Worst experience. Rooms were iffy on cleanliness. To check in you don’t have a real person but someone virtual it was so unprofessional and not efficient with guest care. Got a call at 9:30 to our room saying we didn’t pay and we did. That was a nightmare as they didn’t have their records straight so had to get my receipt from Expedia and even showing it was paid wanted to argue it wasn’t. Finally they got it figured out. Would not recommend this at all Going to try to get our money back on this

We needed a safe, clean, comfortable place to rest and clean up during a stressful travel delay, and we ended up in what felt like a third world sit com. I'm very disappointed that Expedia allows places like this for booking.

Room was tiny, nowhere to put anything, no washcloths, no mirrors, and for some reason they proudly embroidered their name on their dirty towels. Good luck finding your way through their MC Esher inspired staircases that go nowhere. Room code only worked the first night, the second day it had to be reset. Roaches enjoy the place though. AC worked well, and the lobby is kitschy enough to fool the novice traveler. Late night munchies? It’s a half mile walk down a VERY sketchy run down street to Reuben’s Cafe, where scantily leather clad women accompanied by pimps gather and random people come in for drinks. But that’s not the fault of the San Jorge…

Very clean. Staff was helpful in allowing me in from a 3 am flight—just a 10 minute Uber ride from the airport. The “Twin” room was tiny, but all I needed was a bed and bathroom. The decorations and interior were reminiscent of my Abuela’s house near San Juan in a cozy, authentic, and familiar way (I was surprising her for her 90th birthday). I would have probably stayed a second night, but they were out of bottled water in the vending machine and I was recovering from a cold. That was my only issue, and it was a great value for the price! Gracias!

The hotel and staff were lovely! We had an easy check-in/ check-out. We were able to walk to restaurants and a cute coffee shop 1 block away. The front desk called us a cab in the morning to get us to the airport. So convenient. I would definitely stay again.

Room was horrific. I was laying in the bed under the sheets when I noticed black hairs and actual dirt on the sheets! I folded back the sheets and almost barfed. It was horrific. I am blonde. The sheets were covered in curly black hair! I had a fit and they gave us a new room. But we had to te load our suitcases and move. Asked for something to drink. They said we could walk to gas station down the road. I asked if it was safe. The lady said she always takes mace and her knife. Ok we will do without a soda or water!

The beds were very hard . The window in the 2nd bedroom window handle was broke could not close so the air conditioner ran all the time. Put it on 78 and was still very cold because of the heat coming in the open window kept it running. Also very loud outside ,so with the window open loud inside .so I got no sleep.
In the bath room were 4 very old gray towels that were supposed to be white. No hand towels , no washcloths . I have never stayed at a hotel that doesn't have any washcloths. That is just crazy.

In the bath room were 4 very old gray towels that were supposed to be white. No hand towels , no washcloths . I have never stayed at a hotel that doesn't have any washcloths. That is just crazy.
The girl at the front desk was very nice . I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I often stay here when I visit but I was a little surprised by their new security and room entry policy. As usual, I have very few complaints but I do miss the body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste they used to provide. I don't think I stayed there long enough this time around to really give a solid review.

For the price and expectation of a comfortable stay, the experience fell far short. Cleanliness and basic service should be a priority, but unfortunately, this hotel did not meet even the most basic standards. I would not recommend staying here until management makes serious improvements. the shower had visible mold, there was a strong unpleasant odor coming from the sink faucet/pipes, and I could even see broken pipes.
