Clean rooms, appreciated contactless check in.

Nice location, clean and maintained. Would like to have had paper towels and garbage bags available.
Jessica
Awesome
Taylor
Perfect little venue for our stay! Clean, great location. We will be back
Jeffrey
Recently remodeled motel was very clean and covered all the basic necessities. The check in was a bit confusing because we got there after 6pm and the remote check in took a couple of phone calls. The room was small but very clean and provided just what we needed with a comfortable place to sleep. It was basic but I would stay there again.
Mirian
Nice staff
Brian
Clean room and very quiet. Bed could be better but great overall
John
Very snall room for a king size bed. Dead space. No vcoset.
Randal
The room was in a great location and was VERY reasonably priced. No big frills, just a clean functional room in a great location across the street from the beach. Awesome restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely book this room again.
Sharon
Clean basic room with fridge and microwave. No pool. No breakfast. You are sent a code for check in. Too much paperwork to fill out for a pre check in but I get it. Just not a user friendly
Michele
Not as pictured this hotel is across the street
No office had to do everything over the phone
Room smelled like cigarette smoke and they charged my car twice

King had kitchen...
Jock
There wasn't a full kitchen, only a microwave. The rooms were very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Bethany
Loved this place!! Stayed here several times in several different rooms!! This place was like our home away from home! Rooms were always clean, the place is so quiet, parking wasn’t an issue, just an all around nice place. A pool would be nice but with the beach across the street not necessary. We will definitely be back!!
Alden
Great location, beach is just cross the road.
Richard
Clean, modern room with a great shower. Very close to the beach with public access right across the street.
Barbara
Very friendly staff and a beautiful room.
Patrick
The manager in his wife that were here managing the hotel were great. We were very thankful for them and it’s a very nice facility. They put a lot of work in. Thank you Patrick.
Brent
Nice, clean and super convenient.
Roberta
The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was so comfy after an active day. There was a microwave, small fridge with freezer, and large wall mounted tv. The location was good. I was surprised how quiet it was. My only complaint is that there was not a cup of some sort so I could get a drink of water.
Esperanza
Ok
Melissa

Samantha
Check in was very easy, room was very clean, bed was comfortable, big smart tv, quiet, and great lication!

Robert
Exactly what I was looking for. Amazing location near the beach, clean and comfortable with all the amenities I could want. With a comfortable bed and very low noise, I slept like a baby.
Brittni
Communication was remote and easy. The response was always fast when you required service or had any questions. The only thing I didn't like was the TV stopped working on the last night out of nowhere. Other than that it was nice quiet and secluded.
Heather
Great location, with really good space and a kitchenette is wonderful.
Steven
Stayed here during Biketoberfest. Had a nice stay
Francisco
Good
Rebecca
Loved room 101. it was great that the walkway to the beach was right across the street.
jennifer
Don't stay here!
It is rare that I leave poor reviews for establishments I give my business to, but I feel like I have no choice when it comes to this place. The reviews given for this motel have to be fake - the staff is NOT highly communicative, the place is NOT comfortable and I did NOT feel safe there. There is nobody on the premises for check in etc. The outside of the place looks seedy and I was told by the guy who seems to care for the place and live on the premises that the lock-boxes for each room's key is the same - which is info I didn't need to know but that I found quite unsettling. My room was around the back and upon 'checking in' I saw people there engaged in questionable activity. I could see daylight around the doorframe from inside of the room and the comforter had stains on it. My boyfriend told me I could decide whether or not we stayed after observing all these things, but I said I didn't feel safe there...and he agreed. So we left. I immediately contacted hotels.com about what had happened and they said they would reach out to the property to request a refund...but hotels.com has been unable to reach anyone at the motel for 4 weeks now. Again, take the good reviews this place has with a grain of salt; I would not recommend staying here and don't believe for a second those who say they would.

A quick walk across the highway and you can put your feet in the warm sand and ocean! The beds and pillows were very comfortable!

Quick beach trip
Nice spot for a quick weekend getaway. I plan on coming back. Super convenient location and clean. Only quirk is key system is a little different.

Great little stay
We love staying here. Always a good experience. We loved our room. So much space and comfortable.
Victoria
Over all stay was amazing. Closeness to the beach was great! Walking distance. Place was really clean, cozy, bed felt great. Shower was nice. Peace and quiet.
Patrick
This is my go-to place when I visit my family in the area. Always clean and beds are super comfy. Easy access to the beach across the street. Nice quiet, safe area of Daytona Beach Shores.

