We've been visiting Nice for 20+ years, and stayed in lots of hotels. This is a new favourite: perfect location; the room was spotless, with a good shower; the balcony was wonderful; the staff friendly. Only downside was that the bed was a bit small! But if that's all you have to complain about, you've had a good time. Brilliant - highly recommended.

Perfect location for mix of bars and such also to the water then train. Can be a it noisy in the front room with balcony as it’s off a street full or restaurants but a good trade off. The receptionist was very helpful.

Right in the middle of busy district of Nice. Very easy to go around and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance. Room is clean but tiny. Hostess was very friendly and helpful.

Since it is close to the city center, the noises will not die down until after 11 PM. AFTER 5 AM, garbage trucks started to collect empty bottles and cans. It did not bother us but probably should be considered for others.

Tiffany, Tiffany, Tiffany! I had some issues finding the entrance to the hotel, but once I did I had the true pleasure of meeting one of the most lovely women I have ever met, Tiffany. She was incredibly sweet, helpful and remained that way through my one-week stay. If I had questions, the was always willing to share advice or give suggestions.
The property was wonderful-an easy walk to anywhere I wanted to go, a TON of restaurant options nearby, a five minute walk to the beach, and an even shorter walk to the train. I cannot wait to come back for another visit!

ps-the front door is hard to find; between a \"smash burger\" type place and a gelato shop :-)

We were very surprised that the hotel was a 3rd floor of a bldg in the middle of a shopping/dining area. You literally step out to activities which was nice. A bit hard to find as sign is small and not protruding to be more visible. Our host Tiffany was quite wonderful and helped us to understand the in/ out process and always very attentive to our needs. The room always felt very clean.

Great property in a fabulous location

What a great stay! The hotel is very central, easily accessible from the airport and a quick walk to Old Town Nice. The staff couldn’t have been kinder; the room was cozy and perfect for one person (two would have fit if they were friendly). I enjoyed my stay and would absolutely book again!

I found the hotel check in to be easy and the instructions provided easy to follow. It's centrally located and a short walk from Nice Ville train station and a tram station.

The room was small but well furnished and contained everything we needed for a weekend break.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel.

The only thing I would mention is that it is located on the third floor and the lift is small - only enough room for two people.

The hotel has a great location close to the sea and in close walking distance from lots of lovely restaurants. Easy to get to from the airport and easy to get to the train station. The room was very clean and the staff were amazing. The room was, however, very small and quite noisy. I was woken early morning by the noise outside and the neighbouring room having a shower. 2 people trying to get changed was difficult. Very good value and ideal for a short trip to see friends and go out.

Our room had a balcony and two windows! Which was awesome to experience the great weather. Everyone at the front desk was always very friendly, nice enough to give advice for tourists like us and very flexible (with leaving luggage there before check in, etc). The location is right in the middle of all the action! Highly recommend!

Lovely stay in central Nice

Great boutique hotel perfectly located in the centre of Nice. Our room had a small balcony which was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only thing to be mindful of is that the street outside can be quite loud during the night, but nothing that some earplugs can't fix.

Central location, rooms are above shops but pretty quiet esp if you have a room facing a side street.
It was 36 Euros in a taxi from airport to the apartment, although the meter displayed 32 euros!!
Not a hotel as such but sep 9 rooms within the building, all mod cons available incl fridge,kettle, hairdryer, air con, fresh towels etc.
Staff available at sporadic times on a reception desk if we required anything- v helpful.
Only negative issue is that, although the staff sent us 2 text messages enquiring what time we will arrive,which we told them, but no one was there to check us in & we had to text ( as we were sat on the door step ) & then telephone them !! Luckily someone walked into the building, as you need a fob, & we followed them so then waited at the reception door & tele the staff- too hot to sit outside on the step.
We then received the code to the door, let ourselves in & un packed as the manager was “ at the bank”!!

This is a good value in the middle of town.
It is good for younger folks who want to be at the center of the action.

The rooms were fine but a little small. There was AC but could not keep up

The front desk is open part time and you need to get there before they close. You need to connect with them or you will be out in cold

The front desk person was nice and helpful but the shared space, if you want to call it that, was pretty lived in. Kinda like a hostel.

Lovely small hotel.

Hotel was exactly as expected. Great base for our short stay. Lady on reception was very helpful and friendly. Room was spotlessly clean. Fridge and kettle in room. Lovely to have a balcony. We arrived early and were able to check in straight away, and on our last day we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel as we had an evening flight. Would definitely return.

This property was disappointing. This is not a boutique hotel but a floor of apartments remodeled into a hotel We had 3 separate keys to enter the building and room. Our room was right behind the reception desk, which was not manned at all times. Our view was out the Passage Emile Négrin overlooking parking and trash pickup. Not what was described in the hotel information.

Perfect boutique hotel

Very accommodating arrival, especially considering that we had not yet picked up our advance notice e-mail for checking in. The host patiently walked us through the entry, then gave us a room upgrade since he realized I had booked a room that would have been too small for two. Super nice guy! The hotel had another wonderful aspect to it: coffee and tea were available as a self-service, as was a communal fridge. The location was perfection. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, and our host also provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations. Would definitely use this hotel again!

The hotel is very centrally located and on a quiet pedestrian street. We loved picking up breakfast and eating in the balcony! The buses and rail is also very close, but we mostly walked everywhere. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The bed was comfortable and room was extremely clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we couldn’t say anything bad. It was truly amazing!

