We were not able to enjoy the vacation because the room we slept in was terrible because it sounded like moving furniture and banging on the floor. Then, we raised our concerns throughout our entire stay but nothing happened. The bathroom was disgusting because it insects like cockroaches in the bathroom. They also charged for damaged utility fee, which we don't know what is that for. The smell was also horrid and bad. We were also charged for early checked in when in fact we checked in late. I won’t be recommending this place and I will never ever come back to this disgusting place ever again.

The room smelled like a mildew, waited over an hour for extra towels so we could head to the pool and an extra blanket so had to go back to the office a 2nd time to get them, and a since we had 4 people in our room (which is how many we said would be in the room) but they didn’t leave anything extra for us to use.. Looked like homeless people hanging out all in the parking lot.. The door to our room was opened when we got there so wasn’t sure if any body was in there..

The room had cockroaches in it. They did not give us enough towels there was no towels at the pool area. The property was pretty clean except for dog poop everywhere. They had bag cleanup areas for your dog but all of them were empty. Not even sure if there was a front desk you could go to to ask for anything that wasn't specified. The kitchen had no paper towels. There's no ice maker. Just wasn't what we expected. Especially for paying over $200 a night.

This is really an apartment complex where they rent out rooms when they have no tenants. So the front office isn't open after 5:30 or or weekends. There were many things missing that short term renters need - hangers, working charging ports & outlets, batteries for tv remotes and many small things. The bed was comfortable though.

The pictures are misleading. Stay somewhere else. It’s dirty and it smells like cigarettes inside even though there’s signs everywhere that says “no smoking”. Broken glass on the stairwell, food cans, and food left around the entrances. Cops driving around all the time. Just don’t stay here, PERIODT!

These rooms are old apartments and the condition if everything is refurbished furniture. Bed was springy with a dip in the middle. Not good to those with bad backs. The bathroom was dirty. The tub wasn’t cleaned. The bathroom sink cracked. Couldn’t open curtains very well, only black out curtains no sheer to let light in. Other guests were loud with loud animals. Hallways were filthy and trash strewn on the outside grounds. We slept one night and left as soon as we could. I don’t recommend for future. Not worth the three-digit price.

This place was Horrid. Its deceptively advertised. Check in was a challenge after 5pm. The place is a dump, its effectively renting a room in the projects. People of suspicious nature hanging around everywhere outside. The building my room was in had an unbearably strong odor of Air Freshener spray. The room was small, run down and not at all like the pictures. I tried to spend the first night but the stench made it so that I could not sleep and wound up sleeping in my vehicle. I contacted the property for a refund but that was out of the question once they have entrapped you. I gave up on my last 3 paid days and found another place for the rest of the weekend. Buyer Beware this place in not even 1 star much less the 6 its listed as on the web site. Just Horrible.

The check in procedure was really bad and poorly communicated. After driving around the complex trying to find a check in desk i called the number on the door. Come to find out they dont have one and you at a condo complex. they then had to send me a link so i could pay an extra 35 dollars i will probably never see again. Then call them back so yhe could then send me instruction on how to get to the renal unit. I then had to what building the unit was in. Over all i would not recommend.

This place is very dirty and unsafe. Upon check in I found that the room had not been cleaned. The floors were dirty, pet hair all over the unit, urine all around the toilet, on the door and on the bathroom floor,and human hair all over the bathroom. I called the front desk for assistance and they transfer me to another room. As I drive to the other room I seen the following: A group of people smoking illegal substances on the property , homeless people lingering outside the building, and a man with his pants sagging to his ankles and a ankle monitor following us around the property. I immediately call the front desk and requested to be moved to another location. They told me the can move me to their sister property in phoenix and when I look up the reviews for that location the review were horrible. People reported that they had similar issues there. I asked for a refund and they’ve been giving me the run around. Me and my children had to sleep in the rental because we had no place to go. DO NOT BOOK HERE! What you see online is not what you see in person!

Didn’t use a hot tub. There was no bar. And the room was sub par. No comforter on the bed only a thin very thin blanket. The flattest pillows ever. The faucet was falling off in the shower. Tv remote didn’t work. Looked more like section 8 housing than a hotel. Holes barely filled in the walls. Grease stains on the bottom by the stove. And the hallway smelled like marijuana. The frame around the door was busted and looked like it had been pryed open before.

