The best part was the breakfast. The rest was terrible. Supposed to have a partial ocean view room, all we could see was a wall! Our balconies were sitting in the entry roof area with parapet walls all around us, zero view. The balcony railing paint was almost all pealed off. Exterior of building needs a lot of maintenance. They say they are pet friendly but clearly don’t like you having pets. Every single employee at the front desk would glare at us if we were walking with our dogs. We ended up checking out after one night even though we had booked 4 nights because we didn’t feel welcome.

The only thing I didn't like was that they posted signs saying pool was open dusk until dawn, but then was informed the pool doesn't open until 9am on the 2nd to the last day after we had been in the pool every morning by 8am. Also had parking fees that were not mentioned until arrival.

Breakfast was surprisingly better than I anticipated with hot options outside of the traditional continental options. Furniture around pool was pressure washed every morning and plentiful. There are no seating options for the beach however we would definitely stay here again.

The only complaint I would have is the motorcycle parking fee. I wasn't told about the extra fee until I was checking in. I stay there a few times a year. Ive never had to pay an extra fee for parking. It's price gouging during bikeweek again.

This hotel is actually really nice in some ways and some ways not so good. The pool and stuff was great but it was really cold but it could also been the weather. It does need some TLC, especially around the pool area and the hotel itself is getting worn down. Our view from our room sucked it was a partial Ocean view but we also had a obstruction so that really didn't feel too good. Great access to the beach and the room was spacious. One of the best shower heads we've had at a hotel. The shower itself seemed to not drain well. Overall I would stay again but maybe wish for a different room. Room 209 was not the greatest when it came to view.

We arrived early. We went to check in, and told them we knew we were early, but we wanted to ensure we got a room that we had requested. They had three hours to get the room ready before check-in. They were 20 minutes after check-in time and the room was just getting ready. We had to ask twice for our room to be ready.

We stayed here with family for nearly two weeks and overall, the location was stunning, right on the beach, which made for a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, though one older staff member near the front desk consistently made unnecessary comments whenever we passed by after she had cleaned, which felt uncomfortable.
Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety, but the staff serving it seemed disengaged, as if they didn’t want to be there. The front desk experience was also disappointing, particularly the bald gentleman, who was consistently rude to guests without any apparent reason.

The pool wash off was broken and had parts exposed. The enamel paint on the hand rails was peeling outside room 606 ...ended up with paint chips all over my clothing / bits stuck in my skin. Ac exhaust vents onto balcony thus making the 100 plus degree temps even worse as well as making conversation on the balcony impossible. Shower had pink mold under the bench.

The third night there, our air started making funny noises. By 3 am it was hot in our room. Went to complain and get a fan. They came first thing and fixed it. The room did feel a little better when we got back after leaving for the day but it didn’t last. I thought it would ok to sleep but I noticed by midnight it was not blowing cold or even cool air. The room said 78. It was very hot to sleep. This was our last night. We were not offered anything for the problem. No refund or to be moved rooms. It would be nice to get something back for having to sleep like that.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable but being a dog friendly hotel it DOES NOT have grass area for the dogs to do their business. The little space areas it has its just dirt no grass at all. The breakfast was good. There is 2 ice machines at the hotel but only one works and the one that does work makes small amounts of ice. The hvac units outside look like they about to have an electrical problem wires ox is all rusted and broken in pieces and they don’t look nothing save.

This was a great place overall. The room was great, bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was great with a large selection variety.
My two biggest complaints were: the water pressure and the parking fee. There water pressure wasn’t very good so you wouldn’t get that great refreshing shower after a day in the beach or pool. Secondly was the parking fee. I stayed two days but had to pay parking for three. The parking fee was $20/day.

My two biggest complaints were: the water pressure and the parking fee. There water pressure wasn’t very good so you wouldn’t get that great refreshing shower after a day in the beach or pool. Secondly was the parking fee. I stayed two days but had to pay parking for three. The parking fee was $20/day.

We reserved a one bedroom, king bed, not smoking, balcony room. It checked all of the boxes, except it did not have a balcony. I called the front desk and they said that that is the way that it was booked through your company. When I looked at my receipt, it clearly stated I was supposed to have a balcony so That part of the trip was disappointing. However, the room itself, the friendly staff, the friendly bartender, and the fantastic breakfast that was included checked all the right boxes. The pool was fantastic as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Water was shut off when we checked in. A pipe burst in the room across from one of the rooms we checked into. The hallway was flooded but they tried to clean everything up as fast as they could. Water was off for a few hours. The elevator and hallways were extremely hot but the rooms we're nice and cool. The pool was kinda dirty, that was the biggest ick out of everything, the oil slick sheen on the top and all the bugs in the water. The complementary breakfast was really good. Overall I would stay here again.

