My family and I had a horrible experience...people above us were loud all night wasn't able to sleep and we had to call the front office 3 times..finally my wife had to go to the office and all they said was they didn't hear anything and argued with us until finally moving us up to the top floor..bad experience bad sleep and bad service

The accommodations are well-maintained and clean. We would appreciate the inclusion of additional amenities such as an iron, utensils, given that the room is equipped with a kitchenette, and an ice maker. However, for a single-night stay, the current provisions are adequate.

It’s a very clean hotel . But the rooms are very basic so the price definitely meets its standards . If I could change anything here it would just be that they provided a couple dishes, pots/pans, and that they either had an on floor ice machine or freezer ice machine in each room. Other than that, it’s a very reasonably priced clean hotel . Just make sure to bring your own utensils, cups, and pots if you would like to cook . All in all , I would stay there again if I came prepared.

The staff of 1 was helpful when needed. Room was clean with no issues however, there was no television remote in the room, no ironing board, no iron. Beds were very low to the floor yet comfortable. There was a kitchen but no equipment should I had wanted to cook. No coffee pot, cups, only two small plastic cups in the bathroom.

This room has everything that you need. They have a full refrigerator, a stove, a microwave and a sink. I love the fact that most of the room is all white because they’re not trying to hide any dirt like move hotels. The room smells great, the room was actually well kept up the beds are soft, the front desk receptionist was awesome checking in. And with all this greatness, I would rather stay here before I would say at an expensive hotel that doesn’t even come close to this place here. I am pleasantly surprised by this hotel in the room in the condition that I will most definitely come back in the future. I don’t even see why people would go to the most expensive places whenever you have a place like this that’s very affordable and clean. Thank you for the lovely stay

The rooms were clean but it wasn’t supplied very well, no hand towel only bath towels, only one shampoo nothing else, no Kleenex, no coffee maker. It was a suite with stove, microwave and full size fridge but no plates or cups and nothing to cook with, and no ice cube trays which would be ok if they had an ice machine in the building.

Do not stay here if you need a quiet place. It was clean, spacious, everything you need except a quiet place to sleep. I planned to stay here for 4 nights but ended up leaving after night 2, went down the street to another hotel in order to get sleep. I was highly disappointed.

One of the worst hotel chains I’ve ever been too. They supply no Kleenex or bathroom hand towels! No ice machine and the fridge had no ice maker or even trays to make ice. The room was clean but bare bones. Not staying at a Wood Springs again.

Nothing in the kitchen to use for cooking or cleaning. No coffee pot.
I found this hotel terrible for guests. limited towels only 2 bath towels no wash cloths, no hand towels.
Being a new hotel it was clean, can't imagine in a few years what it will look like. Seems like homeless people live there. Thought it was overpriced for getting nothing. No breakfast. no ice machine.. I would NEVER recommend this hotel chain.

They charged extra $20 for bed linen as if this wasn't standard. Not an extra set - but the first and only one I used. There's also no room service.

The property does not provide breakfast because it's an extended stay hotel. The room had a 2-burner stove, sink, microwave and a fridge. It did not have any silverware, plates, pots or other cooking utensils, so there was also no way to properly use the kitchen. I guess they expect guests to bring their own pots and stuff.

The mattress seemed much smaller than the advertised King size.

In terms of amenities the property has nothing to offer except for the gym that had a broken treadmill.

This review is difficult and one I never want to do.

The Staff was wonderful and the Building was super clean (Now that's out of the way).

Part 1 Safety
This place was really bizarre. The rooms were 100% new and picture perfect, however, the couch, bed, and the chairs were super hard. the toilet was really low to the ground, the shower is super slippery, narrow, and zero hand rails. Lets not forget the (slippery) floors. they felt great to walk on until you took off your shoes. No Joke, with all things mentioned, it felt like a life risk being in the place.

Part 2 (the 4 story mobile home park)
Once we settled in, we notice this place is just like a 4 story mobile home. the furnishing, cabinets, fixtures, lighting, tv, stove, bath tub, (everything) is for an RV.
(Crazy, Bazaar chit)

Little Side Comedy
Once we arrive its explained that if we need extra pillows theirs a charge??? and the extra fee I see on the invoice is a laundry fee??? (I did not know it was extra to have them clean the sheets). I ask them if there's anything going on, on the property and its explained, \" someones cooking on the grill right there\" and \"I can go hang out and watch em\"???

Stayed 2 nights and the 1st day back I had to take off from work.

First off the bathroom was supposed to be a walk-in shower and it wasn’t. The walls are so thin. I heard the room next-door on their phone all night long and got zero sleep. The bed was so lumpy and so horrible. I had zero sleep the whole night. I would love to ask for my money back.

