Not a bad place at all, but the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. And the fees they charge for dogs do not match the fees that are disclose on Hotels.com. That was disappointing.

Was surprised to get an additional $27 “linen fee” at check in on top of the nightly price. Also, used the travel size shampoo left for guests and was shocked it was literally cut with water. Anything to cut corners I guess.

Parking was easy with a lot of available spots. Staff was welcoming and engaging at check-in. Room was as described online and at the front desk. We had an accessible room due to recent surgery. Shower and safety bars throughout bathroom was very helpful. Bed was lower than average probably perfect for wheelchair bound individual. The mattress wasn't comfortable as it was a bit lumpy and squeaky.
Keep in mind the stripped down approach to keeping costs down. Room set up long term stays with stove, full fridge, sink. BUT you would need to bring your own cookware, plates, utensils, etc or rent from the facility. Given our needs it was suitable.

One front desk staff wasn't very helpful nor friendly. Vending machines out of product. Laundry door did not close and lock properly. Air conditioner didn't work properly, didn't cool room down even after sunset. TV controller didn't work as it should.

The room was so dirty, you could see the dirt and grime on the floor and the counter tops and desks. The bathroom tub and sink had hairs in them seems like someone went in to make sure the beds were done and just walked out. We were staying between March 20th to the 23rd and we left saturday at Noon front desk didnt even acknowledge us checking out early or asking why they just asked for the keys and left it at that. Poor service and poor upkeep.

No bath towels were in the room when I checked in. I asked the woman at the front desk to give me one bath towel. Later they later wrongly charged me for 2 towels should not have charged for any as there were no towels for bath in the room I was provided. Such a fraudulent place and rip off never seen before.

Had a miserable experience due to the bed being so cheap. Not a hotel quality bed. It was a thin mattress on a aluminum frame. Creaked everytime you moved around. We were not able to sleep at all and ended up checking out early. Complete waste of money!!!! Would not recommend.

The AC was wonderful for the hot sunny PHX. Would recommend ear plugs as the doors slam throughout the building and it's really loud. The hotel staff was wonderful and kind. It was a lovely place and easy to have dogs and walk them at the area.

The beds were loud and uncomfortable and the sheets wouldn’t stay on. First night we were on our own beds talking and got a call about a noise complaint. We are mid 43 and 61 years old friends catching up in conversation. In the room I paid for exactly that. Catching up with an old friend.

It was ok for what I needed but they did not provide cleaning service unless we paid extra. If we had garbage in the room it was “self service”. They state they are not your average hotel in a paper after you check in but I didn’t see this info when I booked the room ahead of time.

This is a newer hotel in a great location for Gilbert local to restaurants etc. But, the staff made us stand in front waiting for 20 minutes to check in without a single comment on it. then the room we got to the room and the shower curtain was missing. No soap. Hair all over the floor and there was mascara on the pillow case. The toilet had fecal debris left in it. The bed was not cleanly made. when we called for a different room we were told no since we booked with Expedia. I am a IHG rewards traveler but this was not a IHG experience. Dont go here.

I was a little disheartened when I laid my head down for the night and the pillows were paper thin. When I called down to ask for more pillows they didn’t have any. I feel as though pillows is a simple amenity or luxury to have at a hotel for comfort. I’m unsure if we will stay here again given the price of what we paid and the little comfort we had. Using the comforter bunched up as a pillow was not ideal.

The rooms were somewhat clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. They needed to do a better job at cleaning the floors and making sure the sheets are clean before they let people stay in rooms. The only thing nice about this hotel was the customer service. I got at the front desk when we first checked in

While the staff was very cordial, the hotel itself was VOID of typical hospitality comforts. The hotel had no: ice machines, no Kleenex tissues in the room, no money at the front desk to make change for even $1! The only “amenities” were 1 soda machine, 1 vending machine for chips and candy and complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Our bed was the worst I’ve ever slept in. The bed itself was no more than 18” off the floor, making it uncomfortable to lay down and harder to get up! The mattress was either 15-20 years old or was once run over by semi trucks on a freeway!
Although it was close to the freeway and a variety of restaurants, I could never recommend this particular hotel to anyone!!

