We stayed for 11 nights over the Christmas break. Lovely apartment, everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were clean, reception staff welcoming and helpful. Conveniently located less than 15 minutes by metro from the centre of Munich. Would definitely stay there again if back in Munich.

Very accesible to Metro Station Neuperlach Sud, about 15-20 minutes to Downtown Munich. Hotel has Rewe and Rossman grocery on the ground floor. It has everything you need even washer and dryer. but you need to download appwash app. the wash and dry price is very reasonable. the only negative experience we got was the staff they are not so
friendly and helpful. upon check in we had a difficulty using there automatic or eñectronic check in counter. the front desk lady -( a heavy set lady) was not very helpful and when we asked for her help she refused helping us and we were travelling with my 81 year old Dad where we had a 6 hour long train ride from Paris. And another Staff just showed up with a plate of food and they keep talking to each other ignoring us. Not until I started to speak up more that we needed help checking in and she said that we should used the electronic check in system that the hotel has in the lobby. for some reason we cannot find our booking using that system, if we do we will not need her help in the first place. we also noticed that they do not greet their guests we are the one who greeted
them goten morgen or good morning etc. even then the staff do not even respond to our greetings. Nevertheless, the hotel is clean, very convenient, quiet
and well appointed. Also they do not clean your unit every after 5 days. we stayed for days and obviously we did not get the chance for our room to be cleaned. you need to ask them for fresh towels and other stuff.

The location was great if you preferred to be a little away from the city. It was a short train ride into Munich and the stop for the train was a short walk away with a flight of stairs. We stayed for two weeks and housekeeping came every 5 days. The trash cans in the room were not big enough for housekeeping to wait that long. Also, getting extra toilet paper was a struggle from the front desk. One person that always said hello when we came in was Diana. Otherwise most of the front desk ignored us. Our room had a coffee pot that took pods but there were no pods for it. We were told to purchase our own. I feel when you book a hotel for the amenities. You shouldn’t have to hunt down toilet paper, or purchase your own coffee.

Love this hotel. It’s a bit outbid the city but 1 underground train ride will get you there on the U5 line.
The vibe is great. Rooms are excellent.
Staff wee really helpful.
Dinner is not too bad a selection, fresh and priced ok. When booking. Book with Brekky. It’s a great breakfast bar.
There’s not a huge amount around the location that I could see. Helpful supermarket shop underneath. But just two stops up the underground is a massive shopping centre.
Only downfall is hotel info. It’s very much an online help yourself kind of thing, and I’m sure it’s all there. That would suit many, just not me. There is a great laundry in the basement. Plenty of space to lounge around and enjoy the atmosphere that a vibrant hotel offers. I’d definitely go back. I’ll definitely give this place a 5 star rating.

Room was good. Problem is room service only every 5 days . I stayed in 9 days. Just get 1 day room service. I think it needs to be more frequent for long stay people. My opinion it should be every 2/days cleaner should clean the room and take garbage.

Train sounds are coming. Because room ventilation system is not good enough need to open the window.

Customer service are good. Location is good. Road parking also available. Besides the hotel had grocery stores. Everything we can buy from there.

The room was super clean and modern. We dine to the restaurant downstairs and I enjoyed the pizza. There is the a super market next to the hotel, but the cashiers may be a bit rude if you don’t speak German. The station is literally in front of the hotel, super comfortable!

The front desk staff is amazing.... the rooms are terrific. HOWEVER if you do get a first floor duplex, be forewarned, the beds are in a loft one very STEEP flight up- and the bathroom is downstairs and there is no getting a suitcase up the stairs, so if that's a concern, choose a standard room.

The hotel room was lovely and fit our needs perfectly. The balcony was peaceful, and the view overlooking the garden was very pretty. The only minor downside was the dishes were not clean, but that was easily fixed with a trip to the conveniently located market next door. The train station being right outside was also extremely helpful for traveling around the area. The staff was kind and helpful, too. I would definitely recommend Revo Munich to others.

