Property seemed pretty clean on outside, but entering my room it smelled like cigarette smoke. The door kept clanking all night as others on my floor went in and out of their rooms, very noisy. Small bugs appeared on bathroom floor as well!

The staff was very friendly. However, when you walk in the building the fragrance was overwhelming. Way to strong of a cleaner or air freshener.
Then the smell in our room was awful. I cannot even pinpoint what it could have been, but it was not pleasant. The toilet did not stop running and the room needed a rug or something under the bed also. The metal bed frame on the vinyl floor was loud..every toss and turn the bed squeaked against the floor. Room was fine for a 2 night stay that would have us out of the room for the majority of the day.

Lots of parking, very clean, but no amenities. If you stay longer than 2 days and want clean towels you have to pay for them. They offer kitchen, but no dishes or utensils. Could hear people above me walking around.

Don’t go! Seems like property is in business with a towing company, Universal Towing (see BBB reviews) to tow your car based on license plate sticker date (without checking with owner if there was a delay by DMV). They are not the DMV or police and have no authority. As long as one has registered the license plate during check in, it should not be towed. The towing company forces only (high) cash payments.

When I booked I didn’t realize this was an extended stay. My first bad encounter was with the staff when I requested an iron. She told that there was not an iron available and she didn’t know when she would have one. I did ask if that was common for other guests that they have booked, to not be able to accommodate something as small as an iron? To which the staff at the front desk proceeded to get an attitude with me. I then requested a refund, due to the attitude of the staff. Upon returning to the room to collect my belongings, there were two pitbull’s loose in the hotel hallway and running directly at me. There were so many things wrong, that I’m glad I decided to cancel my stay. When I returned to the front desk, she then offered to call around to other rooms that had an iron to see if she could get one and asked if I would like to change my mind about the stay. I declined and booked a room next-door at the countryside Inn, which provided excellent service. I was at this hotel for less than an hour when all this occurred! They still kept one nights stay so I was out that money. They also charge 10.00 if you want clean towels and only offer cleanings every 14 days. Please save yourself the headache, book elsewhere!

Sadly our stay was not great. Hotel is clean, smells great rooms are large and clean. The Bad because they are an Extended Stay you have multiple rooms that people are living there. Room next us had a domestic dispute and we could hear it all around 9pm we notified front desk they had cops come in and arrest the male, we sadly heard it all. next night the smoke alarm in that same room went off and lady opened door and yelled down hallway \"sorry I was cooking and alarm went off\" this was around 10pm. The UFC fight was on in the room next to us on other side and we could hear their TV most of the night so sleeping was horrible. Would be nice if hotels like this put the extended stay guess in one floor or area of a floor and nightly guess in another section.

This place has the potential to be a good place to stay. My experience was just okay. The room was clean but smelled strongly like food when we first arrived and the smell never really went away. There was no extra toilet paper rolls in the room, we stayed for 2 nights and was left with only a partially used roll. You’re only given one set or bath towels and have to pay $10 for another set. They do a $50 hold if you book through Expedia or any 3rd party which wasn’t stated when booked. The guest laundry room and free parking were nice amenities to have and the staff was very nice.

I booked my stay online and received a confirmation, so I expected a smooth check-in process upon arrival. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I got to the hotel around 9 PM, the lobby was extremely crowded with other guests who were also waiting for rooms.

What made the situation more frustrating was that there appeared to be no organized system in place. The receptionist was constantly running back and forth between the front desk and the rooms—checking availability, cleaning, and trying to match bookings manually. While I understand that staff can get overwhelmed, it was clear that the hotel was unprepared to handle the volume of guests.

As a result, I had to wait approximately two hours—from 9 PM to 11 PM—just to receive a room, despite having a confirmed reservation. After a long day of travel, this was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing.

Overall, the lack of organization and poor check-in management significantly impacted my experience. I hope the hotel improves its system and staffing so future guests don’t have to go through the same situation.

No coffee pot in room . The offer for free coffee/ tea is only to 11am .Maintenance came in the room while we out( they did call and ask if it was ok) they had to fix the smoke detector, but they left the dirt and ceiling material on the floor below. Also I would like to have had 4 towels in the room . We stayed 4 days they only offer room service if you stay 2 weeks .Walls are thin you can hear people just talking in the next room.

No breakfast just coffee and they chargered my card an 3 extra payments for the room they said it was an authorize charge but i was never told that a authorize for 98.15 for each of the rooms will be hold on my card . When i called i was told that it will take 3-5 business to get my refund and because of this inconvenience i can't pay my rent on time and now i will have to pay 200.00 late fee for my rent i will never stay at this hotel again

Staff was basic, no amenities worth discussing, parking was ok. Hotels floor is wooden and the people above had kids running non-stop from 6 am. Little roaches and ants in the room, no box sprung on the bed, just a wooden poece covered in fabric. Horribly basic tv, no apps, atleast non that we could figure out AND everyone smoked, so it stunk eveeywhere. On the plus side, shower was ok and a/c worked.