The stay was perfect, staff are friendly, rooms well stocked, clean and pillows comfy. I like how they have coffee, water and flavored creamers always available. The pool was warm and the Jacuzzi was very hot and both were sparkling clean. plenty of outdoor and indoor seating options. Always had a parking space. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was nice, good variety of breads, nuts and oatmeal/yogurt toppings. The waffles and French toast sticks were delicious. The only thing I was sad about was not being able to hear the sound of the ocean from my balcony due to the sound of the machinery (like AC condensers) below. Would definitely come back!

Used a broom to sweep floor. Went to front desk told them not staying there. You use a broom to sweep your garage,sidewalk, patio. But not to sanitize living areas.

Upon check-in they did not have the king room I had reserved, the forced us into a double bed room. The shower backed up into the tub so I called the front desk (6am). The front desk told me she would send up maintenance at 8:30am, I declined because I would already be gone. The water had a yellow tint to it. They did not offer another room to shower in.

Cons: lots of extra pricing that we weren't aware of when I booked the room. Wasn't happy to be charged to park especially during an approaching hurricane. Found one cockroach on the kitchen countertop. The living room area reeked of dog urine. The dog relief area was extremely small with pipes taking up most of the small space.
Pro: free breakfast and access to food which was extremely welcoming considering we were hunkering down from the hurricane and didn't want to travel to look for food nearby. Pet friendly although didn't allow dogs in the lobby.

Area is in my opinion a low end beach town. I prefer a little more upper end. I know that doesn't jive with the price point of this hotel, but it was a last minute 10 day trip with 2 other stops and I was trying to keep down the cost. It was fine for our needs. Certainly not top notch. We happened to be there when Hurricane Helene blew through so that did put a damper on things. The outside 2nd story was closed for renovations which we were not alerted to. Booked when we knew there was a hurricane (last minute work issue) and thought the outside deck would at least give us a space to be in besides our room so that was a bummer. Staff was friendly enough but we had limited interactions. Room was clean and had everything we needed to cook small meals for my husband and myself. AC was fine. Bed was fine. Patio was tiny but ok to sit out on and watch the ocean from an angle. All in all it was a ho-hum, solid, safe comfortable stay, just don't expect any luxury :)

What I really like about the hotel is the modern, clean aesthetic—it feels like an apartment, which is so convenient and comfortable. The staff is professional and friendly, making check-in super easy. Housekeeping does an amazing job keeping the rooms clean and making sure we have fresh towels, sheets, etc. I also love the great breakfast options and, of course, the beautiful beach nearby—it’s the perfect getaway spot! We stayed here 5 years ago, so the property itself seems a bit worn in areas, esp. the exterior. The fountain in the pool area was not working or turned on? It’s a nice feature, so would be nice to see it working. The side gate leading to the parking lot is unusable, so it was a little annoying. It would be convenient to be able to access it. The pool is nice, but the hot tub was lukewarm after the 1st day. It rained quite a bit, so it would’ve been nice if there were more outdoor furniture in the covered patio area to sit and relax in while it rained if you wanted to be outside. We love that the hotel is ocean front and you can see and hear the surf from your room. All the staff are very nice and helpful. We love the suites with kitchen and balcony, super convenient. The rooms are nice, but feel a little worn also. Guest services were super responsive and quick when we made some room amenity requests. The breakfast is great and has a wide variety of options. It would be nice if there were some more food options or like a complimentary happy hour for guests with lite appetizers and beverages. It’s very quiet overall, you can faintly hear music playing. I would turn the music up and also the tv’s playing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and can see us returning again in the future.

We had the kitchen suite which was great because it was very large and we had a family of 5. Perfect location for beach, pool was very nice. Personal all were great would definitely book again. The only thing I would suggest is giving it a cosmetic makeover, and replace tables and chairs by pool as they are really rundown. A shout out to the cook or cooks breakfast was spot on everyday!!!!! Bartender was awesome definitely good with everyone especially children. She does an awesome job! Thank You for making our vacation easier:)

The room is super clean, the staff are very nice, breakfast is good. The hotel in general is very good. The only fault is that there's no water pressure in the shower. For bald people like me, this isn't a problem, but for my wife, my daughter and my boys, who have a lot of hair, they just couldn't wait to get home and take a real shower.

Overall, it is an okay place to stay. The suite is comfortable. However, we stayed there for six days, and despite requesting that our room be made, they never did, not even once. On the third day we found a bag of towels and toilet paper in our door. We ran across the housekeeping ladies and asked them for the service but we never got it.