Greeted by the very bubbly Deanna upon checkin. She was SO helpful - we had a car but left it parked and took advantage of the u-bahn and s-bahn (trains) right outside the door to make our way to the heart of Munich during our Oktoberfest stay. Deanna helped us navigate the trek to the “weisn” and our best entry point.
Oh! Did I mention we received a beer (on tap) when we checked in? Love it!
Grocery store within the complex with baked delicacies offered upon arrival; good variety of premade salads.
Kitchenette in the room - meatloaf in the restaurant is to be avoided (spam-like)
Laundry facilities at garage level (washers and dryers) - must commit to an AP to take advantage. Bring some detergent pods.
Highly recommend Revo - super friendly staff, more conveniences than you’d expect. Easy to navigate transport. I would return, 100%

We had a bedroom loft. Unfortunately, the ladder was extremely steep. I didn't feel safe climbing on it. We removed a bed mattress and placed it in the living room area. I slept on the floor. Also, we couldn't access television channels.

Location: just OK. Good for a business trip to Siemens or one of the other companies in this industrial park area but that’s it. Yes, it’s by the station to ride into town but it feels isolated. Supermarket next door and a few restaurants close though.

Amenities: Great. Gym is the best part of the hotel! Laundry room is available in basement as well. I had a salad one night in the hotel restaurant and it was quite good.

Bed: horrible. Not a king bed as advertised. It was just two twin beds pushed together that constantly slid apart with any movement. Linens were even twin. Mattresses also not comfortable.

Staff: Younger staff members were unfriendly, unhelpful and even rude. Always ready to greet you with a frown. When I complained about the bed, the answer was an abrupt “all our king beds are that way.” Period. Then just murmuring among coworkers as I walked away and a faint sarcastic “sorry” amongst themselves.

Service here was terrible! My friend's sink had a leak. They had to deal with constant wet towels for a couple days until they placed a bucket under the sink. They never fixed their sink or offered a different room because supposedly they were \"booked.\" Her family stayed there for 5 nights. My other friend asked for towels and the receptionist said she would have to wait til morning because the cleaners already left and she didn't have keys to the towel area. Well, next day at 11pm (cleaners obviously gone again for the day), a receptionist (different person) walks across the lobby carrying 4 towels for another guest request. Hmmm, how is that?! Then, I asked for a late checkout and they offered a later time for a fee. I asked if i could think about it and let her know in a couple hours. She said to make sure to let her know so they don't sell that room. Hmmm, I thought they were booked?! So, besides the bad and lazy service, our shower floor felt dirty (slimy) and didn't drain well. When we showered our feet were in a constant puddle. I didn't complain and we just dealt with it since we were just there for 2 nights. So, next shower i just put a towel down and at least my feet was in a puddle over a towel and not a slimy shower floor.

Great Location, Modern Style, Room for Improvement

REVO Munich is conveniently located near the U-Bahn station for easy city access and is perfect for business trips to the Siemens campus. The property is modern and stylish, with a trendy vibe that stands out. However, the self-check-in process could be more intuitive.

Rooms are comfortable, quiet, and clean, but the air conditioning system is frustrating. It only allows a +/-3°C adjustment from an unknown base temperature, and at times, the room became uncomfortably hot for no reason. The bathroom is excellent, with a strong shower and plenty of hot water, though the shower cubicle tends to leak.

The biggest downside is the WiFi, which is inconsistent—occasionally fast but often very slow and unreliable. Additionally, housekeeping is only provided every four days unless you pay extra, which can be inconvenient for longer stays.

Overall, the location and modern design make it a good choice, but improvements in key areas like WiFi, air conditioning, and cleaning policy would significantly enhance the experience.

The property is a one minute walk away from the subway station, which is amazing, but it’s located in an area without much in the way of restaurants or places to walk to. We stayed during the holidays, and the restaurant was closed, during the holidays, the little supermarket was also closed so we had to get on the subway into town in order to get something to eat. There’s a coffee maker in the room, which is fabulous, but no coffee is provided, I also didn’t recognize the kind of pod that would be used in that particular model so some information about what to buy would’ve been helpful. I liked that there was a hairdryer in the bathroom, the room was very nice and very clean.

