It is about a 10-minute to the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and some 5 minutes' drive to the Mary Mcleod Bethune Performance Arts Center, the Museum of Arts and Science and the Daytona International Speedway. This air-conditioned beach resort hotel comprises a total of 23 villas directly on Daytona Beach.
Guests are welcomed in the lobby, where the front desk is open 9 am-11 pm daily. They can enjoy a drink at the café and dine at the restaurant.

Very relaxing. Even just sitting on the balcony. Beach is awesome. Pool is awesome. Definitely would come here again.

The views were gorgeous and having a fully functional kitchen was great, as was the big jetted tub. Unfortunately, not much else was great. The room didn't feel super clean - not dirty, but like they'd done the bare minimum - and there was trash from the last guest behind an end table by the bed. There were only three pillows and since I need three to sleep due to a back injury, that left my husband with none. The bedding was scratchy, as were the towels.

The unit we were given looks nothing like the pictures. Furniture and Decor were dated. Tiles in places were torn up. It was clean. But not worth the money we paid. Balconies are right next to each other and can be climbed over. We voiced our concerns and were told the marketing company only took pictures of the units on the bottom floor that have been redone. Beach access is limited due to the hurricane but that was not an issue just needs to be told when booking.

We were disappointed to be put on the ground floor. It had a little patio that was nice and families might love that you could walk right out to the pool. We would have liked a better view of the ocean from upstairs. There is not enough parking and room needs updating. The staff was very good.

Outside is a little dated but the rooms have been updated and clean. Hotel staff is very friendly, only down fall was we had to keep up with a separate key to get to the pool or beach entrance. Also would have been nice to have a pool bar. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Extremely dirty, I maintained, very over priced, broken doors to the balcony, and the other door was broken as well. Bathroom smelled like a dead person.

Hotel was in decent shape but could use some touch up. Only real issue is the pillows. Bring your own if you can as they are small and not very comfortable. Pool area was kept extremely well and is large and heated. For the price we had a king bed with sleeper sofa and full kitchen. Was a great deal! Employees extremely pleasant and had some kids get in from the beach that they promptly asked to leave.

Loved that it was oceanfront and we were on the ground level so had a larger patio area than the balconies. Watching sun rise each morning was a big plus! Staff was wonderful but our unit was old and dated. I had read about mildew smells so carried Febreze air freshner and used it daily. Seemed to have been coming directly from air unit which concerned me. Villa kitchen area was very small---didn't even have a pull out drawer. But appliances were relatively new and very clean. I did not use dishes or flatware. Hotel was quiet and pleasant otherwise, although we were there in February and during CIVID, so not sure what its like at other times. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but not sure I would stay again.

The view was beautiful however a little acquired on the balance with no privacy from neighbors. the heated pool was large and very enjoyable. We wish the waterfalls were working and hot tub because it would have made it even better. Overall a very nice stay.

At the Harbour resort they are the home away from. They ocean views and pool views on a private balcony. They have jetted tubs for relaxation. They little kitchen and living room spaces. Its like having your apartment . The Villa was very clean. The only thing they should approve on is update the elevator decor and speed. Also an update is needed for the front lobby. However the villa had a lot of amenities.

This older hotel (built in 1975) has been updated the entire time. Even though it may look \"antiquated\", it was very clean, large with 2 a/c units, plenty of room with kitchen, shower and separate jetted bath tub. Plenty of hot water, bed was unbelievably comfortable. I was seriously impressed with the property. Especially for the price and ocean front views!

This is worth every bit of their 2-star rating. It may be an ok value for that, but we were expecting more based on the reviews. Its mediocre at best. The \"resort\" isn't much of a resort at all. We never got to use the pool so I can't comment on its quality, but a small game room and a mini-cafe/bar is hardly a resort. It certainly isn't family friendly. Almost every tile in the room was chipped, the bottom of the tub coating was cracked, the shower door leaked and flooded the whole bathroom, two people couldn't pass through the kitchen at the same time because it was so tiny, and there was visible water damage on the doors and trim. I could not bring my children there, and ended up checking out a night early (with no refund) because of that. This is a glorified motel. They have a 72-hour refund policy, and there was no way for us to know how bad it was until we got there so no way to notify them in time that we would not be staying the last night. (checked-in Friday night, checked out Sunday morning instead of Monday) Also, it is listed on Hotels.com that you can make your deposit online and pay cash upon arrival--this is not true. They do not accept cash, so I had to put all 3 nights of this on my credit card which I was hoping to avoid.

