For the price it could have been better. Some things could use some updates. Didn’t like the floor we were on and I feel as though I could have been better accommodated with the rooms I wanted. Stalk at front desk was awesome. I really liked the the two staff that helped me. One of the housekeepers was rude to me and it hurt my feelings because I try to give them the upmost respect.Breakfast was expensive but yet good. Chef did a really great job cooking breakfast to order and I really appreciate her :) The beach access was convenient and awesome. A few things could be updated. I don’t like dirty carpets and I like when hotels are renovated and they get rid of the carpet. Location is awesome and very convenient with everything I. Walking distance if you don’t mind walking. The heat was definitely heating so I chose to drive the one minute lol. It rained two days but I still enjoyed it.

The room, the hotel and the amenities were all very clean. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The only downside was that the room I paid for was over booked. It took front desk staff about 15 mins to find us a balcony ocean front room. I originally paid for the higher floors and ended up at the 3rd floor. Not an end all be all but I also wasn’t happy because that’s not what I paid for. We drove 4 hrs with two kids who were very tired and at this point we just wanted to rest. I would call and confirm before arriving that you will receive the room that you paid for.

We arrived early and were told that we would be texted/called when our room was ready. We never received a notification, so we waited and checked in well past 4 PM. When we tried to connect to the WIFI, which was supposed to be free, the web page said that we had to be members of Hilton Honors in order to get free WIFI, even though free wifi was listed in the amenities.

The room service did not make the beds or replenish the coffee area. The towels appeared to be thrown into the bathroom. When we asked about the beds, the front desk staff told us that the cleaning service does not remake beds with the existing bedclothes. They only make beds when they are changing the entire bed out. I have never heard of this as a policy. The front desk person told us that they should have replenished the coffee area, and stated that the towels probably appeared to be thrown because they were understaffed. I have worked at understaffed businesses before and 1. I don't tell the customer, that's not the customer's problem and 2. If the customer paid for a level of service, the customer should not have to absorb the company's issues, unless offered a discount, refund, or voucher in kind.

That being said, the room was in good condition, and location was nice if you want a quiet area away from the pier area. However, Hilton should look into how this particular property is being run, because we were disappointed in the service.

This is a place I would stay again. They need a little bit better maintenance crew. Everything that has had a fix you can definitely tell. Poor, poor workmanship. Plenty of places that need maintenance. Room was clean, bed was adequate. For being on the beach, price was satisfactory. Convenience store in lobby poorly stocked and overpriced. Be prepared and stock up before you arrive or door dash your booze and snacks. Pool bar did not open for our weekend stay. There is construction next door but seemed to be stalled at the time. I would definitely see if that is the case or I believe it could get very noisy.
That seems to be a lot of negative, but again I would stay again. I would just take my own advice.
Request a room at pool level and view. You loose the ocean panoramic but it’s worth it, especially if you have little ones to Ho need to use the restroom every ten minutes. Just leave the patio door unlocked and set the kids or grandma over the rail.

Room cleaning was hit or miss. They did not clean the room twice during my 5 day stay. The room smelled damp, but that is kind of par for the course in Florida. They did not consistently replace the coffee pods. Location is good for a beach stay and the bed was comfortable. No body wash in my room, just shampoo and conditioner. The dispenser was missing from the shower wall. Not sure if that was intentional.

A very enjoyable stay except for the check in was horrible!!!
We arrived at 4:00but the room was not ready until 6:30.
After a long 8 hour drive with a 1 year old baby ready for a nap, we were ready to unpack and stretch our legs.
I know that some things are impossible to control but we felt 2 1/2 hours were completely unreasonable.
Is it possible to get some kind of compensation for this inconvenience? We are loyal Hilton fans.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately it will be my last.

I stayed for multiple nights and booked two rooms. From the start, the reservation process was a mess. One room was correctly listed under my name and loyalty account, while the second room was assigned to a completely different name and membership account. Despite acknowledging the mistake, staff claimed they could not properly correct it. They charged me for the room but only changed the name, leaving the incorrect membership information in place.

The property also appears to deliberately restrict water pressure, which made showering frustrating throughout the stay.