This hotel has very limited parking, entrance is on the East side of building and usually no one at the counter. Staff were not friendly, in person and when I called before my stay to check for amenities I was told they don’t know and to call back when the manager was there. There is one elevator and four floors. They have a couple vending machines near the elevator on the first floor near the West side exit door. The floors were dirty. The elevator was dirty. The reservation was for two people, four days & three nights (our wedding weekend) and had one small squeeze bottle of shampoo and one bar of soap and dirty towels to use, yes they were folded stained. The bed is on a metal spring frame with no box spring and the mattress is very thin. The sheets had stained mascara on them and the pillowcases. The kitchenette was not equipped with pots/pans/dishware. All cabinets were empty. There is no breakfast of any kind other than a keurig machine in their check in lobby and the vending machines pop tarts. I would not recommend nor come back here for any reason especially since we paid $600 on Expedia for this. Have the amenities and professionalism if you’re going to charge this much.

There must not be any sound deadening in the walls or ceilings. On one side I could hear people getting it on all the time, on the other side I could hear a loud tv until 1am, and the people above stomping around like livestock.

had to wait quite a while for staff to come to front desk even after bell was rung. Paid through hotels.com for king bed and was given queen. clerk said they were sold out so couldn't get a king and asked if I wanted refund of difference in price of king and queen. waiting for adjustment. room nice and quiet.

It is a very new facility. Everything is new. My only gripe is the bed. It is more like a cot. I'd prefer a boxspring and mattress on the floor versus what they call a bed.

Also, the elevator almost shut on my hand. The sensors to reopen if something is in the way must have been broken

Just didn’t feel safe at the hotel. Front office was friendly. Front door had a broken handle. I won’t stay there again.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given 1 queen bed and was told if I didnt want that then I could just go elsewhere since there no more rooms available. On top of all of that the elevator shut on me and actually shut on my lunchbox. It did not stop and open again. Thanks to a gentleman in the elevator that helped me the elevator did not stop even though I was in the door way.

The staff was pleasant, but this hotel is not for travelers. People live there and have no regard for others trying to rest during their stay. Since the walls are paper thin they make noise all night and you hear e ery bit of it. They smoke marijuana on the premises; and as soon as you enter the hotel/motel room, it reaks of roach spray. That should have told me something right away. I had to change my room 2 times and the noise above and next to my room was the same. LOUD ALL NIGHT. It was so bad, I had originally booked my stay for 2 weeks, and had to cancel my 2nd week to stay in another name brand hotel on the other side of town, which was peaceful, clean and safe. Don't waiste your money trying to save a few pennies staying at this hotel/motel. You will be very disappointed.

Staff is rude and unprofessional i just lost my job dude to being retaliated at work because i reported my manager s..... harassed me and my boyfriend just lost his son and mentally not right. So we are having a hard time with are last dollar...!!we were just getting out the shower with no cloths on,and a lady that dont even work there walked in are room with out knocking or anything. So i was really freaking out,so my boyfriend called front desk very calmly as you will see in, The video ask why someone just walked in are room ,the lady said they were have a party and were getting chairs,out of the room that were vacant and he said well its not can i get the manager information? She said no shes not there then he asked for corporate office and she got a attitude and said she didn't have and go ahead and call corporate and hung up..
I couldn't believe what just happen?? So we got dressed and went to talk to the front desk to get a explanation, i recored the hole thing, so the lady was rude went we told her what happened saying they were sorry, and my boyfriend ask what were they going to do?? She said she let them no not to do it,and then the front desk lady was getting ugly and called the GM over and we explained what happened all she did was answered a question with a question, then said since we did not ferl safe wr should and gave us 5 minutes to pack our dtuff and kicked us out.

Completely shocjed at this place and it was not the place but the staff especially the GM. After some one that did not even work there,walked in are room mind you we were naked.i was so scared and wondering who had akey to are room. First room was not clean. Bathroom had Hair in sink and bath tub and floor and private hairs in toilet. Bathroom only had 2 body towels floor towel. No hand towels.

One of the beds pillow had head imprint and covers pulled down a missing blanket between sheet and top cover of bed. Bedroom also had hair on floor.

Took photos and showed to Attendant. Attendant at front did not seem concerned or apologetic. She said we were luck they had a room.

We still have photos if needed.

We asked if they were going to clean room and cleaning crew said they were full and were not able to. Asked for towels and they said they could if we game them towels in that needed to be replaced.

Thin walls. We could hear neighbors talking and they were not yelling.

2nd room was fine. Attendant who check us out did apologize.

Parking lot as excellent.

We did not take our pet.
