Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Shower took 5 minutes to get warm water and hardly any water pressure. Loud banging noise every morning anywhere between 6:40-8:30am. Rude servers in both restaurants. But, there were nice other made up for those who weren’t so nice.

Ordered breakfast room service- took 2 hours and 4 calls saying it’s on its way and never came. A simple avocado toast.
You call front desk and they don’t pick up for minutes, I was a loyal customer for 2 years and sent many people from my company. This place has gone to hell.

From arriving to departing the customer service from the staff was amazing. The rooftop bar and restaurant provides a gorgeous view of Downtown Palm Beach and Palm Island. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable.

This is truly a 5 star hotel. The staff is 100% in tune to their guests needs. Room service is fast. The restaurant is excellent and we are from Charleston and are food snobs so that is saying alot. The rooftop bar is similar to those in San Francisco. And the beds and pillows are literally dreaming. What a fantastic experience-absolutely worth the price Wow! This has been an experience we will be talking about for years.

We cut our 5 night trip short due to our room being infested with bugs on our linens, night stand and on our baby's bottle. We complained to the front desk and they were not of much help. They strung us along for 4 hours that a new upgraded room would be available. After those 4 hours we went to the front desk for them to tell us that they were sold out and they wouldn’t be able to offer us anything else. They never refunded us the night we stayed & we had to pack up with our 1 year old and find a new hotel. After talking with some of the staff they had mentioned that this was an ongoing problem in this hotel and that they have been having a-lot of complaints about the bugs in the rooms. I would never stay here in the future.

The maid upon my last day knocked very loudly (mind you this is the day after July 4th)…I still had 30 minutes until checkout, and said, “YOU LEAVIN’ or WHAT?”

Are you serious? Shame on you and on the hotel. Very unprofessional. I don’t care how nice the architecture of the building is and how the amenities, staff and guest interaction are what make the actual experience...

Absolutely wonderful! Super cleanliness, the staff was super accommodating, the concierge was absolutely wonderful -staff overall 10/10 experience. Hotel very clean, nice views, food and drinks were excellent. We tried multiple hotels in the area before officially choosing this one. Definitely the best one in West Palm for sure !

Building and common areas were nice and extremely well kept. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The room was fairly standard. The sink was clogged when we got there, did not have the standard shower items, had to get them from the concierge, deliveries of luggage came to my room in error, and booked a room with a \"city view\" but our window was looking at a stairwell and flood lights.

The property was nice but the staff was not very knowledgeable or helpful. The area around it was great where the restaurants are but we were followed by several sketchy characters and one night at dinner there was a disturbing dispute between a husband, wife and kids on the corner of the property involving the cops. We also called the front desk for the 6 AM yoga class the night before confirming the location and time and the instructor didn’t show up. When I talked to the staff they acted unaware and there are signs in every room as well as the elevator and we called to confirm.

We made the most of our trip and I have never left a review that wasn’t positive but it was one thing after the other. There were a couple incredible staff members that were the only reason we didn’t leave the property.