The hotel room was nothing like shown in the pictures. All the doors on the room state no smoking. As soon as we entered our room I first noticed it looked NOTHING like the pictures advertised. Our room was dated and then we were greeted with a faint cigarette smell. The bedroom door was closed and as soon as we opened it the cigarette smell was so bad, clearly someone had smoked in the bedroom. We called and were able to get assigned another room. We get to the next room, in another building and the room didn’t smell AS bad, but there was no way to live out of this unit either. I have 2 kids and we had no extra blankets or pillows to provide them with. We were told that there should be extra sets of blankets and pillows but there wasn’t, in either room. Additionally, our cupboard had 1 bowl, 2 cups, no seats to sit and eat (other than the couch) and no chair for the desk. I had to work at 6am so this was a necessity. The room in the pictures show bar stools, a functioning work station and a cabinet with everything needed to cook/eat in the unit. What I was greeted with was the absolute bare minimum and a room that looked as if it had been raided and destroyed. The cabinets were so old and the appliances were probably the first ones that ever came with the property. I will never return here and I would never recommend this property. I thought I got such a good deal for the price I paid and with what was advertised that I was going to sleep and eat in…I was so wrong.

My complaint is centered around the fact that this property is listed as nonsmoking yet it is saturated with the smell of smoke, to a point we could not stay. I know I booked a nonrefundable stay but I would hope since we could not stay as my daughter has asthma and a 3 month old baby that a refund would be offered considering the circumstance.

Our very first room that we originally was given had several things wrong with it. Such as the tub looked at horrible, the couch looked like it had dog hair all over it. Some of the lights written on and that list goes on. We were sent to another room where it appeared to be. Ok, until the roaches started to come out, which ruin of the entire trip.

Where do I even start? Walked in the room, immediately smelled musty and smokey. Saw the couch/bed… it was old, dirty and stained. There was a bug on the floor as soon as we walked in. The fridge opened the wrong way. Go into the bathroom… mold in the tub. The toilet is hidden away behind the door/walls, feels like you’re in a cave of grossness surrounded by germs, you can see it on the walls. Go to the bedroom… there’s literal cockroach legs on the lamp where you turn it on. There were two tvs but only one remote which was sticky with red stuff on it and the batteries being held in by clear tape. You can hear people walking upstairs while you sleep. There was a cigarette burn on the sheets and unrecognizable stains. Paid a damage waiver fee that I have yet to get back on top of the room already paid for which is crazy since this place already seemed damaged. On the Expedia site it said it was refundable but on the check in process it said it wasn’t. Nothing made sense. The only good thing I have to say is that the check in/out process was easy with given the room number and passcode before we arrive. I tired to get a refund and got nothing back. Not even a partial refund. We had no where else to go or stay because we couldn’t spend MORE money to stay somewhere so we just stuck it out. Please do not say here… the pictures in the ad are deceiving and look nothing like what you actually get.

If I could give negative scores, I would. NOT free parking-$40, horrible 'customer service', no fresh towels or garbage pickup-you're responsible for it(the trash bags as well, so be sure to pack those), dated awful furniture, dirty torn screens, dirty dishwasher, barely any dishes, drawers that don't stay shut and tables wobble, toilet moved every time you got on or off, rust covered towel rack, tub had some orange 'rust' around the grout, no comforter, no elevator, uncomfortable bed, barely any cable stations, filthy carpets on the steps and hallway. Confusing, cumbersome, time consuming check-in process-took over an hour. THAT'S when we were charged the $40 'damage waiver' for parking. Couldn't proceed until it was paid. No plug for the kitchen sink to hand wash dishes. We could hear people's conversations in the hallway, with our bedroom door shut!

Check in process was absolutely awful. The additional cost was not anticipated and it was mandatory, was Not appreciated.

I tried to reason with management but unsuccessful because they obviously didn’t believe me. The night person who didn’t assist was not informative of the process and told me to talk to management in the morning!!! No attempt was made to assist me.

Although we liked the room, we found mice dropping in the utensil drawer. The premises were very pretty. Unfortunately, we had loud upstairs neighbors who’s children stomped around until 4:00 AM!!!

