Everything was great, except the wifi didn’t work. Staff was amazing and stayed late so we could book our ferry tickets in the office. Parking was great, right outside our unit door. Kitchen had everything we needed. They let us store our luggage in the office while we spent the day at Rangitoto Island.

We love the fact it was only a ten walk to a variety of different restaurants and then only another 10 minutes to walk to the Bruce Mason Theatre, The location was great, Staff were super friendly and professional and the bedding was amazing. Shower was nice and hot and also a heat pump for all weathher conditions. Thank you. Will be back for the next show we see,,,

Stayed here before and staff, service great. Very clean. Unfortunately, there are groups as expected with school holidays where kids bang on doors and windows, stomp and run in the rooms above us. This goes on for hours.

Useless for a fun pillow fight (or sleepung), but presumably an excellent self defence weapon as i reckon you could knock an intruder out with one. ..
Admittedly feeling grumpy as i write this review - but then again a sore neck and back after \"sleeping\" with aforementioned bedding last night undoubtedly a significant contributor to my current grumpiness

There were no staff for check-in, they finish at 1830, and no one there again until 0830. One staff member, was very good at responding to email, but don't expect any assistance through the evening.
The room was mostly clean but stains on the very dated furniture were not attractive.

Anzac court is immaculately clean - the water bottles in fridge much appreciated and the sheets, towels and bedding are top quality and extremely comfortable. The rollout bed provided had a decent mattress and had lovely sheets. Location and staff brilliant. Only downside is it is a little tired and probably needs a refurbishment bit the service, cleanliness and quality of bedding and linen certainly make up of this.

It's a pretty standard, comfortable motel easily within walking distance of the Takapuna city center with its various eateries, market, and beach. Bed and especially the pillows were very comfortable. Great motel for the price!

I had room 8. The door between the bathroom and kitchen needs to be fixed. The runner is broken and it was next to impossible to open and close it. The photo's on the website weren't exactly what I felt I booked.
I also made the mistake of booking through Hotels.com and paying in US Dollars which made it an expensive room for what I got. Yes very disappointed.

We had fantastic customer service since from before our stay even started. We were contacted the day before by a very warm and welcoming woman. She asked if we would prefer another room option for our sleeping situation. A room with a double bed and a single bed( we are 2 adults and 1 young child) That option wasnt available at the time we booked. Originaly we had the options of a room with a king bed or a room with 2 single beds. Must of just become available. This was fantastic as obviously we would prefer for our kid to not be between us lol.I thought she was very thoughtful and kind to do this.

I liked this small motel as it was close to the beach and places to eat. It wasn’t hard to find though the entrance off road is small and we missed it once. The staff were very helpful and the towels were lovely. One thing would be nice and this is not the only bathroom we have been in is a small shelf or table to put all our bathroom bags etc in. Otherwise the place was clean and comfortable.
