Clean rooms and great location. Minimal hot water and low water pressure in the shower. Tub was clogged and wouldn’t drain.

This was our 4th time staying at Princess Bayside and it’s a good value and clean property. The floors have all been redone that was really nice and the room was clean as usual. The only issue which is a big deal to us is there was no water pressure for a shower. When you turned on hot water and pulled the tab for it to divert to the shower it wouldn’t even stay on. They did try to resolve the situation but it really didn’t help. Showering with a coffee cup wasn’t the nicest experience but it was still a nice stay.

The hotel is outdated. The room smelled like vomit. The restaurant wasn’t serving food, only drinks. The restaurant was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here.
There is a bus stop in front of the hotel so commuting is effortless. There are a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Was everything we needed and nothing more. Loved our view for our bayfront view room. Rooms were clean, facilities were convenient, parking was easy, loved that we had a fridge and freezer in the room. Shower was nothing fancy but it was clean and water pressure was good. The only complaint I had was you could hear the hallway noise pretty loud (doors closing etc). And the air condition was reeeeally loud when it turned on. Kept waking me up at night but hey - all in all for a 2 star hotel it was everything we needed. Would recommend and would stay again!

We woke up to glycol leaking from the ceiling. Then we spent the early morning with maintenance in the room. We were told we would get a $50 refund to our card but we never received it.

Staff absolutely hate their jobs and asked for a comforter, but were told to go down to the lobby to get it if I wanted to. The sheets and towels were dirty. I had a \" do not disturb sign on my door, housekeeping still knocked in the morning, completely ignoring the sign. Otherwise, it was fine, wont be coming back.

Stayed here overnight during Oceans Calling. The Princess Bayside Beach Hotel has several buildings, but we were in the main one with the front desk/lobby. Check in was easy and the staff were all polite and helpful with info regarding parking and the bus schedule for the event. The property was clean but dated and could use some upgrades to the beds and tvs especially. The onsite restaurant only functioned as a bar (no food available). All in all this was a good stay, the property had plenty of parking, felt safe, was clean, close to the bus line, and had a pleasant and professional staff.

The room was clean but there was heavy damage under the AC vent/furnace that made it look very dirty. Not sure if it had leaked in the past causing water damage but the carpet was all torn up and discolored and it was the first thing I noticed when I walked in the room.

If you're going to call it a kitchenette, it would be a good idea to have some additional kitchen items, e.g. a working spatula and a knife to cut something...at the lest. Also, the bathroom sink faucet came off every tije it was turned on. Finally, the rugs were very dirty as evidenced when we walked on the carpet in our socks.

However, the air conditioner was so loud, it was like an industrial output; whenever it kicked on, it would be jostling. Also, the balcony did not have a view; it just looked right into the people's rooms across the way, which was about 15 feet across.

We had a great stay at this property. Check in was quick and easy although the desk staff were not super friendly. The room was spacious and clean but nothing fancy if that is what your looking for. We had a beautiful view of the bay and was nice to sit on the balcony to watch the sunsets. The little bay beach was great for relaxing and playing with the kids. You can rent kayaks, paddle boards, peddle boats etc right there. There is also a pool on the roof wit a bar with beautiful views and an indoor pool for rainy days. They do not clean your room daily but do bring fresh towels and the housekeeping staff were super nice and accommodating. A little stingey with the toilet paper, usually only leave you one at a time and the rolls are small. The full size fridge was helpful. Not a full kitchen but the 2 burner stove top was great for small meals. Came stocked with cups plates mugs a pan a pot a spatula n silverware. Lots of stuff within walking distance and bus stop to the boardwalk is right there. All in all we had a great stay at the Princess Bay. Would definitely go back again.

The convience of rhe location. When making reservatiins I was told I would be with my family (confirmed 2times prior to leaving on thrip) once arivinbg My room was not by my family. The guest service called me a lier I had to reqest a manager. After getting to my room I couldnt get in..Maintenance had to all most remove the door. It was latched from inside out. While waiting for this I and my child had to sit in a hot hall way. Outside-In the walking path their was a bloody tampon whitch layed their for 3 days after staff had been told. No where for my service dog to use the bathroom. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Our room smelled like mildew. The shower was clogged. Random hairs in the bathroom toilet seat had a stain on it as well as the curtains in the main room. The doors slam very loudly every time someone enter or leaves their room. When we call the front desk, all they did was send someone to give us room spray.. they did, however, unclogged the tub. This place has gone downhill and not the same as it was a few years ago. Do not recommend.

We had ants in our room, the sink handle fell off when we went to use our sink, our ac sounded like a generator running in our room, the kitchen utensils had rust on them, the kitchen cabinets were dated, cracked, peeling and dirty, the balcony door handle was installed backwards making it tricky to get in from the balcony. We saved money with this stay, but I suppose you get what you pay for. The view was pretty and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel is very nice. The property was well maintained inside and out. The room was very sufficient for our overnight stay. They only real gripe was the water pressure from the shower and that the elevator buttons wouldn't light to show you if they were pressed. Apparently pressing two floors at the same time to see if either would light will lock the elevator with a fire emergency. Who knew?
We really enjoyed the ease of beach access and the fact that they have a Bay Side exclusive beach was really nice. Front Desk staff were very pleasant as well as cleaning service.

My stay was marred by me constantly being locked out of my room. Every day i had to go back to the front office to gdt new room keys because my keys didnt work. This happened from the check in and continued until my departure. The front desk said that it was due to my room cards being placed with other creidit cards in my pocket. But that wasnt true. I only carried my room card with my license. Aside from me having to continuously having to replace my key card, i enjoyed me visit. Ive been visiting this location multiple times during the summer for the past 10 years. This is the first time ive had an issue of this sort. The only option the front dest gave me was to switch my room. Which wasnt ok with me due to the fact that i booked a room with a balcony and bay view, which wasnt an option ifni switched rooms. That was the disappointing issue with my stay, it took away from my overall experience.