I had an amazing stay at Revo. Traveled abroad for the holidays and staying here was very convenient. Very cozy, spacious room with a kitchen, restaurant and bar on site, so many amenities, and a short less than 2 minute walk to the train station to get around into the city. If you’re solo traveling this is also a great hotel as they have a lounge and different themed rooms like a cinema room, work and meet space, library room, and a big lobby area where many guests lounge around and you can potentially meet people and make new friends. Overall, I had a lovely stay and highly recommend Revo if you’re in Munich.

We enjoyed staying at Revo for our quick visit to Munich. We were not able to enter our room right away as we arrived in the morning but were able to store our luggage in a room that was not locked but luckily nothing was stolen. We did not have AC in the room which was a struggle, although the water pressure in the shower was amazing. We would stay here again.

Since this was my first trip to München I was not sure what to expect but the room was spacious, clean and very easily accomidated our party of 4. The service desk was helpful and the food at the Italian restaurant located in the hotel was delicious. The only hiccup was that the laundry machines were out of order. We packed light so we did require a wash. We were able to hand wash so it did not greatly impact the trip. I would encourage exploring all the fun accommodations on the different floors like the game room, movie room, bike repair room and gym. A grocery store is next door and the train is just a few meters away. Very convenient.

Great location mere steps from the train station. We didn’t get the room type we reserved though. We were supposed to have a loft with balcony. We had a double room with balcony.
Housekeeping is every 5 days and they charge you if you want it (or more towels) more frequently than that.

We stayed here during Oktoberfest and it was a great location. While not in the city center, it was about a 3 minute walk to the U5 Neuperlach Sud station, and if you're going to the fest, you just take that for about 20 minutes to the Theresienwiese station. The gym in the hotel is great, there is a cafe and a grocery store on the ground floor below the hotel. All in all, this place is great, would stay here again.

There is an actual human receptionist! The room was very clean but small staff were nice, check in fast. It’s like 100 feet from the train station- short 1 train ride to old town Odeonsplatz/marienplatz. I gave it 4 stars due to the many many switches that didn’t make sense. Laundromat in the basement- you have to use an app to use the laundry, an internet access for room information, of course the elevator stopped working while I was in the basement and had to walk up 8 floors to my room carrying my laundry because all the washing machines weren’t accepting payment from everyone. Will I come back - no - too techy for me.

The room was very clean and modern looking with all utilities available (small kitchen with appliances, 2 TVs, a pull out couch with a queen bed that perfectly fit 3 adults. Had to pay for parking garage or find parking on the street and rack up parking tickets good luck. Restaurant people had an attitude. Had to pay $12 for an extra set of towels. Was downstairs and they would not give me a garbage bag I’m not sure if they thought I was living there and not hoteling there or what I tried explaining but kept getting told no I couldn’t have one so I had to wait the following day for housekeeping. Each floor does have little activities and rooms which is super cute and cool !

Amazing location for the price - you’re right on a U bahn line so it’s easy to get in and out of the city. Also if you want to make friends, people seemed super social here and actually used the common areas. It’s also next to a grocery store so very convenient for quick meals. Biggest con is the service piece - you get precisely 1 body and hand towel per person and that’s it. They won’t give you extra towels or clean the room for 6 days without extra $$ which is tough. Otherwise, loved this spot!

Went to front desk and then when we went to check in changed the room and made us wait another 30 minutes while ours was still being cleaned. Only clean the rooms every 5 days unless request more. This means no fresh towels without paying extra between €20 and €40 depending on what you need. Could be good for maybe 2/3 night stay no longer.

The hotel is nice, close to the train station. We got there at 2pm and they said the room was going to be ready at 3pm. Not a problem, we ask if we could come back at around 10pm. The lady tells us there is someone there all night so no problem. We get there at 10pm, no one is there. A guest opened the door for us, we spent 30min trying to do the self checkin which did not work. We tried calling the phone number on the desk, no one would pick up. Luckily a security guy called the receptionist who was just somewhere else in the building.

This was not good.

Everything else is great. The hotel is beautiful, clean and nice
