The reason for low score was due to , I was not informed that a huge group of college graduates would be there the exact dates I was, they overrun the pool , had glass beer bottles in pool . Running up and down hall at 2:30 on and in the pool am . Woke us up . Could not get any sleep. Cussing and yelling. I could go on , but what’s the point!!!

The Breakfast was ok, not like the Best Western Plus I stayed in a week prior in Orlando, the best thing about my stay was the ocean view, after all thats why I paid the price I paid for the view. This hotel had absolutely no amenities, there was no option to log into my Netflix account or even a YouTube account. The staff were pretty nice but that hotel was very old & outdated.

My original review regarding the check-in process was very good and true at that time. Lisa at the front desk was wonderful and the staff changes for housekeeping and the breakfast area we're welcomed. That was day one.

Daily housekeeping is not automatic it has to be requested, that's okay. However, it was an either-or occurance. One day they would make the bed, not replace towels; the next, visa versa. That was annoying.

They never cleaned the pool, not once We stayed 5 days oceanfront so we could see the sediment build up on the bottom of the pool. Debris floating on top was visible 24/7.

The safety lock on our room door let loose at times when the door closed. It locked my husband out upon arrival, luckily I was in the room. He told the front desk, but no one came the next morning as promised, so my husband got tape (when asking again in person) to temporarily secure it from locking us out. No one ever did show up.

My husband books \"breakfast included\" hotels with waffles or pancakes. The pancake maker was broken. The sweet women working tried to make excuses why it's not repaired yet, but it's difficult when you see the same guests daily.

We've stayed before and gave it another chance. We like the location, Lisa & the breakfast ladies. It had a hands-on small business vibe that's gone. I've emailed management before, without reply. We won't be back.

Management doesn't care so nothing will change. Rowdy guest numbers will continue to grow to be the new clientele.

Do not even stay here. Dirty rooms food smashed all over the floor, leaking faucets, rusted safe and rust all on the floor tiny ants all over the bathroom dirty room filthy complained one time that manager laughed everything off because she was taking a trip and didn’t want to be bothered the last night a roach ran across the floor under the bed while I was sitting on the bed. I called the front desk and the front desk clerk that evening was screaming at me at the top of her lungs. I left the hotel that night without even staying there after I had already paid for it. The most disgusting and disappointing trip and hotel I’ve ever stayed in. And that’s only part of it.

The staff was really nice. The beach view was great. The room had the air conditioning not working as powerful, but they immediately replaced it and it was ice cold. The only thing that I will say is the parking is kind of minimal and inconvenient. all around it was a good stay though.. I would book it again.

We did not have a good stay. Our room smelled musty. When I sat on the bed, it was broke and looked like someone tried to fix it horribly. Our tv would not work so we had to call maintenance. The outlet by the bed was coming out of the wall so the lamp would not stay turned out. Highly disappointed.

I was very happy with my choice to stay at this hotel. It was right on the beach and the pool was nice. The breakfast had lots of options. I'd say my only complaint is that i couldn't figure out how to get the Netflix to work on the tv. Maybe that was a me problem, but I don't think it actually had Netflix, i wasn't even able to log in with my own account.

We've stayed here before and loved it but this time was kind of a disappointment. When we arrived we arrived late and unpacked the car and got up to our original room and there was no air at all. It wouldn't us change the temp from high and after driving all day and the front office sent someone up to look at it and they said we will fix it tomorrow. Ummmm no. We arent staying in this room overnight with that temp. I loved that took it had a huge vanity in the bathroom. The staff was great through all of it and we're very accommodating to find us another room but when we got up too the next room we were ready to lay down and the keys didn't work so I had to go back downstairs to get them reprogramed. Finally got to our room and the bed wasn't as comfy as the first one and the layout was completely different. A much smaller vanity. The next morning, they offer free breakfast which is great because I was looking forward to their fresh pancakes which are made perfectly from the machine that you pusha button. However the breakfast room air was off and it was packed out and the thermostat was set to 84. When I mentioned it to the staff at the front desk, they said yeah we know. So we decided instead of being packed in a sweat box eating breakfast we grabbed bfast. We will probally stay again because we like the location however I would like to see the hotel make some renovations and especially getting a \"Best Western Plus\" the pool and balcony in the room were the best part

We needed a place to stay while our home wa seeing renovated, and we were tired, when we arrived early, the front desk let us check in as soon as the room was available, even though it was before check in time. Room was clean, great view. Nice breakfast, highly recommend. It’s a older hotel needs a little updating but is very clean.

Only thing I found is that they have very short towel inventory we booked for 4 people and they only provided 2 towels same for our friends that stood they had king rooms with 1 towel each lol. But overall we enjoy our stay our oceanfront view was the best view.will be back soon with a larger group. 🙃

The staff were great. View was amazing! Beds were ok. A little firm for me but everyone slept great expecially with the sounds of the ocean. Kitchenette was very nice to have. Came with a pot and pan with lids. Plates, cups, bowls, and mugs for coffee. Dish soap and a new sponge. We ended up buying coffee pods cause theres isn't the best. It is a beach front hotel and isn't a 5 star hotel but its clean and we felt safe. There was a drip from the ceiling light but we let the desk know and someone came right away to fix it. Breakfast was the standard free breakfast. Kitchen ladies were super nice and there if you need anything. Ive stayed at Besterns before and as always it was a nice stay. Highly recommend!

The reviews led me to book here, but I booked and didn't stay. The hotel had an elevator from the outside that was supposed to be for key holders only, but that activation wasn't working. Upon entry into our room, it was an adjoining room that wasn't locked and balcony didn't lock. We went back to the front desk and checked right back out. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

We arrived at 1am after a 12 hour delay to no hot water hotel hallway smelling of POT then our room smelled like it as well plus musty smelling. They ran out of pancakes everyday and beach/ pool towels. First day got in 1am then went to use our car and either garbage bag exploded all over the windshield or someone puked all over it. Asked for clean towels and Kleenex more than once housekeeping didn’t come. We won’t be back payed plenty and it was terrible this time.

I booked a balcony street view. Arrived at the hotel and was greeted with smiling faces. Check in process was easy and smooth. Assigned a room and went to check it out. Walked in and room was beautiful. The balcony was nice especially with the sun beaming. Didn’t have breakfast but there was an awesome selection. The pool area was clean and the water was cool. Perfect view of the beach from the pool area. Easy walk to boardwalk, restaurants and stores. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. And I will come back for another stay.

The pictures shown when I booked vs the room were different. I was floor 2 so beach view was not that great. Also in the pics you provided my room had a kitchenette so I went with groceries and stuff to cook food, but the room I got had no kitchenette.
I was pretty upset at that and wanted to get a different hotel but obviously it was bike week so I just handled it.

Everything was great, only this is house keeping kept entering the room before check out, we opted in for late check out so 12. I ran down stairs around 8:45 to grab something and when I came back she was unlocking the door and opening it, my husband was in the shower and my kids were in there, so to us that’s a safety concern. The second time I was changing and the door opened again around 10, check out is 11. I understand the need to get them cleaned but again this is a safety concern for us.

The hotel is in an excellent location & the balcony room had a stunning ocean view. The hotel is an older build but some aspects have been remodeled but other aspects have not. The room was comfortable, clean, & partially upgraded. There's a small daily parking fee & breakfast is included. The parking is convenient but the breakfast was hit or miss. I would I stay again? Yes, specially with the price I paid.
