed covers, sheets and carpets. A real shame - beautiful place. Never staying again!!!

Overall, we had a great stay. The room was clean, and the experience was enjoyable. The only downsides were the WiFi and elevators. We were charged for WiFi but weren’t able to connect at all, which was frustrating. The elevators were also quite slow, and one even got stuck while we were using it. Aside from that, everything else was good.

We asked several times for a late checkout.
I even messaged the hotel and my request went unanswered or dismissed several times.
Mira was rude when I asked her again the night before check out. She basically waved me off and dismissed my complaint then told my partner to call in the morning and request a late check out. The gentleman who answered my call this morning told me it was my fault I didn't receive a response regarding my request and gave me only 30 minutes extra instead of an additional hour. The staff are just rude, incompetent, and lack basic customer service skills. Do better if you want to keep occupants coming.

My husband and I had a great time even with the chilly weather. We stayed in the King size room. The room was clean and spacious and there was plenty of storage space. The balcony had an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. It was nice to be able to wake up and catch the sunrise while sitting on the balcony in the mornings. The staff was nice and courteous and the restaurant food was delicious. Will definitely be back when its warmer!

This is the 5th time I have stayed here. Every room has a balcony facing the ocean. They take dogs, which is a huge plus. Bar is nice with view of the ocean and the bartenders, Jeff and Chris are exceptional. Check in was smooth and most of the check in desk employees are very pleasant and helpful. There are a few that act like you are an inconvenience, so that could be improved. Overall lovely hotel. Definitely will be back!

I’ve stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Ocean City multiple times over the years, and it remains my go-to for “affordable luxe.” The ambience, chic decor, and that signature Hilton scent set the tone immediately—it’s such a calming, elevated experience.

The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Housekeeping was especially kind and accommodating, refreshing our room and bringing extra towels while we enjoyed the beach. Service like that never goes unnoticed.

The oceanfront view? 10/10. Waking up to those serene, picture-perfect sunrises is truly unmatched. And the location is ideal—just a quick walk through the sand to the start of the boardwalk.

Staff was a highlight this stay—the front desk gentleman was warm and welcoming, and the associate who helped with our luggage was exceptional.

A couple notes: the hotel is very dog-friendly, which may be a plus for some, but there were quite a few dogs during this stay. Elevator rides were often shared, and I did hear barking through the walls at times. A designated pet-free floor would be a great option for guests without animals. Also, the pool was a bit underwhelming (around a 6/10) and could’ve been cleaner, though it still worked as a fun backup for the kids on a chilly day.

Overall, this hotel continues to deliver on comfort, views, and vibe—I’ll absolutely be back.

Carpet was very dirty in the hallways, there was a stain on the bedspread, the night we checked in the guy that checked us in was very rude and later when I went down to ask for towels since there were only 1 towel & 1 wash cloth he rudely said I’ll send some up, They never arrived so I had to go back down and stood there 20 minutes waiting for them to bring me some Very disappointed.

This hotel was amazing. It was totally updated and so clean. The staff was kind and welcoming. We got there early and the room was ready for us to check in. It’s right on the beach and offered beautiful sunsets. I’m going back next month because I loved it so much. Parking is dynamic there’s plenty and you don’t have to climb steps.

Location was fantastic being right at the end of the boardwalk. Parking was easy and had many options. Room was clean and spacious. Ocean views were fantastic from the in room balcony. Only complaint to note was the indoor pool didnt seem to filter very well and had a lot of contaminants floating (hair, dirt, sand). This did not affect the overall trip, just something to be aware of.

This was our first time staying at a dog-friendly hotel, and we weren’t sure what to expect—but it exceeded all of our expectations. The location is fantastic, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Everyone we encountered was friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised at how well-behaved all the dogs were. The hotel lounge also had a great atmosphere, and the bartender was excellent. The food looked delicious, although we didn’t get a chance to try it. We would definitely stay here again!

Mira and Vickie were fantastic. Personable, professional and knowledgeable in the area. Mira was always smiling and made us feel at home. Jeff and Chris were great bartenders. Great drinks but let people know if your automatically adding gratuity. It shouldn’t be a surprise when you request an itemized statement. Also, always provide those. Travelers need itemized statements. Lastly the dog feature is great but an annoyance. They bark at all times of the night and morning and many times poop was nearly stepped in headed to the beach. Also the concern with fleas and ticks would make never make us want to risk our pets getting them. The walls are super thin, so imagine vacationing and waking up at 2am for four nights to a screaming baby and a barking dog.

We were very happy and stayed an extra day, just a few issues like no coffee at 10:15 am one day and my wife was not happy. Bathroom on our suite really had no room for storage and the suite I paid about $250 a night for off season seemed pricey on late March. But the pros outweighed the cons and I would stay again and May on October. Staff was all very helpful.

The restaurant has improved a lot.
The only issue is the dogs. I thought there was a size limit. Large dogs can be scary and although I didn’t have any problems, there were many rooms with multiple dogs. Some were pretty large. Some barked a lot.

We had a great one-night stay. The room was tastefully renovated and decorated. Very modern and definitely the nicest room I’ve had at a hotel in a while. The balcony and view were excellent! I do see what other reviewers meant about the top blanket on the bed kind of pilling, but I really couldn’t care less about. My favorite part was the bathroom. So updated and SO clean, with great lighting. We requested additional coffee K cups and they were hand delivered even before the housekeeping shift started at 8. We hope to come back!

Clean professional respectful, I totally enjoyed the Hilton garden in I highly recommend anyone to go check them out we came for a cheer competition, we had a ton of luggage luckily there was a bell boy available to help me bring everything up and when it was time to check out I called him for him too and they send him .