Check in took longer than it should. Had to wait for staff to be tracked down. Then they had to check to make sure room was ready. When we checked in room was not fully cleaned. TV dirty, dust on top of fridge, crumbs on kitchen counter, etc. We booked the room for the price and had planned on cooking breakfast. The room had a cooktop but no pots and pans were provided. The pots and pans kit costed an additional $30. There were also no plates or utensils stocked in the room. Those were an additional $30 as well. This was a surprise to us. Beds felt like a slight upgrade from pull out couch.

The bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever had. Metal frame, with no box spring. Noisy with any movement. Almost felt like a cot not a bed. Toilet would not stop filling up, had to play plumber at 330 in the morning.

I was worried with some of the reviews. Bogus. Room is clean, staff was great, location is great. Since I was worried about the thin walls and floors I requested top floor. Was told to call the morning of for that request. I called this morning and Caitlyn locked me into the top floor. I expressed concerns of possible pet smell or fleas as we were tore up one time in a hotel in yuma. She said she'd double check but was pretty sure no recent pets in this room. That was great customer service. When we arrived at 5pm we got our top room and it was great. Clean n no smell. We then had trouble with the wifi. Went down to front desk and talked with Alyssa. She was also great. Very friendly, and polite. Explained what I needed to do and if any problems to let her know. We still had problems. After being on hold for 20 minutes I hung up and contacted Alyssa again. She said she would get in touch with tech support. 20 minutes later she called me and said tech support would call me and at the same time they did. Tech support heard the issues and within 5 minutes had them solved. I went down to ask Alyssa for thier names so I wouldn't mess up on spelling. We talked for a bit, she explained a couple of the bad reviews like that pallet bs and some others. I can say this we will be back to stay here again multiple times to visit our granddaughter in college.

We had checked in a little after midnight the lady was rude, The room was nasty there was a bunch of dirt or crumbs on the hardwood and the entire elevator and 2nd floor had a terrible odor. We had mentioned it and was informed there was nothing they can do.

If we could have found another hotel we definitely would have. Would not stay here again.

Full kitchen but no dishes, silverware, bakeware… the hotel is newer but very basic. Towels, sheets and pillows are probably the cheapest I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. The bed was loud and uncomfortable, smelled weed the entire time, and the employees were often talking/cussing loudly on their phones while working.

Worst night of sleep. Upon arrival front desk clerk was pleasant. I was asked if had a presence on floor. It didn’t matter to us so we were given a room on the 2nd floor. While exiting the elevator bringing in bags a noticed a beeping sound in the hall, about every 4-5 seconds a double beep( reminded me of a low smoke detector battery)
The room was a little dirty but manageable with the exception of the “hair art” on the shower wall. Must not of even been looked at let alone cleaned. Pillows if that’s what you what to call them, all 3 together may have made 1 pillow. Bed it self was comfortable. I could still hear the beep in the hall but was tired enough to get to sleep through it.
Around 3 AM an alarm sound from the room next door buzzed for several minutes and then the phone rang next door as well. The alarm did get silenced but now I was awake and could not tune out the beeping from the hall. Now every 10 minutes the alarm would go off for 1-2 minutes as well as the beeping from the hall.
I went to the front desk around 4 and no one was there or answered the buzzer so I called the “500” number on guest phone. The person answered properly but when I told her of the sound coming from the hall outside my room she informed me this had been going on for a couple of weeks. We asked what to do about it now she informed me she would let management know. Sounds like an issue that management did or should already know about.
I turned out to be a low air freshener device.

The room was nice and clean. There was ample parking. However, this is an extended stay hotel so they don’t even have an ice machine. They only gave us 2 towels for 2 people for 3 days. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything going on in the room next door. Even just regular conversation noise. Also the front desk staff were definitely not professional. Complaining about their bosses, standing around while customers were in line, and zero people skills for a few others. No smiles, no greetings, nothing.