I experienced the worst service I ever had in more than 1000 nights of hotels, and I am not exaggerating. If you want to make your own bed, sleep in an overheated room, get spoken to like a child and go to bed angry then this place is for you.

To summarise, rude staff and manager, dodgy aircon and overpriced. Very basic. If you're a woman who dares to complain when something isn't right (mistake in beds, air con not working) , don't even bother staying there or you'll risk finish your day seething at the rudeness of the manager, who speaks over you, doesn't care what you have to say and generally has zero sense of customer service. The hotel is Not a boutique hotel. I think they need to look up that term. It's just a small hotel of 9 rooms. By no means is it upmarket nor does it have a classy feel or perfect service.

I am extremely disappointed I used one of my hard earned free nights for this hotel.

They even said I should have just used booking.com to make sure I got what I booked for!

Small hotel right at the center of Nice, plenty of shops and restaurants at the doorstep. The hotel is hard to find as there is only a very small sign on a residential building, no bell or anything so you have to call to get in. Overall rather basic but OK for one night

This is a perfect little hotel of its type-a small family owned hotel. The owner and other staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful with directions without being intrusive.
While the room is not large, ceilings are high-12 ft- so the roomis very comfortable. It is very modern and clean and includes everything you need - TV and good WIFI.
It is helpful but not critical to have a cellphone since you can call the owner. The entry phone goes directly to his cell.

Great hospitality by the reception team! They were very accommodating with storing luggage for the entire day as our flight wasn’t until 10pm the day of check-out. Also offered us to hang out with them in their “lobby” (mind you this a small boutique hotel, 9-10 rooms on the 3rd floor of a residential building) and even offered tea and water as we waited. Clean and cozy rooms, which look like they’ve been recently renovated. Only negative was that there was no hot water for showering. Might’ve only been our room, but we didn’t bother to ask why or what was going on.

Convenient location hotel

My partner and i spent a couple of days in Nice and wanted a hotel that was close to places of interest. Neptune hotel was great! It was right in the middle of the square, close to Old Town, right near the water and 15 min walk from the train station. It was right off one of the main roads for the tram. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel was new and clean, and the owner was very friendly! He gave us some great suggestions on where to see and eat. We had the room right by the main door and reception area which made for it a bit noisy sometimes. Only complaint!

We had a lovely stay at the Neptune. The staff were really friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The room was small for a couple but very clean and the bed was comfortable. A great place to stay if you want to be in the centre of Nice but don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room.

Tutto perfetto! Unico neo, ma l’hotel non ne è responsabile, negli ultimi anni i prezzi dei parcheggi in centro Nizza sono aumentati in maniera esagerata. Il mio consiglio è di parcheggiare in periferia e raggiungere l’hotel con i mezzi pubblici! Il tram urbano si ferma a pochi passi dall’ingresso dell’hotel. Ci torneremo di certo. Grazie.

Hotellet låg på en stor gata och i hörnet på plage Maseda, stora torget så läget var helt perfekt. Kunde gå ner till Le Promenade och havet i bikini om jag ville. Hotellet är litet men rent och fräscht och mitt rum likaså. Trots bullret från gågatan så hördes ingenting när man stängde fönstret oc aircondition funkade perfekt. Personalen trevlig och mycket hjälpsam. Rekommenderar detta hotell

우선 숙소의 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 마세나 광장 바로 옆이라서 주요 관광지는 도보로 이동 가능했습니다.
그리고 시설도 괜찮았습니다. 필요한 모든 것은 갖추어져 있었습니다.
숙소는 건물의 3층에 위치해있는데, 엘리베이터가 있어서 짐을 옮기는데 불편한 것은 없었습니다. 무엇보다 직원이 친절해서 좋았습니다. 저희가 밤 11시쯤 체크인 해야 했었는데, 그전부터 지속적으로 연락과 상세한 설명을 제공하였으며, 그 시간까지 저희를 기다려주었습니다.
그리고 숙소가 현지 아파트 느낌이 많이 나서 그 점도 무척이나 마음에 들었습니다. 이른 시간 체크아웃을 해야할때는 열쇠를 카운터 옆 상자?에 넣고 나가면 되서 편했습니다. 저희는 일정상 이른 시간 체크아웃을 해야했어서 직원 얼굴을 보고 인사를 하지 못한 것이 아쉽습니다.
짧은 일정이었지만, 니스는 매우 아름다운 곳이었고 숙소 또한 매우 만족하였습니다. 다음번에 니스에 다시 오게된다면 이 숙소를 또 이용할 것 같습니다. 감사합니다!

First of all, the location of the dorm was really good. The main tourist attractions were within walking distance of Mascena Square. And the facilities were good. We had everything we needed. The accommodation was located on the 3rd floor of the building, so there was no inconvenience in moving my luggage because there was an elevator. It was good that the staff were kind. I had to check in around 11 p.m., but we continued to communicate and explain in detail, and waited until then. And it was nice because the accommodation looked a lot like a neighborhood apartment. When I had to leave early, it was convenient for me to put the key in the box next to the counter. It's a pity that I couldn't say hello to the employee's face because I had to leave early due to my schedule. It was a small program, but Nice was a very nice place and the accommodation was very satisfying. If I come back to Nice next time, I think I'll enjoy this accommodation again. Thank you!