I like having a separate bedroom, that’s why I chose this motel. The first room they put us in however need a renovation it was not up to my standard spot on the sofa, TV didn’t work properly, so they moved us to another room and it was much better. No bad odor like 1st room, bed was comfortable but only local channels on TV, no premium channels. Good for the price though.

I work nearby, have long hours and thought this would be great to stay after a long day of work. Problem is their office closes at 5 pm (it is actually apartment complex), no directions for late check-ins. Dropped by the next day mid day to get a refund, office is locked no note or anything indicating if theyd be back. So unless you can happen to catch these people at just the right time, it effectively is a scam. Dont advertise for something you cant deliver. I will try one more time for a refund and will then have to fight it on my credit card, report them, etc.

Room was in poor condition for what we paid and how the photos of the room looked on the website! Very deceiving! Furniture was very worn. Windows wouldn't lock and they were cracked! Shower curtain rod was almost to fall off of the wall. There was no trash can to put trash into!! Check in procedures were different than any other hotel that I've stayed in over the past 40 years!! the checkout procedures were sent to me via text after we already checked out!! You would think that if they wanted certain things done before you leave, they'd give those procedures a day before checkout not after the fact!! Couldn't talk to the front desk directly had to go thru a central customer service number that you could hardly understand anyone. I think it's safe to say that I'll never pick Extended Metro Properties again!!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

When we arrived, there were people outside who appeared to be using drugs, which immediately made us feel unsafe. The building itself smelled strongly of chemicals and smoke. When we entered our room, the odor was even worse. It reeked of cigarette smoke mixed with harsh cleaning products, despite the property claiming to be non-smoking.

The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with visible stains on the couch and bed. It looked nothing like the photos on the listing. The property was clearly misrepresented.

The smell was so strong that it gave me an immediate headache, and my clothes and hair smelled terrible after being inside for only a short time. My family and I could not stay there for health and safety reasons.

When I asked for a refund, the front desk said I had to go through Hotels.com. Hotels.com was unhelpful, and the hotel refused responsibility, claiming the stay was non-refundable, even though the room was uninhabitable.

On top of that, we were forced to check in through another website and sign a separate contract and pay extra fees that were not clearly disclosed when booking.

This place is dirty, misleading, and poorly managed. Do not trust the photos or description. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The booking page does not make it clear that you will not be able to access your room without additional steps, unlike an actual hotel.

You have to hunt for the fine print. If you do not see the fine print you will arrive at a closed leasing office with no one answering the phone .

Hotels.com should make this ABUNDANTLY clear on the listing page, without having to hunt for the small print!!

Filthy building, did not even open the door to the room. The front door to the building was broken. A drug deal was going down in the parking lot. The building had a foul odor. People were yelling in one of the rooms across the hall from where we were supposed to stay. I would not let my wife stay there. I am requesting a full refund. The site also advertised swimming pool and hot tub, but contract we were asked to sign at check in advised you could not use them without permission. No one was at the facility to even ask for permission. Not at all what was advertised.

Not as advertised. This property appears to be a night to night or month to month rental. Not really for vacation stays. Interior hallway carpet in building 4 was extremely dirty and smelly. The unit was OK but very dated. Dim flickering lights and a fire alarm panel that kept beeping with no staff attention to the issue. We left early and stayed at the quality inn next door. Over all not a very desirable property.

Decided to just book a very short stay via online with my kids. Upon arriving the front office was locked, no problem, I was told by security to call the number on the door. I did 3x and there was no answer. I was allowed to unlock building doors through the website but I wasn’t given a room number which was very confusing. I finally had my call returned 10–15 minutes later and was given my building#, room#, and passcode. When we arrived to our room, it was occupied by another couple who said that their room was changed due to a water leakage in their first room. I had to call the hotel back and they gave us another room. Well, as soon as we entered we noticed some of the dry wall from the top of the window seal had broken off and spread all over the floor. We rarely ever stay at hotels, but even my 10yr old and 8yr noticed how crappy and complicated this experience was. Never booking here again.

The room was not what’s advertised on the pictures, it was very rundown and old. The front office staff were a little rude and didn’t seem to want to be bothered I asked for an extra blanket and they said they didn’t have any and you only get what comes in the room. The pull out couch did not have a blanket only a sheet so I called the front office and they said someone would get back to me and no one ever got back to me about it. I ended up buying an extra blanket. Kids were running up and down the hallways and you can hear them through the room. The room had ROACHES VERY BAD. They were EVERYWHERE. In the bathroom, in the kitchen on the counter, even when I was checking there was a roach on the back of the front door. Please RUN do not stay here and if you do be cautious.

