Had a great service. They upgraded our room free of charge. We didnt ask. Staff friendly and helpful. The room had a mini bar with bira and soft drinks. Prices were reaonable and clearly advertised. They have a bar & restaurant but we didnt use it. There is parking by the hotel. The breakfast is good. Lots of choice.

Location is convenient but on busy highway so front of hotel is noisy if you want a quite night pick a room at the back. Breakfast is really good.
One negative feedback is there is cigarette smell in the hallways and sometimes in the rooms. If no smoking policy is fully enforced that would be good.

I am a foreigner from Canada that does not speak any word in Turkish language. That being said the staff here at Avwan hotel has been really helpful in helping me with some staff speaking english and others trying their best with google translate.
The hotel room was quiet and room service was really good also. I had a specific request about the washing of my clothes and everything was done accordingly :)
Last but not least, I even had help with tickets and lift to go take the train to the airport in the morning so I could go back home.

A little gem in the north west of Izmir.
This is the first time we have used this hotel and we were very impressed. It was convenient for travelling to the Kent hospital the following morning. All the staff were very friendly and English was spoken. Evening meal was delicious and breakfast was self service with a good range to choose from. We parked in the basement carpark but there were also parking places at the front of the hotel.

Oda aşırı küçüktü ve valizi açacak yer yoktu. Valizi yere koyunca adım atacak yer kalmıyordur. Banyo ve tuvalet rahat hareket edemeyecek kadar dardı. 2.gün odaya geldiğimizde temizlik yapılmış fakat el yüz havlusu unutulmuştu. Arayıp talep etmemize rağmen tedarik edilmedi. 2.gün banyodan eksilen ürünler yerine konuşmamıştı. Bunların dışında kahvaltısı kararında yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Personelin genel olarak tavrı ve yaklaşımı çok iyiydi.

Tabi denetimden geçmiş ve mavi etiket almış o ayrı. Bir de odadaki wc lavabo kısmı çok dar ve lavaboya kapı değecek kadar teğet kapanıyor. Amcak sabah kahvaltısı kesinlikle çok tatmin ediciydi. Park sorunu da bulunmuyor ve otel çalışanı gençler nezaketle yardımcı oluyorlar.

1 hafta içinde 2 ayrı gün konaklama gerçekleştirdim. Temizlik olarak gayet iyi, personeller güler yüzlü ve bir sorununuz olduğunda yardımcı oluyorlar. Sadece bazı eksiklikler vardı. Duş için saç havlusu odada bulunmuyor. Son kaldığım gün odadaki duşa kabinin kapatma camı kırılmış sanırım, o yenilenmemiş.