Another major disappointment was the inconsistency regarding pool and beach access. The posted hours clearly stated “sun up to sun down,” yet guests were repeatedly denied access before 7:30 AM and told the actual hours were 7 AM to 7 PM. If those are the rules, they should be clearly communicated rather than displaying misleading information.

The pool staff were extremely rude and unhelpful whenever questions were asked. Their attitude alone made the experience unpleasant.

What concerned me most was housekeeping entering my room while I was away despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed. This is a serious privacy issue and completely unacceptable.

My first visit to this hotel was enjoyable, which is why I returned. Unfortunately, the decline in service, poor management, lack of attention to guest concerns, and overall exp

We had a great stay at this hotel. I only have a few complaints. First I would like to start by saying that we loved our room. We got the deluxe oceanfront double queen. The description does not mention that there is a third bed, a twin off to the side. So that was a surprise. The room was simple but pretty clean. I loved the little shop downstairs for food and simple items, hotel staff were great and access to the beach and pool were awesome too. Things I didn’t like, no central air, it’s a wall unit. The pool was not heated so with all the wind making it extra cold we could not enjoy the pool, and the mentioned wall unit for AC had rust leaking into the carpet. We loved our stay and will return but the pool issue is a deal breaker for us, it felt like someone put ice cubes in the pool. If the beach waters were not so warm, we would not have been able to enjoy the only reason we came.

I avoid staying at Hilton due to unpleasant experiences with cleaning and maintenance. We gave it a try and unfortunately we had a bad experience. The housekeeping was horrible! The bed was not done as expected as a good hotel will do it. It looked like housekeeper just pulled everything without care, sheets where longer on one side and all sheets not extended. Cups and sugar were refilled but just thrown on the side of the coffee maker. Overall we had a bad experience as always in a Hilton. Marriott is the best! Definitely we will stay stocked to Marriott, no matter where you go, you do not go wrong, is always great!!

We had a great stay. Rooms and hotel were clean. The view of the beach was fantastic. Parking was easy. The walk to the beach was super short and easy. Like a lot of properties do, the front desk does lock the gate to the beach at night, so be sure to ask before you go for a night walk so you don’t get locked out. The only complaint I have is that the shower and foot washing area was broken and seemed like it had been that way for a while. So the pool had a lot of sand in it and we tracked a lot of sand into our room. Everything else was great. Would stay again.

Over all rating I would say it was a bit disappointing. The property is self was not as nice as your photographs on the web. Restaurant and bar was always closed, showers by the beach exit and entrance did not work so there was no way to rinse the sand off of someone either stand in the pool or completely get in. The room and hallway to our room had a wet dirty smell to it. Bathroom shower had very low water pressure when showering I mean low pressure, and then there’s the view we were placed on the second floor right above the pool area and had the listen to the gates slamming open and shut as early as 7am. The view itself was obscured by the roof of the tiki bar at pool side which was closed. Major Construction going on next door so at this time I would not recommend visiting again.

This property will ruin your vacation. They do not honor pay at property. I had my reservation canceled day of check in at 4pm. When I called the property, I was told I could rebook at a much higher rate. I quickly called the corporate office to file a complaint and within 1 hour. The property tried to backpedal and give me my reservation back after taking a very hefty cancellation fee in the hundreds of dollars. By that point I had already booked another reservation to try to salvage the vacation.
And I would never stay at this place with these extremely poor and shady business practices.Bad business, terrible place to do business , DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DON'T STAY HERE.

Filthiest Hilton I ever stayed at. Toenail on bed, pubic hair under blanket, mildew (possibly black mold in shower), debris on floor, used kpod in coffee machine, unusable safe, abandoned building next store with unsavory people outside at night blasting music. Ancient shower head with no water pressure Whole property smells musty. We had to beg to get the room cleaned and it was never properly cleaned. First day maid showed up too early and when we requested she return later she said \"no\". Second to last day maid just pulled up blanket and left two towels on counter leaving all garbage cans full and us with no toilet paper. Absolutely awful, complained at front desk and was told a manager would be present Sunday for us to speak to. This was a lie as no manager was on site, we were also informed no cleaning crew is available after 1:30pm. I will be contacting corporate as I expect more from the Hilton name.
