The room had a bad smell! Almost like it hadn't been used in awhile. Dead bugs in the corners. Tile floors were sandy (I get it's the beach.) Hotel needs alot of work! I paid WAY too much for the quality I received. Probably won't be back.

Perry's had always been Great especially after you arrive they text you always asking if everything is good for your stay every issue I had was immediately taken care of by text loved that part no phone calls no walk down to office most of the time they just sent someone to the room with anything I needed that was a plus ......one issue I had that I thought was unusual.....I was at the pool area my guests and I was fixing to play corn hole and was curious as to where to get the bags to play ....a housekeeper along with ...aka one of the ladies that checked me in ...I said to my son in-law ask her she checked me in she would know ...he asked in English she acted like she didn't understand so he asked in Spanish and she still answered I don't know and then just walked away 🤔 she should know that is the only issue I had

The room was clean. The location is wonderful. The property is extremely nice with lots of seating area and tables in a gate to the beach. Nice tiki bar. The place is a little dated and there’s no AC in the bathroom. The AC had a lot of trouble keeping up with the heat of the room. But it was a great day.

Staff- entry people are nice, housekeeping and groundskeepers definitely didn’t want to be working there
Amenities- we got donuts and coffee for breakfast, didn’t go to the pool or the tiki bar
The entire hotel was built like 50 years ago and it showed, water damaged and the door wouldn’t lock or seal, rust and exposed walls, floors coming up, elevators barely work like they haven’t been serviced in 15 years they wouldn’t make it to the floor all the way and used all their energy to open itself.

The room size is great, and has a spare room,
The bed was comfortable there was a tv with channels, and a fridge but tiny. No bed bugs that we saw.
A very friendly crow that likes to check in and chirp at 6 am

The location is fantastic. You can walk directly out to the beach and there is restaurants and a convenient store across the street. Perfect Beach Views, Clean Rooms, Donuts and coffee in the morning, free parking. The staff is the best at any place I have ever stayed at; they are friendly and willing to help with anything that you may need. Perry's is not a 5 Star resort, but it is a pleasant place to stay and unwind that doesn't break your bank account. Direct access to the beach, 3 pools and a nice onsite Tiki Bar for adult beverage's. I will be back!

The view was the best part. The building is worn and while you can see they tried to update the rooms, the flooring was peeling up and the room seemed a little worn. We bought bathroom cleaner to clean our bathroom because there was so much sand in our shower we were afraid it hadn’t been cleaned. We requested a cleaning and the guys who came did a good job. It smelled good afterwards. The kitchen was convenient but we had to buy pans and clean in there as well. We asked 4 times for towels our last full day there. The staff was nice. No complaints there. The beach was so nice. The good reviews we read of this property didn’t match what we saw except for the staff being nice. .Overall, we would not come back There are nicer hotels, We just wanted a kitchen. Lesson learned.

I loved everything! It's very comfortable, and the service at the front desk was excellent. You can't miss the rooms with a view of the beach, they're spectacular. I should mention that the on-site parking lot is very small, and if you arrive late, there might not be any spots left! But there are parking options next to and across from the hotel

Amazing and family friendly! Best donuts ever! So beautiful all around (room, grounds, etc) We have a special needs son, so the fact that everything is gated and child proof, so amazing! It’s so hard to find places that we feel comfortable in and safe. Amazing staff and service. We are absolutely coming back. We were so sad to leave truly. They provided us a playpen for the baby as well! Pool and hot tub right outside your door quite literally! I would love to see the pool/hotub open a bit longer for parents once the kids are all asleep is my only request lol.

The place was filthy. Sticky counters, hair, debris, and dirt on everything. Smudges and fingerprints on all of the mirrors. The dishes had old food on them. The place was disgusting. That was the first room.

We told the staff and they gave us a new room. This room was even worse with the dirt and had blunt rappers, rust stains on the countertops, more hair, etc. we had to wear shoes inside because when we were walking around our feet turned black like PITCH BLACK in less than 10 minutes. We probably should have left and gone somewhere else but we were so exhausted. We didn’t get in until after 11 so we just sucked it up and slept.

The view from the balcony was nice and the bed was comfortable. That’s about all that we liked about this place.

We only had the hotel booked for one night, and we ended up leaving around 10:30 p.m. and didn’t even stay the whole night. The room never cooled down. We put the AC on the lowest temperature, and the highest fan, and it would still not cool down the room. I had to stand in front of it a few times just to cool myself down. The AC was blowing room temperature air instead of cold air. We also saw a small live cockroach by the sink. The floors were dirty as well, leaving my feet looking black unless I wore shoes. All in all, I would not stay here again.

This is my second stay at Perry’s. The two outdoor pools are great and the indoor pool is heated. Our room was spacious, with full size refrigerator and with very convenient parking. I liked that there was a broom and dust pan in the room to take care of the sand we tracked in. The homemade donuts in the morning are the best!

We’ve stayed here multiple times. Mostly great. They were fully booked while we were there. We had to call everyday for towels and to get dirty towels taken from our room, however, they were always quick to bring them when we called. Unfortunately, there were other “guests” or maybe randoms, who came through stealing our belongings poolside. The front desk didn’t know how to handle this crazy situation. There are cameras everywhere, but they weren’t up on how to use them for incidents like we encountered. Probably won’t go back due to feeling taken advantage of by other crazy guests. I didn’t feel safe and taken care of when this incident occurred. Probably due to riff raff in Daytona these days, The staff needs to be trained on how to handle these crazy situations their guests may encounter. Otherwise, a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the resort was a lot bigger than I expected and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I liked the text to room service a lot. The rooms were spacious, not 5 star resort clean, the floors were just a little sandy but that’s to be expected since the beach is just steps away. The balcony view to the beach was beautiful especially during sunrise. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

We had a great experience with kids. We booked a kids suite and the bunk bed and extra TV was very helpful. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. All kitchen wares were in decent condition. Kids loved indoor heated pool. Easy access to ocean was good. The doughnut breakfast was so quaint and homey, the kids loved it! We didn't have time to sit in on the scheduled activities, but now that we know we will be naking time for that on our next stay. This is going to he our only family destination stay from now on! We'll definitely be back!

We were very excited to try a new place for vacation. The indoor and outdoor pools were a huge hit with the kiddos. Being right on the beach was awesome!! My only complaint is that the hot tub was being used mostly as a bathtub for young ones to swim in with their floaties. Having them jumping into a space that is made for adults and not a lot of supervision was very frustrating. I feel a little more staff presence was needed. However over all a great trip was had.!!
