What a run down motel. You get what you pay for. We were just trying to stay close to Rockville event. We saw drug deals and prostitution at back of property and all along the street beside the motel

I booked a king sized bed for 1 person because I like a bigger bed and it was the same price for 2 queen sized beds, the lady at the desk was really rude and kept asking if it was one person staying there (it was just me) 9am comes around, my check out is 10am, her and a man were pacing back and forth outside waiting for me to leave, when I went to take my stuff to my car they locked my key card when I still had a few things in my room, they were both nasty to me and tried getting me to pay more money till I threatened to call the police. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free!

Was over charged completely for the conditions and the location of hotel..

Was treated I. The worst way and rushed to leave and they watch you until you leave and barely let you get out of the room before entering

Look elsewhere.

Terribly run down, needs maintenance, filthy worn carpet, bathroom & shower barely worked. A/C worked, fridge didn’t. Disappointed but only needed it for sleep & shower. You don’t want photos from us, just look elsewhere.

Property images definitely don't reflect how sketchy the area is. Used iron to lightly heat up one corner of bed as soon as I walked into the room to check for bedbugs. There were hundreds of them immediately flocking to the heat. Disgusting. Staff agreed to give a refund, however. I immediately left and found another hotel.

Experience was worse than my low expectations.

I sort of knew what I was getting myself into but it was still worse than I expected. The sheets and the tub looked decently clean. The sheets were very worn and the comforter was paper thin. It was quite cold and the a/c unit did not work so I had to use the comforter from the other bed to stay warm. The water pressure from the shower was very poor. There was a lot of... stuff, on the comforter, not sure what it was, looked like maybe the ceiling was falling apart onto the bed. All of the furniture is extremely worn and in terrible shape. The parking lot also has tons of craters and is in horrible shape. There is very little positive to say about this stay, it's not even that cheap. I'd spend the extra money and stay somewhere better.

Was an iffy stay. Had issues with key card. Was dirty. Roaches in dresser drawers and in the tub. Dust everywhere. The ac sucked sweated all night. The office person came banging on the door at 8:30am until we left at 10am (checkout time) telling us to leave every 10-15 minutes she’d come back. How they banged on the door freaked the kids out.

Absolutely terrible place. Dirty, nasty, the shower didn't work, a $155 reservation ended up costing $205 and when confronted abt the misleading booking ads the clerk suddenly couldn't speak clear enough English, only said manager tomm. That also did no good. Oh and woke up to cops surrounding the place and asking if we saw a guy in a photo they showed us and then proceeded to surround a room. Manager did nothing next morning btw. Lack of planning on my part made me try to find a last min bed to sleep in for a night near Main Street but i woulda have been just as good to find a park bench somewhere and saved my $200. Absolutely disgusting!! They will take every dime they can steal from u and not provide anything close to a $200 room.

Generally good condition but old. It was comfortable for the price. All was a little worn. The non-smoking condition seemed to have been a clean up and paint over. I could still smell some of the residual smell. I purchased my own air freshener spray. The folks were very friendly and offered fresh towels and trash pickup each morning.

Nasty, bugs, dirty linens. Then $20 key dept that they won't give back at checkout. Have to check out at 10:00am and wait for them to check it, we told them we had to check out to catch a bus the night before, paid for an extra night and told her beforehand hand. Won't ever stay here again when visiting. That's just stealing! Not even their key cards, door dash promotion which was already used. Not a nice place or people. Never go there 😞 their wifi doesn't even work.

This must be the worse coach roach motel there is. They did not even have a TV in the room. I guarantee there are bed bugs. Not clean at all.

The room had roaches. We stayed one night. We were out for the night and got back really late. We did not discover until early the next morning that there were roaches in the room.
After checking in, we saw that the sheets were torn and that the comforters had cigarette burn marks.

Do not waste your money

Walked in the place stunk like chemical, while showering there was a huge cockroach crawling on the shower head by the wall, when I turned off the water the bathroom was soaked in water.

Customer service was horrible . The lady was rude about my reservation . I was charge for more people in my room when I could had 4 .
I was told I need to leave it clean other wise I was going to pay for it . The room was bad . It smell very bad and the beds stink and has stains on the sheets .
It was a one night. Never coming back .

ok but not the best

The bed was comfortable, a little dust on headboard. No phone to call desk. Had microwave, refridgerator. Some linen had small stains. Hot water knob in sink was broken. Other wise it was quiet. Wish they had a coffee maker, had to go down the street to coffee shop.

Daytona truck show trip

Our stay in Daytona was a couples trip to the big truck show, the weather was hot and sunny but this room left a little to be desired. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but the room had not been vacuumed in a while. Found bottle caps and coins under the edge of the bed, maybe could use a little updating as well. A good time for us but a cleaner room would have made it better!

Daytona Race Week

Family run hotel. They are very nice but the motel was probably built in the 50's and there are no amenities. If you want to stay near Daytona International Raceway or airport or Daytona Beach you are right there.

Open the door and was smacked in the face by the heat. AC does not work. Filter caked with dust. Took it out still the same. Front office says all rooms are like that. Had to take several showers just to cool down. There are roaches. They also cancelled my stay through hotels.com which i am collecting nights. Had to call to get that fixed.

High crime area. Homeless shelter near by. Outside looks dirty and in need of repair. Window curtains need cleaned / repaired. Very unsafe area. We were afraid to stay there for our lives.

Will never stay here again, the staff was completely rude, the room smelled like pee. Went to the store to buy my own cleaning supplies to make sure the room was up to my standards. Very out dated, toilet barely flushed, and on top of things house keeping should not be banging on the door at 9 in the morning. There was no phone in the room and they were skeptical about giving the WiFi password. No visitors were allowed so my friend couldn’t even stop by to say “hello” without the rude staff threatening to kick us out. Very displeased with my stay. Went to check out and there wasn’t even anyone in the “lobby”.
