We stayed two nights to use as our base to explore Phoenix. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean, the pool area was also well kept. Plenty of available parking and it was walking distance to restaurants and shops. Would be happy to stay there again.

We were disappointed the pool was closed down when we arrived. I understand things happen, but would have loved some notice ahead of time. I spoke to the manager who was very nice, and she SAID she did send a message through Expedia, but we never received it. Unsure if that might have been an issue on Expedia's side.

Based on the technology in the wall, I'm guessing the hotel has been there a while, but it seemed to be aging very well. Everything was clean and well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. Pillows could have been larger, but that's all hotels these days.

Parking is $5 a night, which is a good rate, and it was very convenient to use.

Overall we would definitely stay here again.

The pool and hot tub were down/not available for use the 3 nights I stayed. The sidewalks around the pool and the outdoor area were really full of bird crap. They could make an effort to use a hose to clean the sidewalks.

The free breakfast was not available the last day because one employee did not show up,
They put out packaged poor quality rolls and muffins, some fruit and juice. No where near as good as the pancakes or sausage and egg sandwich. After reading this I think I rated them to high!

There was nothing outstanding about this hotel. The room was clean, the AC worked fine. The 2 things that did stand out are that check-in is 4pm & if you want to check-in early it's a $15 charge... The other thing is $5 charge to park a car. I know $5 is not that much but why not just add it to the price of the room??

The room was just OK. When we first walked in, it smelled very bad so we opened the window and turned on the air. That helped the smell go away. The bathroom didn't look very clean, with mildew? looking stains around the outside of the tub and stains on the floor of the shower. I would expect a little better for what I paid.
The staff was very kind and helpful.

Had a little hiccup at check in but was fixed by Anna Rosa the manager. She apologized and gave us 3 days free breakfast. Rooms were good. Pool is nice a little chilly but I'm sure in the heat of summer it would be refreshing. Would definitely book again.

Hotel is located in a good area with a lot of restaurants nearby. Overall it’s a pretty good hotel, but be aware Sonesta charges a daily parking fee, has a limited cable TV package, does not have a restaurant, and does not makeup room during your stay unless you specifically request it.

We liked this hotel! When we arrived they were busy with checking in a kids soccer tournament but the manager was accommodating and very quick! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay overall. Close to Sprouts, Costco and great restaurants!

The property was beautiful, convenient to so many stores, restaurants and I10. The staff was wonderful to work with and bent over backwards to help my family with some confusion with the 3 reservations we made. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The only negative would be that I felt the shower was not cleaned thoroughly .. but it wasn’t filthy.

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. It was spring break, baseball and soccer tournaments going on and the hotel was packed. With that said, we had the most enjoyable time there. Pool and hot tub were great!!! Would highly recommend!!!

Staff were very helpful and polite, but lots of noise with doors and people walking upstairs and outside the hallway. Trash in the stairs pool chairs are really old not comfortable at all. AC very noisy. Location was perfect very convenient with shopping centers in the area.

The room was clean, beds comfy. It looks like it probably had a recent renovation. The pool is small and there is barely any seats, only one lounger which is falling apart so that was a little let down for my daughter and myself. The price for spring break time was hard to beat, I would still stay here again.

Staff was friendly, quick and helpful. Room was dirty, bathroom floors clumps of dust in corners. Shower condition was rusted out near base of floor. Fold out couch was broken. Claimed 'heated pool' was anything but heated. Hot tub jets were out of control as no guarding was on it so water splashed everywhere. Not really enjoyable.

I love how this hotel is sitting back away from things and secluded, yet it is still so close to a great little breakfast spot and other restaurants.

The landscaping is beautiful and the courtyard and pool area is very nice.

All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, professional, and happy to assist, especially the evening clerk who I interacted with the most.

Facilities are outdated. The key would never work anytime we left. Staff were nice and helpful. Hotel room did not seem clean. Hair in the shower. Had stayed here before and within a year it seems to have aged by years. Will not be staying again. Only reason to not give 1 star was the helpful staff.

They do not offer daily housekeeping, only every third day \"refresh.\". Staff were very friendly. No Continental breakfast but apparently had a buffet for purchase, which we did not. Granddaughter enjoyed the pool.

Front desk was a little rude, not very welcoming. The rooms are okay, our bathroom felt dirty, shower had orange gunk stains inside, the floors did not feel clean. I would not sit on the couches, our couch in our room looked gross and greasy and white stains on it, i didnt want to put any of my belonging on it. Fridge was hidden in a cabinet, which we didnt notice til our 2nd night. Besides that, the hotel was in a great location, everything was near, the beds were comfortable.

Only one staff was rude but everyone else was great.

Ro checked me in but gave me an attitude when I asked questions regarding the receipt. I wanted to clearly understand how the receipt shows since it was for business trip. And when I checked out, I ended up not receiving the receipt via email. So, overall it kind of sucked.

Tan was awesome though! Great service and printed a paper out for me.

The hotel is a bit pricey especially considering the lack of cleanliness. The room had food crumbs on the floor from previous guests. The shower was filthy. There was only 1 hand towel in the room and when I asked house keeping for additional towels, I was met with a very well versed I do not speak English. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind.

room was dirty, there was blood on mattress pad and had to have the maid change it and her excuse was it was just a stain..then the bathroom and shower was dirty, the fridge had old food that was left there by other guest, the night stand had a white milky stain on it and wasn't event cleaned or sanitized totally discusting and grossed the reviews on line are not accurate. will not go back EVER! and yes, front desk was notified and they just said sorry!

The room was ok and in a good area. We got in early ( 2:00 vs 4:00) and were able to check in for an extra $15 and then parking was $5. Not big charges but not very accommodating. Continental breakfast had coffee and granola bars so if that is a deal breaker on your stay, this isn’t the place.