Check-in was quick but went to the room and the bed wasn’t made and no linens in room. Went back to the desk after waiting 15 minutes for the staff to come to room. She said she would move us to a different room. Went to new room that was a queen standard. We paid for a king suite! She would not discuss a credit to us for the lower class room. Hopefully someone will issue a credit of some type.

The staff on this property is absolutely amazing, helpful and very friendly and pleasant. The pond in the back is a wonderful place to meditate or just get some fresh air. The building is always clean and the coffee is tasty. Highly recommend especially for travel professionals, great place for extended stay. Every single desk representative takes the time to greet and learn your needs.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room appeared clean at first, but unfortunately I found roaches in the room, which made the experience very uncomfortable and unacceptable. Seeing pests in the room raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel.
I hope the management addresses this issue immediately, as it is not something guests should ever have to deal with during their stay

Oh my where to sart. Despite having signage stating No Smoking anywhere on the premises the lobby smelled like weed and the room smelled like cigarettes. The refrigerator was warm and the freezer froze up. The bathroom faucet was so loose from the sink it took 2 hands to turn on the water! The thermostat was operational but certainly didnt control the ac unit. The bathroom and shower were actually clean but after showering i found it necessary to glide my feet along the floor in the unit with a towel. Definitely not barefoot clean. I had been on the road a long time that day and its was time to get some sleep. Which i did and took advantage of the free coffee the next morning. Poured that out in the parking lot after the first sip. High point was having supper almost next door at Millers Ale House! Good food, service and conversation.

In general terms the room was in good condition, clean and everything in order. Only one thing affected the stay and was that in the first room in which we were accommodated, the first night cockroaches appeared in the bathtub area and also in the kitchen area, I was able to eliminate some but others hid, my wife had a horrible night. Bb They changed our room and everything was fine until the day we left that some cockroaches also appeared, these smaller, but cockroaches at last.

the room had a weird smell, when asked for 2 extra towels the front desk attendant gave them to me but made sure to let me know they are not supposed to give me towels, the blinds in the room are not black out curtains and lots of light enters the room every morning, there is no big mirror and if you need extra toilet paper you need to pay for it, in addition they don't have an equipped patio area where guests can gather and spend time together, they have a sofa and a table with chairs in the lobby but can only be used until 8p and you need to keep your voice super low. Hotel doesn’t have a pool

The room was big , however the elevators smelt of Urine. I could hear people talking loudly
and a dog which was crying in the night. Breakfast was a paper bag of banana and muffin so not to expect much .

But also make sure u check your statement because I was charged two extra times and if I didn’t tell them my card would have been charged extra.

Although when booking through Hotel.com says pay at Hotel they charged my card anyways and I didn’t want to use that card and they charged my other card as well. But seriously thank goodness I got that settled before I left .
Also little warning when booking on a Daytona weekend which we did a year in advance my friends room was cancelled because they said they tried to contact her which she never got a call and we were on a plane so how could she even get her call if they even tried . And to just cancel a room just like that was un acceptable . Also not to mention we came in early that morning and asked if our rooms were available and they said not till 4 and no room space to leave our luggage . They didn’t even mention anything to us that they were trying to contact our friend. And we even checked back two other times hoping the room would be ready after a very long flight in. Never one time mentioning anything until the time we were checking in .
That is a poor customer service to cancel anyone rooms especially booking a year in advance .finally after 4 hours or so got a room .

Very cheaply built hotel. Could hear upstairs occupants \"getting it\" multiple times from ved thumping, great for them, annoying for non-voyouer types. Easily heard next door TV as well, hadto turn our TV up to drown it to a muffle. Luckily we had 2 things happen, 1st we have a sound machine to sleep with and they went to bed early. The room was clean, suites with apartment fridge, microwave and 2 burner flat top. No utensils to use flat top. Would check elsewhere before staying again.

Bed was on a spring frame that caused a lot of noise. Air conditioner was extremely loud but needed to keep room cool. Maybe it was low on refrigerant or outdated. The odor in the room smelt like a Chinese take out restaurant and there was a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower rod that was missed by housekeeping. Front desk personal were very nice and welcoming. If it wasn’t for the fact of staying for the Daytona race i wouldn’t recommend for price we paid.

Under rated hotel! Nice renovations & modernizations. Clean hotel from the lobby & elevator to the room & fitness center. Comfy beds. Nice pillows! Good size rooms. Only stayed one night but the kitchenette would be great if the stay was longer. Bring your own utensils & cookware though.

First room I was in smelled like mold then they put me in another room and there was a lot of loud people outside and then the clerk came out to talk to them and was loud as well. Kept me up for over an hour. The loud people were talking at midnight when I was asleep.
