Old and run down. Paint peeling. The fridge door handle was broke and the bathroom- while it had an exhaust fan it was merely for show bc there wasn’t any switch or way to actually use it and without a window in the bathroom- for ventilation- this is a major code violation! The room was worth maybe $75 not the insane price we paid for the stale “on-the-go” breakfast- coffee out and none of the bananas were even ripe. It appears this place had more “transient residents” than actual travel/vaca lodgers. Absolutely disappointing

We arrived after dark & the outside lights were dim or out. Very small sign so it was hard to find. Extra charge at check in which should get refunded. Peeling paint on all outside rails. Ok during day but sketchy at night with dim or no lighting.

This place looks closed down from the outside the parking was very tight. If you have a big SUV/Truck/Van it will be a challenge. The rooms were okay. They have tile so I feel like it’s a never ending battle with the sand. Beds were super comfy! Rooms were cold. Pool was close but looks like it’s got some issues there was styrofoam all over in the pool that looked like the pool may need some work, it looks like it was coming out the cracks in between the tiles. But could have been from something else. There was just A LOT in the pool and was never cleaned out during our stay. The staff was super super nice at check in and check out. We had been out on the beach at night around 10 and came back to being blocked in my a truck. If you has any kind of meat on your bones you weren’t getting out. Bc they have a parking spot right in front of the gate! I have seen worse. It was super close to the beach. So it maybe getting a make over. Out bathroom door was the most annoying thing we kept getting stuck in the bathroom due to paint being slapped on to make it look new. It can use some tlc but it wasn’t terrible! Staff was extremely kind so that was a plus.

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel! We had business nearby so booked last minute for a day at the beach. The room was very clean, and smelled very clean, when we arrived. The beds were comfy, and the rainfall shower was heavenly. The front desk staff was a bit reserved but very easy to work with. Parking was easy and convenient. Our only complaint is that the pool water was pretty gross, but it was February so they probably hadn’t officially opened it for the season yet. We would definitely stay here again!

Its a very very old motel. Comfortable and clean enough, close to the ocean. Hot tub in the room with mirrors- reminiscent of the 70's. Staff was really nice. Breakfast was mini muffins and juice or coffee. It was just ok. You can hear everyone in their rooms talking or getting in their cars in the parking lot right outside your door. I just would never stay there again but we lived to see another day. You get what you pay for.

This was probably the most run down hotel I have ever stayed in. Light switches did not work(electrical code violation where I'm from). No secure entry. Rusty refrigerator that had been painted partially. I was told the room had a full ocen view- false. You have to turn two knobs at the same time to open the balcony door(not sure how this is ok with fire marshal). Loud guests around me who let their kids run in and out slamming the door. Heated pool? Forget about it. Crappy parking setup. Way overpriced. This is a 100 dollar a night hotel at best. My advice to anyone headed to Daytona: skip a couple nights out the year before you go and put that money towards a nice hotel, not this dump.

Staff was not courteous or caring. I booked a room with a partial ocean view, and was placed on the ground floor with no ocean view. I asked for a room on the 2nd floor, and was immediately told that there was nothing available. At 11pm, there are definitely upper floors still available.

The room was okay. We were upgraded to an ocean view room. However, the first night we went out to a few bars and got back a little late to find our room keys not working so my bf was forced to go to the front desk to get the room keys reprogrammed. Also, the fact that the pool was missing about 2 feet of water is unacceptable. The outside shower wasn’t working, so I could see people go dip their feet in the pool to rinse the sand off their feet. BUT, if you’re looking for a reasonable priced place to simply sleep, it’s not bad. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. They’re also pet friendly if you’re willing to pay $25 a night for each pet.

This place is a DUMP!! Torn window curtains, shower curtain BARLEY hanging on!! Breakfast was a JOKE! Coffee was terrible.
