Nothing unique but room service was helpful. Pool was out of order for first two days and lifeguards short one day which created a line to get into pool. Understandable but disappointed. Room was basic classic 2 double queen beds, coffee maker and one chair which didn't roll. No couch to sit on either. But the room was decent. We would have liked more seating and guess we didn't do enough homework for that. Fridge was okay and only slightly cool. Towels are kind of small but exchanging for new towels wasn't a problem.

When we checked in, the front desk staff was very friendly, and I appreciated the warm welcome. Unfortunately, both of the rooms we were given appeared to be only average in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. Some of the walls were dirty, the carpet didn’t appear to have been vacuumed thoroughly, and the rooms had a noticeable musty smell.

The hotel pool was also closed for several of the days we were there. Once it reopened, the staff’s responses to guest inquiries about it seemed somewhat limited in helpfulness. We were excited to finally use the pool, but it appeared to have a high level of chemicals, which caused noticeable skin irritation for my daughter.

The biggest advantage of this hotel was its convenient location, as it was very close to the venue we needed to visit. However, based on our overall experience, I would likely consider alternative accommodations on a future trip.

We booked the hotel because of the indoor pool. We traveled with our little ones and the weather can be unpredictable. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool so much. I love how the hotel is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Also, it’s just minutes away from Lake Tahoe Harbor Beach and Nevada Beach. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Tahoe.

They seem to be having staffing issues at this location. I was here for a kids dance competition at the event centerand they either didn’t plan to accommodate this number of people or didn’t have the resources, but some stuff was frustrating. In no particular order:

1. The pool. There was only one lifeguard on duty, so the capacity was 35 kids. My daughters and I had to wait in line for 40+ minutes to get into the pool, and by the time we did, the pool closed shortly after. The number of disappointed kids walking up to the pool only to be told they can’t go in was hard to watch. I get they need to be safe, but plan better and get a second lifeguard.

2. The Starbucks. Same issue as the pool, inadequate staffing. I passed it every time I came and went, tried waiting in line a few times, and ended up leaving the line and going to the Starbucks at Target in Heavenly.

3. You had to request room service between 8 and 3 everyday. This surprised me. I’ve never stayed anywhere my room wasn’t cleaned unless I indicated not to.

I overheard several people complaining in the elevators and walking around the whole time I was there. It wasn’t the worst, but I won’t book again.

The room #1510 at Ballys was terrible. There was mold and cracks on the ceiling near the vent. We ran out of toilet and tissue paper. there was no extra paper in the room. The poo was closed and the gym didn't open until 8am. Just a worn down place. and yes they do charge a resort fee for what I don't know!.

Everything in the hotel was nice. The only thing was having a little trouble finding the elevators going in from the back entrance since there was no signage, but it’s easy to get around. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We’ll be staying here in my next visit to Lake Tahoe.

I booked this room specifically because it has 4 hot tubs and a pool. I had 2 major spinal surgeries 3 months ago and I also deal with having a severe MS flare up. All I wanted for 2 days was to sit in a hot tub. I check in and immediately see a sign saying these services were not available. I was NOT happy but I bit my tongue. I never would’ve booked this room in 1st place. If an amenity is not available it should be disclosed or at least offer refund. I was offered to lose my money all together. Strike 1. Next we decide we are going to gamble, we are at a casino and we could NOT get help getting playing money. We ate dinner at Ciera, they would not let me use rewards card, they insisted using their own. I was literally talked out of gambling lol. Strike 2. Check out date: I go down to get a cart from 10th floor, they have my credit card already and now he wants my ID to use a luggage cart. Mind you, recent surgeries and MS and now I have to make an extra trip from garage back down and back to garage so I can get my ID. When I return the cart, I also return my room keys. He didn’t say a single word to me the entire time, nothing. No thank you, no have a good day. What?!? Just wow, I still spent quite a bit of money over the two days sitting in my room. Room service, dinners, lunch, breakfast all at the hotel and I definitely didn’t feel appreciated

I really like this hotel stay. Our check in was easy and I was able to combine an extra night I had booked to my original reservation, the room was big and the shower was huge! The casino was nice and clean. The only things I would change would probably be, the in and out parking pass be activated with the same room key other than a cardboard cover with a sticker on it, and more food options than just 1 restaurant.

