Wonderful staff.
Estera
The breakfast was delicious, it was extra money. The staff at the bistro were amazing. The room smelled musty every time I entered the room. Our room was by the elevator and ice machine. We heard the elevator going up and down and the noise from people getting ice.

Smelly room/ slow draining sink.
Smelly room/ slow draining sink.
Melanie
The check in staff was rude and was on the phone while talking to me. It was hard to tell when he was asking me questions or asking the person on the phone questions. He snapped at me when I responded out of turn. I asked a question about the elevator and he just glared at me. Every time we got on the elevator, the maintenance guy was in our way and made silly jokes going back and forth to block us. At 1:30 AM it got really noisy, waking us up and stayed noisy for the next two hours. Leaving, the morning staff was a little nicer but kept asking for our room number and last name repeatedly even though we handed the key card back with the room number on it and we told him repeatedly. This was not the usual Marriott experience.

Wounderful Staff!!!

The room was clean and the bed was somewhat comfortable if you like a springy bed. The staff were nice and overall the property was clean.
Billie
Just an overnight stay and it is close to the airport and has a restaurant so that we didn’t need to leave the property.
Christopher
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
ANGELIA
It was very peaceful nice place to stay
Chad
I guess the main thing was they had free 24/7 airport shuttle.
Rosine
Staff was wonderful. Able to take a shuttle to and from the airport. On site breakfast was good. Potatoes were hot. Bacon was cooked not over cooked. Scrambled eggs were average. Room was average. Shower pressure was ok. The only downside was the hotel didn't have hot water one morning.
Elyse
When I first checked in and they put me in a room that was very moldy. When I informed the staff the next day, they immediately changed my room, and the rest of my stay was very enjoyable.
Laurie
Larger room than the neighboring hotel. Free parking (they charged at neighboring hotel). Nice staff let me check in early. Glad I moved over!
Heather
Have to pay for breakfast. Pool was warm and clean.. hot tub was hot this time, last time visited it wasn't on and was colder than the pool. But jets and bubbles weren't working either time.
Heather
The shuttle was efficient. Short wait and short distance from airport. Runs 24/7. Desk staff friendly. Room was nice and clean other than only decaf coffee provided and no headboard, also smelled musty initially. View was parking lot. Pool was nice but hot tub was colder than pool. Have to pay for breakfast. No microwave in room.
Deano
Breakfast was not included therefore I am unable to say. You have to pay for breakfast separately.
Myron

Hunter
It was alright but much nicer and upgraded hotels for 300$ a night
Johnny
The breakfast cost too much
Curtis
There was no hot water in my room. I think it was a known issue as I heard the front desk clerk tell someone they would have maintenance look at the boiler when we checked in.
They gave me 5000 bonus points for there hotel chain, but I’d rather have a hot shower.

The menu was simple. To pay for that we could have just went out for breakfast.

had to wait for it to be prepared. Not a grab and go.

Nice room w/ adjoining living room. Several places nearby to eat. Helpful staff. Nit sure why all hotels haven’t gone to glass doors on their showers- you have to fight that curtain sticking to you while trying to take a shower. Nevertheless its a nice hotel, convenient and would stay there again.
Alexandra
Loved the breakfast and dinner menu. It had healthy options, good portions, and the food was delicious. Room and hotel was clean and the shuttle service was prompt!!!! All the staff was friendly!!!!

We had a decent night here, but I was extremely disappointed with the first room we were given. The entire room just felt damp. You could even smell it in the air. Everything felt damp, from the floor to the furniture. I even stood barefoot on the carpet in the room and stepped into the hall to see if there was a difference, and there was. I felt so gross. I called downstairs and requested a room change. While this was easily accomodated, I really felt it was too easily accomodated. Like in a way where my call felt almost expected. It really felt like they put us in the room to see if we'd complain about it. The second room was much better. No smell and we slept decent. I still won't book here again. We were just passing through for the night, but I thought the location felt distant from things. The area was dark. It wasn't difficult to find, but we thought we had passed it due to how far how dark the area was before we pulled into the lot.

Our car broke down on the way to Daytona and had to be towed. When we finally reached the hotel, we were exhausted. The property and room are clean and refreshing . Staff are friendly and check-in was easy.

Great accommodations near ERAU
Clean, well-maintained hotel. Hotel staff was friendly when checking in/out. Great stay while visiting my daughter at ERAU.

The suite was comfortable, but the sofa and chairs were quite worn and uncomfortable. The bedrooms were comfortable. We request maid services because we stayed two nights. None was provided. No fresh towels were provided for the second night.
Maryam
I loved the service from the front desk, staff. Very polite, respectful, and accommodating! What I did not like was how rundown the hotel was. Although it was very clean, the carpets were old and the rooms and the room smelt slightly of moisture.
Dontane
Old but clean hotel. Ample parking. Close to highway. Good location to food and Daytona speedway.

Stayed there 2 days ago for one night. The bathroom

Great staff. Always love having ability to sign into my Netflix on the television. I wish all hotels would do this.
Amanda
All staff were very welcoming and kind.

Great overnight stay.
It was a quick one night stay, but we were impressed from the moment we entered the lobby. Warm & friendly lobby feel. Front desk was so nice and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. I like this brand of Marriott and will seek it out in the future.

Good hotel and good price

Not a fan
I requested a handicap room and got a hearing impaired room. There were no handle bars around the toilet and my disabled husband had an accident.

I liked everything about the property. The receptionist was very welcoming. Property is very well kept & employees were great.

It is okey for a night or two
The place was good. I would say that it is good to enhance the lighting around the hotel- it is too dark-. It is good to get security around the building and the parking area.

Staff were all very nice. The room is clean. It had shampoo, conditioner , body wash and soap but no body lotion. Maybe they forgot it but I was only staying for one night so it didn’t matter. If you’re trying to pack light, just ask about the body lotion and any other toiletries offered. The room came with two water bottles and small snacks.