Nice room for a quick vaca and the price was great! Easy self check-in/out.

The property is great clean and well maintained
Alexandar
The property is very clean, renovated and meets all basics. The only problem we had was slow and dropping internet and very noisy AC unit.

It’s a very nice small hotel, clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Ana
It was perfect for an overnight beach getaway. Very central location for walking. Will come again!
Mark
No people at the hotel. Key was in lock box. Room smelled of cleaner.
Amanda
You won’t regret booking this, we were so nervous because of how the smaller places have a bad reputation but this one was amazing. We felt so at home and so safe. I highly recommend booking this if your looking for a Hilton quality room at a discounted rate.

MUCH better than anticipated
My wife thought she booked a hotel, but was a bit mortified when she saw it was a motel. Let me say, it was clean and while it is a self check-in place, when I had a question, it was answered within minutes via text with helpful information. If you've ever stayed in a route 95 motel between VA and FL, then this place is like the 5 seasons in comparison. Clean, comfy, convenient and an incredible value for the location.
Don't expect a 5-star Manhattan hotel, but for a clean and reasonable priced spot on the shore, give it a try!

No in person check in or check out, everything happened over text/instructions.

Welcome to Rockville
Check in was a breeze. I was asssigned a unit and all the relevent information was provided to me. Location is excellent if you looking to visit the beaches or just hang out in Daytona. Room was comfortable with a desk, fridge, microwave and a seperate sink. Shower does take a little time to come to hot temperature but when it does it feels great after a long day.
Richard
The property does not have an onsite attendant. The rooms were fairly clean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The hot water in the shower took about10 minutes to start working. The unit next to us were fighting and arguing all night. Slamming doors. In the morning, several kids right outside our door getting high. Place just didn’t feel safe.

Love the direct path to the ocean across the street. Could’ve used a mirror in the main room for hair and such while someone in bathroom but by no means nothing we couldn’t make so without.
Ashley
My kids loved it. ☺️

Great place great price!
We arrived very late and were in the bottom level. At first it was a little scary but when we went inside we were pleasantly surprised! Exceptionally clean and modern. In the morning we could see that it was a very safe area and a perfect location. Right at the beach but just the right distance away from the busier parts of town. Everyone we met was very friendly and accommodating.
Michael
Bedding was not very clean. No daily room service or typical way to contact for service. Room for as buried around back of the building.
Shower curtain had a straight bar and the curtain pulls at you. Probably the number one reason I was not thrilled.

Beware
When I came into the room it looked like the bedding had not been changed from the prior persons stay, just made. There was stains all over the bedding, black curly hair and makeup on the pillowcase and the tv was left on. When I texted (all text communication no humans on site) the property to get my whole bedding changed they called me immediately and told me they would change it in the next hour. She was not overly apologetic in any way and actually seemed quite annoyed that I wanted new bedding. When she showed up to change the bedding she was not welcoming at all and probably said 3 words to me. There is no chair or anywhere in the room to sit besides the bed, so when she came to change the bedding I stepped outside to let her do her thing because I felt so uncomfortable. She came out the room with all the bedding in her hands said all set and walked around the back of the building. I immediately went in and checked my outside pouch of my backpack that I stupidly left out and my Bose headphones were gone. I don’t have proof that they were stolen BUT I JUST USED THEM and that is the only explanation unless someone stole them off my back while leaving the airport coming to the hotel. I didn’t even bring it up because I was in FL for my dads death and already had enough to deal with and I knew nothing would come of it but the next person thinking about this hotel needs to be made aware!! Just because I complained about unsanitary bedding doesn’t mean I should get robbed!

Filthy, internet did not work, noisy, no one on site.

Excellent adventure,easy overnight stay,very clean,very Quiet!
Paula
Wish I knew that there was no one on property…was remote access. Missed not having ice machine, there was a coffee machine in room but no coffee/cups. The shower was nice
Bonnie
Excellent communication. Bed was very comfortable and shower large. Had a very nice stay
Salvatore
Over all a very good experience
I was in Daytona for the Spring Turkey rod run. I only used the room to sleep and shower. I was a very nice room, but the bed was way too soft for me, and the floor could have been cleaner. The heater/air conditioner was a bit too noisy But over all, it was still a very good experience and value.
Donna
The bed was like a futon mattress… very very soft and small. No vanity in bathroom , no chair, room very small!
Stephanie
Easy peasy check in! Good for our one night stay. Side note does not have hair dryer. My fault for not bringing mine. Assumed had one on wall. Clean property
Alexis
Very Good Customer Service, It was very easy to check in, also the room was very clean and it smelled so GOOD 👍😊 I would definitely recommend that you stay especially if you like it very quiet!