We arrived at night and the room was completely torn apart and trashed, mattresses off the beds, no bedding, trash on the floor, cleaning supplies left all over like someone started to clean and then left. The shelves for the fridge were in the bathtub, the whole place was filthy with dead bugs on the floor, needless to say we did not stay and now we’re fighting to get a refund on a room that was uninhabitable.

The property is easily accessible. The grounds were pleasant. Our room had no trash can, no hangers, no cups or glasses, only one wash cloth for two of us and very minimal kitchen utensils. The code we were given for our door wouldn't work when we arrived. That took about half an hour to resolve. There was a lot of black dust in the air vents, but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable

We did have issues but every property does and when you inform them they go to great lengths to handle it quickly and efficiently. OK Stay But Won't Be Back

We had trouble with the code to get into the building but was resolved quickly. Only communication with staff was through phone or text. Not sure if there was anyone on the premises in case of emergency. We had 3 people and they only supplied 2 wash cloths and hand towels but did have 4 bath towels. Two nights of rain and window in the bedroom leaked both nights. Beds were very comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Before checkout you will need to strip the bed linens and towels and leave in a pile and dispose of your garbage. Great place to eat breakfast next door: USEgg.

I stayed here from Friday to Sunday and found roaches in my room, including one in my food. I reported it, but the only solution offered was a late-night room switch right before checkout. Staff were not apologetic and told me to contact Expedia for compensation. Very unsanitary and poor service, I would not recommend.

Disgusting, dirty, blood stains on couch, floor sticky and dirty. I stayed 20 minutes and left. Upon arriving check-in at counter a lady walked in complaining how Disgusting the rooms were, she was uncomfortable taking a shiwer because the shower was filthy. And when i arrived to my room i understood what she meant. I dont know how you are still open.

During my recent stay at this property, I found the location to be exceptionally convenient—situated close to all major access routes and, most importantly, within easy reach of several IT companies. This made commuting effortless and time-efficient. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet, offering a restful atmosphere that contributed to a good night's sleep. Additionally, the property provided plenty of parking spots, ensuring that I never had to worry about finding a space for my vehicle.
However, there are areas where the property could improve. The cleanliness did not always meet expectations, and a more thorough approach to housekeeping would greatly enhance the overall experience. Moreover, the in-room amenities were quite minimal, making the stay less comfortable than it could have been. A few thoughtful upgrades—such as basic toiletries, better linens, or a coffee maker—would go a long way in increasing guest satisfaction.
Overall, while the location and tranquility of the property are definite strengths, addressing cleanliness and enhancing amenities would elevate the quality of future stays.

As soon as I opened the front door I killed 2 cockroaches, the bathroom was super dirty and when I woke up there was 2 dead cockroaches next to me in the blankets, I called the office requesting a different room 5 different times and nobody was able to solve the problem. The last person I spoke with said he would call me back back within an hour at 9:00pm and had me waiting at the parking lot for almost 3 hours by the time he called me back I had already rented a different hotel and left.

So the 1st day here, the pipe under the bathroom sink exploded, I reported it and heard nothing this while week. The door won't engage or lock, the lock is broken. Reported that, nothing. Nothing had been cleaned in the room, serious layer of dust. They charge either 100 or 35.00 extra every time you extend for the door code to the building and the room itself, so if you don't pay that your not getting into the room or the building and in Arizona, in the summer, that's a huge problem.. The desk mgr was very nice but NOTHING was fixed, nothing was even acknowledged, and that really bothered us, the door and safety became prevalent but also didn't seem to matter to this establishment, they just wanted the full price to stay in a unsafe, unkempt room. I'm good, I'll go to the Hilton next time.

This was the strangest hotel experience I’ve experienced. Had to check in online, send a picture of my id and a selfie and then they emailed me a code to get in the door and my room. I think this place was low income housing but they rent out apartments for the night. Inside the apartment was clean but the walkway to the room had an odor. The noise level wasn’t awful. I was worried about safety however the only issue I had was my code only worked on one door and it was difficult to get into the building. It wasn’t the worst experience but I doubt I’ll stay there again.