Great location right on Daytona Beach! My wife and I came to Daytona to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We had a great time. Being able to enjoy coffee in the morning from your own balcony and watch the ocean and sunrise is priceless. Nice pool and hot tub on the patio area. Staff was very friendly. Property is next door to a Splash Park which is a big bonus if you have kids (or grandkids). We will being coming back here whenever we visit Daytona Beach.

Could Use Some Updating, but Good Place for Price!
We stayed here for a little mini vacation after our trip to Welcome to Rockville. The place is slightly outdated but still serves it's purpose very well. We had a couple issues getting our key cards to work but the front desk was very helpful. Having to carry around a key and a key card was a bit different, but not un-called for. Having the physical key made the building more secure which was nice, you can't get into anywhere without the physical key. All the staff and guests were extremely nice and never caused any problems. Balconies are not divided between rooms unless you get a room on the first floor, so hopefully you're a people person. All in all, for the price this is a nice place to stay. Bed was super comfy and the jetted tub in the bathroom was nice and huge! We will definitely be back!!

The room was nice with ocean front balcony. The rednecks in the room beside us smoked non-stop on their balcony. Smelling the smoke was bad enough but these guys and gals constantly flicked cigarette butts off the balcony. Below was a pool with swimmers including children. This property is advertised as a smoke free property. Smoke free should also include no smoking on the balconies.
Our only other complaint is there were bugs in the room. The bathroom near the front door was the worst. Suggest that management hire an exterminator.

This hotel is rundown and dirty. The pool and hot tub were both dirty and unkept. The hot tub had scum all over it and was cold. The elevators were shaky and slow. The room wasn't bad and the view was great but you could hear everyone amd everything outside. You also had to use a key to get in everywhere plus carry your room card. On a positive note, Mike at the front desk was great!

This resort has a unique charm to it that says older place but with the family friendly atmosphere. I have stayed at this resort twice now and will be booking for next year. According to Mike, who is super awesome at the check in and check out, the rooms will be upgraded this year and have new furniture and be updated. We had a king size bed, two bathrooms a queen pull out and it was ocean view from the 5th floor for an awesome sunrise every morning. The pool/hot tub area is beautiful and access to the beach is so easy. This resort is just far enough down the beach that it doesn't seem as touristy. My two year old and six year old love it! Everything was okay besides the second night we had to move to a different room because the AC was leaking and toilet stopped working . For some reason they treated us like it was our fault. Then at checkout the man told me I owed an additional $67.00 when clearly my bill was paid for at arrival, he made up a bunch of stories then come to find out, he had the wrong invoice. The older guy who checked us in was great, the maintenance was excellent and the security was the best . Overall we still enjoyed our stay.

I books this because it was right on the beach. The staff were very nice and courteous. We had a few problems with the unit. The dishwasher was broken and was replace on our last day of our 5 day stay. In the living room there was a condensation build up on the ceiling over the pull out couch where my granddaughter was sleeping. Drip, drip, drip. The maintenance man came and cleaned off the ceiling twice and I did it once so my granddaughter could sleep without getting wet. Two floors above us some guest believed that doing ones laundry and drying soaking wet towels was nice but it was not as their overflow of wet towels came down to our balcony and soaked our seats. I asked the management for a small refund of one day for our trouble but they refused. I think if they did that I would have felt better and gave the place another star.

Had to wait 25-30 minutes to check in as clerk went to dinner break around 9pm when we arrived. Hotel is right on beach, but nothing else around it. It's leaders as Resort but has no amenities that would make it one. It's old, somewhat rundown. Feels more like a motel 6 than a 3 star. It is fairly cleanly maintain but not a great option compare to a courtyard Marriott or Other 3 star chain hotels

We had a wonderful time while we were there. Everything about our stay was great. The pool, hot tub and pool area were fantastic. The room had all that we required. The only problem was the parking. Being that it was the 75th anniversary of Bike week and spring break, if you left in your vehicle instead of your motorcycle, you would have no parking when you returned.