Good Value for the Price
SELF SERVICE CHECK IN... Simple process and not a problem but something to be aware of in advance.
Overnight stay and the motel is located in a nice and convenient area.
Older motel but well maintained and a good value for the price.
The bed was only a soft mattress, with no boxspring...so something to be aware of if you have back issues.

disgusting, whomever stays here has to have their head examined

I did not like not having anyone on site. I got the text and the key ok, but what if I wasn't phone/text savvy as many seniors? Also, GUEST ROOM 105 did not come up as a wifi option so I had no internet during my stay. The room was fine. Very clean and sufficient toiletries and towels. The price was lowish for the area. I had zero interaction with staff. Rated 3 stars as a neutral/average review overall.
Precious
Amazing location!
Babe
Cute and very clean place! Very close to beach access! Would definitely come back!
Julie
The floors were dirty. Stained comforter. Wi-Fi poor. TV wouldn’t turn on this morning. Door lock outside was crooked and didn’t look secure.
I called the number for support on the WiFi and the woman that answered was very helpful.

Property was spotless and bathroom large-what a great find
Terrie
Very comfortable and clean
We stayed two nights and when we arrived early, we were able to get right into our room. It is located across from the ocean but you can drive to a free beach access. I would recommend this motel
Natasha Renee
The location was very quiet. Quick access to the beach. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was having a key to get into the room, that system needs to be updated. My overall experience was great, I will definitely stay again.
Tristan
For a motel, it was good, but I did have a problem with waiting about 10 minutes for the hot water to come on one night. Also, the sheets were stained, and you could tell no one had been in the room for a bit. The bed was comfy, but very loud. It was also very humid inside the room, and the floor was wet all over. The person was very quick to respond when needed and made it easy to enter the room.
Jeffrey
Liked that Crabby Joe’s was right across street. Was convenient to get in and out of room.
laurie
This does not have management on site but they messaged me clear concise directions. They are easily reached but I did not need anything. It was very clean and surrounded by stores and a quick walk to the beach. I would def stay here again.
Laura Lisa
Clean and quiet, we very much enjoyed the stay and if we come back again would definitely stay again
scott
This was a very clean nice place .Small little 8 unit motel, everything was wonderful. My only complaint was the shower was horrible. We had no hot water and no pressure if they fixed that it would be perfect.
jennifer
This was a quiet cozy place with the most comfortable bed and atmospheric pleasantries
Jennifer
The bed was extremely comfortable and the renovation and updates to the room where all very nice. The towels and linens could use to be replaced and updated. The kitchenette is nice to have as well. Other than the towels and linens the only other thing it could use is a good door mat inside and outside the door to catch the sand and a couple washable throw rugs on the floor either sode of the bed. I would definitely stay again.

Needs a shelf
Room was great, parking sux, needs a shelf or something in bath room to lay out toiletries
paul
Room was nice . The bathroom didn’t have an area to
Set your bathroom bag which made itt awkward. Floor felt gritty as though sand was on it. Other than that it was a nice too

Very nice stay
Dan
Room was clean and location relatively close to my destination location and restaurants. Will stay again
Ursula
Bare minimum
Experience was not good at all because cold water only, no furniture, noise through thin walls, no hairdryer, no shelves or hooks in bathroom, no staff at the premises,
Xiaolun
Very nice and convinient!
Portia
Nice and
Very Cozy ; the only thing I would suggest is that the entrance locks be updated. They still use a key. Other than that nice and cozy and comfortable.
Nerissa
Moldy room
So at first it wasn't a bad room. It looked clean enough and the bathroom was emasculate. The problem was the AC unit; it was old and noisy then when I looked inside it was GROSS, had MOLD, and made both me and my guest terribly sick. My guest had a fever and his voice was so hoarse I couldn't understand him.

Cute motel close to the beach
Easy check in with a lock box to get the key for the room.
Unfortunately our tv was playing when we got into the room and we couldn’t turn it off or lower or raise the volume.
The remote controls may have needed batteries , but we’re not sure .

Bed was too soft. Floors were dirty, our feet got dirty just walking from the bathroom to the bed. Shower took 10 minutes to warm up. Furnishings were fine. Nice large TV. Overall the room was ok.
Jorge
It was decent for the price
