Room was clean but outdated with wear and tear. Casino area of hotel was hot and stuffy but hotel room was cool with air conditioner on or window open. The steakhouse restaurant was closed on Sunday which was a bummer. It’s also closed on Mondays. Self parking was a bit of a mess and looked like a construction zone. Overall experience was good but not great.

Our room was dirty upon arrival, the air conditioning in our room did NOT work at all. The bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain. The server at the restaurant was extremely rude when we asked how much longer after waiting an hour for 1 pizza and then made a stink about how much we tipped. Not impressed!

Have stayed here before and was great. This time also overall excellent. The room a little tired. Beds great but side chairs stained and you sunk in them. Love the two full bathrooms which is main reason I like this hotel. All interactions with staff excellent. All friendly and helpful. Walking distance to heavenly village shops and restaurants.

The overall condition and cleanliness was a big issue for me. The room has seen better days and definitely needs help. In the meantime a deep clean, I won’t go into detail as far as what I found, but it was enough that I won’t stay here again. The minimal contact I had with staff was unimpressive. The hotel and parking lot are run down and not well maintained, too many negatives to go back.

The staff was friendly, though not helpful at times. The concierge seemed grumpy and in a hurry. She said the shuttle runs every hour to the beach, but couldn’t say what time each hour. We waited over an hour and finally gave up. The room was clean and neat. The facilities were clean. Check-in and out were quick and easy.

We arrived early @ 12:30pm and the concierge wanted to charge me an extra $25 for early check in. My parents were able to check in without a charge and the person that helped them was able to check me in. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking. They were able to give me a different room.

There are no water stations so bring water if you don’t want to pay premium price for it, hotel provided two tiny complimentary water bottles. Also walk to the beach water is quite distant , the nearest beach is “private” so fee of $20 per adult to go to beach, or go around to the free beach by walking ~40 minutes.

House cleaning knocked st my door close to 9pm and asked if I am OK which I replied "yes". At 10:15pm guest service called and asked my name and room number. I asked him what happened as I was already in bed. He said house keeping wrongly thought I am already checked out. In this case they should check if I indeed check out, if they already know it was a mistake, why calling me late at night to tell me house keeping is wrong. They should told them directly.

I parked at self parking. Every morning the ground crew just blow the dust from a gated parking lot directly to our area in order to clean up the other section of the fenced parking lot. I need to use water and towels to clean the glass windows before I can drive. I need to do a car wash to clean all the dust and dirt. They just simply move the dirt to our parking area instead of cleaning it up. I probably will not be staying in this hotel in the future

It is an old facility that needs updates, but the location is awesome! We really liked the fact that our room had 2 bathrooms and the bedroom was spacious. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable & our neighbors had their music blasting.

On the positive side, the location was great, the room was comfortable and the two bathrooms were very convenient. On the other hand, of the five nights we stayed, the room was partially cleaned only on the first night. The bed was made and towels changed however they left the dirty coffee cups, didn’t replenish the coffee, didn’t clean the floors or wipe down the surfaces. The next day the room wasn’t cleaned so we asked for more towels and coffee. The third day, again, no cleaning so we called the front desk and they simply said that sometimes they don’t finish each floor. They said if we want our room cleaned we need to specifically request it. That’s not helpful. The next negative; the hot tub was broken and they said they didn’t know if it would be fixed or when. No one at the desk seemed to care enough to attempt to help. Last time we stayed at this location.
Finally, the sofa in our room had noticeable stains that were …. Disgusting.

The room was really dirty. Entry was covered in sticky stuff on wall and floor. Desk and table had sticky mess and drink rings. Behind the bed on lights more sticky stuff. Cheese that was old was wrapped in a rubber band on the floor. The drawers on the dresser would not close and stayed open a foot taking people out when they walked by. Shower was coming out of the wall and a dirty towel was stuffed in the hole to keep it in. Furniture and pillows on chairs were dirty with stains. We tried getting support from desk and left messages. Talked again when you check out. Would not ever stay here again.

