Everything was so very clean and sanitized. The view was stunning, and the pool was pleasantly heated. Beach was very accessible and easy to clean up after before reentering the building. Each room also felt like its own private oasis and no other rooms blocking views. Will be staying again!

A clean, friendly no frill hotel. Coffee access limited to 7-11 instead of all day. It appeared as though they use to serve at least ..a continental breakfast but no longer do so. Only iron is on the 4th floor and there is a $10 a night parking fee.

Great staff, AMAZING location, the pool and beach access make this hotel so amazing and we had kids with us and it was so much fun switching from beach to pool. There’s a food truck right by there, beach and board rentals. Everything you need, seriously amazing. I wish it had breakfast at the hotel though but everything else was excellent.

I have stayed here many times and always have a positive experience. The rooms are clean, the staff is great, and the pool deck is nice. I love the ocean front rooms which provide a gorgeous view of the beach and the sunrise. I will definitely come back here every time I go to Daytona.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel, it was very nice, clean, perfect spot on the beach, that was great! Loved the kitchen in the room with a full size stove & fridge. My one suggestion would be to expand the coffee bar they offer from 7-11. All there was, was a coffee machine sugars & lil cups of creamer. Very limited. When I think of coffee bar, there are many options, this was not the case. Otherwise, very nice hotel!

The owners actually worked on the property everyday. They were very helpful on telling about local places to visit and eat at. The beach is just a short walk from the property. Everything was clean and well kept and had more of a welcoming, residential look. When I go back I’ll definitely try to get lodging here.

Beach view amazing from third floor. The kitchen has what one needs to cook a nice meal. The only issue we had is with some people smoking in the evening around the pool and someone smoked on an adjacent balcony. I recommend Nautilus Inn. We stayed there 4 days and we enjoyed it.

The floor in the room was so dirty your feet turned black from walking around, the spa was usually half full (they must have had a leak) and dirty and the swimming pool was dirty most of our 6 day visit, the hotel grounds were not maintained very well mulch beds were washed out (no mulch) and plantings looked pretty much dead. And the room keys deactivated frequently. Won't go back!

We tried to ignore that & asked if they could hold our luggage at the front desk. EVERY SINGLE HOTEL in the world, will allow you to do that,at least some luggage. What did she say? Very snappy \"Well how much do have, we don't have a lot of space!\" There's a way to say ANYTHING. Working at the front desk, being an older lady, she should know this by now. Her tone was OFF with us during every encounter with her. It really threw us off. We had requested to check in early, prior to the check in date. Of course, she made us wait for absolutely reason. Okay, fine, we'll wait. When we did check in, we asked for the high floor that we had requested PRIOR to check in date. This lady put us on the 2nd floor, which is the lowest floor that has rooms. We know FOR A FACT, there WERE rooms available on other floors, including the 10th floor!!!!! How did we know this?? It was confirmed later that evening by YOUR STAFF, that our type of room was available on SEVERAL FLOORS that day. In fact, the 10th floor room went to a man who only stayed 1 night. Really?? There were SEVERAL ROOMS available on higher floors that was our type of room. We REALLY wanted a higher floor for the privacy aspect. It's ridiculous that you would not accommodate, JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT TO. It felt VERY SPITEFUL. The NICE staff with Locs confirmed this.Review continues in comments.

I really enjoyed my stay here but the only reason I give it a 4 star is because I requested for room service to come back to change my sheets (they came while I was still sleeping) and after notifying the front desk, nobody came back to the room and change the sheets. Please before booking this hotel read this review. Take the time to read this review. I booked this hotel for my 26th birthday. I live in New York so I drove all the way down to Florida. I found a cockroach crawling in my room multiple and not just one so I took a picture of it and killed it. I notified the hotel staff. The lady said she’ll just spray something so then I told her when is the manager coming in and she told me at nine so when the manager came in at nine, I called him and spoke to him and told him my issue he was nice enough to move my room, but I was trying to get an understanding of what he could do to help me Because it’s such an unfortunate experience he told me that he’ll have an answer for me later, so it’s hard for me to actually trust that that was gonna happen because people lie as the reviews said before that this hotel was clean and everything, but if it was clean, it would’ve not been cockroaches so that Val terrible Natalie was terrible and I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name but he said he was one of the managers the higher ups he told me well it’s Florida. You’re gonna see cockroaches trying to make it like if it wasn’t a big deal but if I wanted to see cockroaches, I would’ve stayed in New York under a bridge for free so please do not go here. I was nice enough to not tell anybody at the hotel at the time but I guarantee you if I told them they would’ve canceled their reservation immediately. Don’t waste your time. Come here save your money

I had a great stay at the Nautilus Inn. The beach view from the room was fantastic. The bed was nice and the seating was comfortable. The hotel is somewhat removed from the main area so there wasn't much road noise to deal with.

The staff were nice and helpful. We have been here many times and plan to return soon. This hotel does need some cosmetic work and upgrades. I loved my stay here. The ocean front room was very spacious, the view was beautiful, property was well maintained and clean, and near many restaurants and bars. The kitchen was convenient and loved having free coffee every morning. Loved the option to pay only $60 to have a beach setup (2 chairs, table, and umbrella) for the duration of my stay. Loved being right on the beach and the pool was clean and warm. Definitely coming back here in the future.
