Expedia needs to please get in touch regarding this booking. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was checked into a room that was still under maintenance. A used toilet plunger was outside the door upon arrival. Broken bathroom shelving, bathroom shower broken and no hot water, toilet not affixed to the floor and a box of cigarettes in the bathroom. Also the mini fridge was not cleaned and glass shelving left on room floor. And cobwebs on the balcony glass sliding door. I was told that Keith the maintenance person who was brought up to the room by the manager Ave, neglected to say that the room was not prepared for guests.
When moved to another room the next day, it had a continuous leaking bathroom faucet, a broken latch for the balcony door (major safety hazard) many small ants and baby cockroaches. I couldn’t sleep a wink and had to leave all the lights on all night.
And unfortunately, all surrounding hotels were fully booked and we had to stay the 3 nights and left first thing at checkout. There was no agreement of compensation when before we left and when asked to see a manager was told no one was available due to being in n meetings all day! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! And if I wasn’t concerned about my safety and my daughter’s safety I would have stayed in my car! I am demanding a full refund.

One of the worst stays I've ever had. Im in a wheelchair, so the fact that the accessible rooms are at the very BACK of the hotel was an inconvenience. The hotel needs to be updated. The whole place smells of mildew, including the rooms. Hallways smelled of mildew and marijuana. Majority of the power outlets were broken. The internet constantly went out. This is also the 1st hotel that has ever told me no when asking for a late check out. I explained to the front desk that I needed a later check out time due to my ride being late and was told no & given an extra 20 mins to get checked out. This is my 1st and LAST time I will ever stay at this hotel! For as bad as this property is, you'd think they would be a little more accommodating to the guests.

The front desk person on Days that was working at 11am Tuesday May 12, 2026 is absolutely amazing. Please give her a salary that exceeds all salaries. I came in on a red eye and hadn’t slept in more than 24 hours. She accommodated me and ensured I had a room to immediately go into a little early. She could have just turned me away, but she didn’t. Give her my thanks.

Arrived to check-in and there was only one host at reception. She seemed very uncertain while helping the guests in front of me in line. It took her an hour to help them. Then when she started helping me it took 30 minutes. I am disabled and requested a accessable room. I was put in a room on the 2nd floor at the complete end of four hallways, next to the stairwell and as far away as possible from the elevator. The room was also not accessible as it had no grab bars and a highwalled bathtub. The room was also filthy. The bed was made and towels were put out but everything else was disgusting. The carpet was not vaccumed and had random sticky spots. There was hair and dirt in the bathtub. The headboard had tons of gross substances stuck to it that could have easily been wiped away. The mini fridge had tons of crumb sticky spots and a plastic wrapper inside. The room smelled like cigar smoke and vomit. And every single surface was sticky. The nightstands were the worst they each had multiple sticky rings from spilled drinks and when i tried to move the lamp over to get a picture, it was so sticky that is sounded like ripping off a piece of ductape. I requested a new room. I was given the room directly accrossed from my previous one. This one was also not accessible and MARGINALLY cleaner. I slept on top of the sheets. Genuinely one of the dirtiest places I've stayed in.

Reviewed on Google. We had a not so good experience. The TV did not work.properly and there was no maintenance on hand to help. The sink did not drain properly you had to hold the stopper open. The room was not cleaned. On day two you had to remove the tank and push the plunger to make it refill. We were there for Rockville which if you just want a place to lay your head then this is OK. I did not go to the concert and love just being in the room but couldn't just sit there with no TV and the room feeling dirty, and musty.
The morning front desk staff were good and explained some issues. The afternoon staff. I did not want to fool with. I talked with that person day 1 and she seemed to not really care.

The manager was very nice and helpful with morning check in before Rockvile. When I returned that evening and requested my key, mind you I paid that morning, the staff member was very rude and made me wait 20 minutes to get the key. The bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom was full of mold. For almost $400 a night I would have expected it to be spotless.

I booked 2 rooms. One for my wife and I, and another for our adult daughter who was traveling with us. We had a late check-in after attending an outdoor music festival. We couldn’t wait to get checked in and shower. When we arrived at our room, a shower wasn’t possible because there was no shower curtain on the rod. We called the front desk and were relocated to a new room at the other end of the hotel. How does a well managed hotel overlook something as basic as a missing shower curtain? Also, the in-room coffee maker in our new room did not work.

Our daughter’s room was even worse. She had no hot water in the shower. They had no rooms left to move her to, so she had to take a cold shower. Then, she discovered the hairdryer didn’t work, so she had to go to bed with wet hair. Also, several lights in her room did not work.

While it wasn’t the desk clerk’s fault, she still could’ve been more helpful. She offered a less than full throated apology and had no solution for any of the problems we encountered. The property manager was not on duty when we checked out this morning when I asked to speak with them, and I had to pry the contact information from her so I could call to discuss our situation on Monday.

This hotel appears relatively clean, but it is very poorly maintained and the staff seems to have very little supervision. We paid a LOT of money for these rooms due to the high demand during a peak time. Given the serious deficiencies, we should be refunded our money.

Do not stay here you will regret it, the pictures are nothing like the actual place. We should have never checked in after walking into the lobby. Do yourself a favor and just book somewhere else. We are still trying to be reimbursed for the first night, which we didn't even want to stay for. They told us we would forfeit our money regardless. Horrible place.

Parking is great for trailers...Breakfast, if you're into eggs and sausage you're good.
I've been staying here for years because of the parking and Speedway proximity...but the place just needs a refresh...stained carpets, rusted out tub...the staff does their best, but the place ia just tired.