This is the Circus Circus hotel of Las Vegas, but in Lake Tahoe. It feels and looks old, carpet is old and needed a good vacuum. A LOT of kids running around and the pool/spa was a no go do to all the kids in them. Didn't think we would have a good meal here, so went over to Harrah's.

The hotel was easily accessible with a decent amount of parking in the structure. The hotel is in decent shape for being built in the 70s. There are some wear and tear throughout the hotel but nothing excessive. I stayed during the week so not to much foot traffic throughout the hotel. Check in went smoothly and made it to my room within a few minutes. The room itself is a decent size the restroom is massive mainly the shower you can fit about 20 people in there lol. The wear does have some wear as they paint on doors and wall is fading away due to daily use. The toilet had issues flushing I needed to remove the back in order to adjust the lever to flush correctly. Over it was clean nothing major that would make me not want to stay anymore. The pool area was nice not too crowded although they definitely need to sell drinks close by please!!... I would definitely recommend this hotel its all within walking distance to other hotels and casinos and heavenly village plaza that has a decent pizza spot which I also recommend! Thanks for the stay Bally's!

Clearly checked in with 4 people. Only one set of towels was in the room, only one butter pad size soap was in the room, one mini bottle of shampoo / conditioner was in the room.
No microwave in room.
Absolutely the worst / most dangerous hotel approach on the strip. If you self park you risk a head one with oncoming traffic utilizing the same lane.
Souvenir shop still on COVID hours… closed Monday - Thursday.
Regardless of room.. you will tote your luggage a fair distance and are required to utilize two separate elevators.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean when I arrived, and the overall condition of the property was poorly maintained. Air conditioning very noise level , making it difficult to get any rest. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and accommodations. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel stay was uneventful. Be aware that check in isn't until 4pm, which is rather ridiculous, the early check in fee is $35. Parking is also not included and is $25 i believe. The hotel was practically empty on a Sunday in the summer. Too many fees are are ruining the casino atmosphere for most people and it shows all across Nevada. Other than that, the pool and spa is nice.

Location was a main aspect of picking this hotel. It shows that age now deep holes in the parking garage decking that needed repair elevators were a bit clunky and unfortunately, you have to take two elevators to get to your car in the parking garage additional signage for the elevators and parking garage would be helpful room we had on the ninth floor facing west got quite warm and took a long time to cool down from a week flow of air from the air conditioning system did not eat their so can’t comment on the food parking is $20 a day. Interesting thing on Expedia when they tell you parking available watch out that means you have to pay. Will Look at other options next time, if go back there.

Heater was broken, took 4 different ppl to finally come fix it only for it to break again. Manager moved us to a different room but we spent the first 2 nights in the cold. At the new room, someone was smoking in the hallway and it seemed into our room. I called the front desk and they said thanks for letting us know and did nothing about it. For how much I paid I am upset about my experience. (Oh and you have to pay extra for parking!) Im not coming back here.

I checked into this hotel with my family and found our room extremely hot because the air conditioner was not working. Although a technician came and adjusted the settings, the temperature did not improve even after more than two hours.

When I asked the property manager for a different room, he refused to provide one, so I decided to check out and requested a full refund. I was given a receipt with no resort or parking charges and told to contact Orbitz for the refund, but so far neither Orbitz nor the hotel has refunded any of my money.

On top of this, the property manager was very rude and unhelpful, which made an already bad experience even worse. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The first room we had the A/c not work, as a solution, they brought a fan. After further discomfort, they switched the room, the keypad did not work to enter the room due to a dead battery, we had to wait in the hall with all of our belongings until security could arrive.
