Room was clean but bathroom design and fixtures were quite old and need a refresh. Gym was adequate but smelled strongly of mold, and the treadmills are not well maintained. Location however was excellent.

Correct breakfast with NESPRESSO technology good variety of fruits, the juices don’t seem to be freshly squeezed but goods maybe with sugar , good variety of cakes but not of breads…great location , friendly staff, air conditioning on demand Iike I loved! This hotel s a good and affordable choice!!

Horrible check in, room service /food was not good. Trying a third time ( my bad) they kept hanging up on me and I couldn’t place an order, had to go out. Wifi was barely functional during the day and literally non- existent at night. The only thing that was good was the elevator speed. No more Hilton properties for me.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Gardens Inn Rebouças. The staff were very friendly and the daily breakfast included was delicious! We found this location to be close to the metro and fairly central. We would stay here again in the future.

Good choice with a couple of things to improve.

Comfortable room and bed, well located, very nice breakfast buffet, good quality/price ratio. Only complaint is that the parking of the hotel is managed by a third party and it's not included in the rate, so you have to pay extra for it. Also, it would be nice if they would replace the courtesy little water bottles in the room every day, like they do in every other Hilton where I stayed.

The hotel was wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable as well as modern. The staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet was Impressive (I got it included). The subway station is close by and there are a lot of dining options in that area.

Located on a very busy and congested avenue.
Modern, refurbished and clean rooms with air conditioning.
Good breakfast.
Internet was not stable and it proved difficult to work.
Also didn’t appreciate the fact that mini bars are empty and every time you need something you need to go to reception to get it (water, snacks,etc).
Overall average stay.

O hotel é super bem localizado, perto de uma das principais linha do Metrô, a menos de duas quadras. Atendimento bom, cama gostosa, mas a limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar, parecia que o quarto não tinha sido limpo, banheiro com cabelo na pia, no chão e no batente da porta do banheiro estava sujo de café ou Coca Cola, como se alguém tivesse derramado café no batente da porta e nunca foi limpo. No primeiro dia só arrumaram a cama, NADA MAIS. O chão estava sujo, a mesa que fica abaixo da televisão tinha melado de refrigerante ou suco derramado que tbm não foi limpo antes do check in e nem depois. Infelizmente a limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar.

The lobby staff were okay an decent but did not go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. When first arrived all exhausted from the flight the lady at the lobby asks for the name of the reservation, looks confused and tell me that it’s an Airbnb next door, without checking for the confirmation number or going the extra mile to make sure I was at the right place. After going to the other location and going back and forth, I had to tell her that no I was at the right place and then she ask me for confirmation#… after the fact. Every time you would be at the lobby they were no greeting from the lobby staff or no smile, just felt very cold. These things are very small but it makes an impact on how welcomed you feel at the place.

Tudo funcionou bem, o lugar é bem bonito, limpo e organizado, mas minha nota vai pelo quarto que me colocaram. Eu fiquei em um quarto que tinha uma porta que dava para o outro quarto, ou seja, o pessoal ficou escutando música, conversando, e pareciam que estavam dentro do meu quartro. Horrível a experiência!

Tudo estava ótimo, mas o quarto se destacou. Super confortável, bonito, agradável. O atendimento da equipe também foi ótimo. O café da manhã era muito bom e todas as opções eram ótimas. Não temos nada de negativo para comentar durante nosso tempo no hotel.
O único ponto que eu não entendi muito bem foi quando eu pedi uma cadeira extra na recepção (pois passaríamos uma semana trabalhando do quarto) e o atendente me disse que só poderia haver uma cadeira por quarto. Mas no dia seguinte pedi para outra pessoa e nos levaram uma cadeira logo em seguida, então ficou tudo certo.

Localização excelente, pertinho do metrô Fradique Coutinho. Região bem servida com muitos restaurantes, mercados, comércio em geral.