We made a reservation for this room without seeing the hotel on Hotels.com. Upon arriving at the hotel, it was clear this was not a safe place. The property reeked of marijuana. The carpets were dirty. Many lights inside the hotel weren't working. Besides smelling like marijuana, there was also a musty smell and feel - probably because all of the outside doors were propped open. Every outside door was propped open with a rock or a piece of wood. Our room was very dirty. There was blood or nasty rust in the bathtub. The bathroom was dirty. There were sunglasses left in the room. It was nasty!!!!!! The hotel is obviously a hub for illegal activities and very unsafe. More importantly, something needs to be done about this awful hotel! Hotels.Com said they can't get a response from the hotel about our complaint. The property is refusing a refund of our money even though we were only there long enough to see that it was not a safe property. Disgusting!

The young lady at the front desk was very nice, even with a lack of the English language, however after that the nightmare began, no internet on Sunday and Monday morning so I could not plan my future activities and then it was too late to find another hotel, very unsecured property, parking lot had lights that never came on so had to stay up most of the night guarding our car, anyone can walk right in from the rear because the doors are missing the door strikes, when checking out the property we ran across a drug deal going on in the rear parking lot.

Older hotel with aging systems. Carpet in my room had huge stains. Musty damp smell. Older tub had loose shower attachment on a pole, no more than five feet in height. (Maybe a disability design?). Staff were friendly and helpful. Lace needs a makeover. Oh, cord for hair dryer blocked the bathroom switches.

This facility wasrun down and dirty. Our water did not work and the faucet was out the wall. I had a staff member tell me we would have accept a double room because that was all they had, but that wasn't what we paid for. This was the worse place I ever stayed. You could not even enter the hotel from the side door because they do mot work. The staff take no pride at all in the place they work. Rooms there are not worth $100. Hiles in the walls rust in the bath tub and cracks in walls and shower. Not to mention none of the rooms have a microwave, so do not plan to reheat anything

Well from the reviews i seen online thought i would be at a good place to stay plus it’s literally close to everything but…. Once i arrived everything was fine until the next day when i asked for extra towels , they said “you already have some in the room” which we already used and put in a pile for the house keeping to get ! Any hotel I’ve stayed at they cleaned and change bedding everyday, the guy told me every 2 days depending on how long your stay is. Then we have left over food from going out to a restaurant and i noticed it’s no microwave inside (which is the room with the 2 queen beds) . So i go downstairs to see if it’s a microwave in the area where they serve breakfast , it’s no microwave . So i ask the front desk is it one and he says they don’t have none and he doesn’t know how I’ll warm my food up . We stayed Friday to a Monday so it was just a struggle the whole time with 2 adults and 2 kids having to do extra just for the hotel not able to accommodate everything we needed on a vacation.

There were a lot of people hanging around outside and inside of the hotel which made me a little uncomfortable. When I checked into my room, I immediately seen cockroaches in the bathroom and proceeded back to the front desk for immediate check out and refund. There were no issues with the refund or complaint but it was very inconvenient. Highly disappointed and will not book with this company again because of it.

The shower didn’t work annd was broken. Even after I told the front desk nobody came to fix it. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana and cigarettes even though it said no smoking. People around me in adjacent rooms were arguing and screaming. I told the front desk clerk twice and nothing was done. My fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and I had to get up and tell the desk clerk and he had to come down the room and fix it. The breakfast Buffett was total mayhem with kids and adults both making messes everywhere and not cleaning up after themselves. Everyone was in hair bonnets, pajamas, and house shoes. This place is as Ghetto as it gets! Avoid at all cost.

First, the positive: Check in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking. Easy on and off I95. Room was good size.
The not so good: No bath towels, wash clots, and foot towels in room...had to go to reception to get some. Stain on bed sheet...tried to sleep in all my clothes. Parking lot and property had some bottles, cans, and trash. Hotel is dated. Hallways had odd trash here and there. Breakfast was so-so...items were not replaced as they were eaten. No enforcement of higiene at the breakfast bar/area...people just let their kids handle food with their hands...yuck! Noisy property...we could clearly hear the highway noise and our fellow guests. Not much sleeping due to all the noise. Not recommended!!

Horrible horrible horrible experience! Stay here if you like your card over charged and they fight you to check out. They charged my card extra for two nights stay. Female desk employee was openly belligerent!!!! This place has sticks holding open broken exit doors. I was threatened in the parking lot in broad daylight! Don’t stay here! The tub leaked the whole time so you couldn’t sleep unless you turned the fan on max and closed the bathroom door. Mold everywhere. Smelled horribly of urine and feces! Oh, and the half mile walk down unending creepy halls to get to your room will make you feel like you are in the Shining! Not Best Western, The WORST Western EVER!!! I’d give it negative stars if possible!

Stayed for 5 days. The rooms were fine overall, but it’s definitely an older hotel. We were visiting during Bike Week, so there weren’t many hotel options available.

Unfortunately, we had a major issue with the fire alarm in our room. On Saturday night, it started beeping in the middle of the night. We reported it at 5:00 AM and were told it would be fixed. When we returned later that evening, it was still beeping. Someone was sent up to fix it, and it stopped for a few hours — but then it started again in the middle of the night.

This same situation continued for three days. Every day, I went down to the front desk to ask them to fix it. Each time, they would attempt a repair, it would stop briefly, and then start beeping again a few hours later. We endured two completely sleepless nights with a loud beep going off every single minute.

On the third night, after we were at our breaking point, they finally offered to move us to another room — at 9:45 PM. To make matters worse, the desk clerk that evening acted as though we were a major inconvenience. She basically tossed the new room keys at me without so much as an apology.

I understand things happen, especially during busy events, but three days of an unresolved fire alarm issue and the lack of customer service made this stay extremely frustrating.