The hotel was insanely loud. Loud banging throughout the night that almost sounded like construction, yelling, doors slamming, car alarms going off throughout the night. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the sofa in the room had multiple dark stains all over it. The room did not look like it had been wiped down at all. Online, the pricing showed that I would owe $34 at the hotel... Ended up paying over $80 for undisclosed fees. Parking lot entry and exit wasn't working, so it was inconvenient trying to get in and out of the lot. Room service was $55 for two children's burgers and fries and one water bottle. Not worth the money at all.

I liked to stay in Harrah's in the past years when I spent my vacations in South Lake Tahoe, due to the convenience of self-parking and the great buffet. Right now the general conditions have totally changed: there is no more buffet, the breakfast at the Brew Brothers is not as good as the previous cafe underground, and the worst thing is that almost the whole public area is under renovation with new carpet and new machines, which makes chaos everywhere. The only good thing is that the self-parking is still as great as before. Hope Harrah's will become great again soon.

Our reservation was for Harrah's but they didn't have a room available so they moved us to Caesars Republic (old Harvey's). From start to finish the staff was incredibly helpful, moving our bags from one hotel to the other, our room was beautiful, we ate at Hell's Kitchen which was absolutely wonderful. It was a fabulous weekend. Thank you, Harrah's and Harvey's!

Thr room was decorated beautifully and was super clean. I felt so safe.
I wish my view was not of the parking garage. They did offer me another room but wanted to charge an upgrade but I said no because I was only going to be there 1 night and didn't want to pay the extra fee.
I was also charged a parking fee along with the resort fee which were surprises.

Upon checking in the first staff that assisted us was not pleasant, with attitude insisting that i booked rooms according to their vacancy i wasnt aware that I booked the king beds and smoking room thats why she gave me 2 rooms king beds smoking but I beg her to change it because We are coughing already and smoking rooms were unappropriate but shes not very accommodating. I thought they were after customer's satisfaction It was a blessing in disguise that my card was decline need to deposit cash first when we came back another staff filipino young lady assisted us this time she was able to change the booking we were so glad by rooms she put us in 2 rooms 1 king 1 2 queen beds and with a beautiful view and non smoking.
The room is very clean and well organized

It was alright, just another casino hotel. Room wasn’t the cleanest as the bathroom door had some stains on it that were pretty gross. But honestly, I had to remind myself I was in a casino AND hotel. Check in host spoke really fast and you could tell he just was getting us checked in and onto the next person. Needed more towels and called rooms service but not answer, left a message and never heard back. We had to ask staff in the hallway for more towels. I’d say the best part of our stay was the gentleman who helped us bring our luggage down stairs and loaded it into the car. He was AWESOME!! Friendly, kind, genuine and conversational! I really appreciate him! I wish I remembered his name! He deserves 5 stars if sure! Overall stay was 3 stars!

We stayed for a spontaneous trip to Lake Tahoe with my family. Everything was great although finding a place in the hotel to eat late was difficult, we ended up using DoorDash which was fine. Room was clean, swimming pool was a little messy, but overall we had a great last minute trip.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the delay in addressing our maintenance request.

We have been waiting for almost two hours for someone to unclog the toilets. This delay is preventing us from using both the toilet and the shower, and we have remained in the room to ensure we are present when the service team arrives.

While we spoke to the front desk regarding this matter, they were unable to provide us with an estimated time of arrival.

Hotel management was not cooperative at all.I had booking of two rooms.I was given rooms on separate floors ( one on fifth floor and second on eight foor. We were family of four , and slept in different floors . I pleaded with hotel staff to give room to us adjacent on same floor and they asked for additional $47.00,which I refused .

I also asked for managerFront desk agent that manager . I was. T

that he is busy.His behavior was rude.
Imagine 4 family members are made to sleep on different floors.

I should be be given my money .

Declare on your website about mental abuse caused by Harrah.. They will give rooms to gather not togather
