I read a few reviews AFTER I reserved this hotel and then saw the star rating. I was worried, the reviews were correct, the front desk was great. There were so many complaints online, but our room was fabulous. Clean, comfy bed. The a/c ran great, shower pressure and temp was great. The patio door was a little dirty and curtain wouldn't close, but no biggie. Tv, microwave and fridge all worked. For me, worth the money for the stay and comfort!!

Good evening, it was very sad from the moment we arrived. - The attendant didn't want to give us two rooms, and with great difficulty she found the reservation. One of the rooms had so many cockroaches that we couldn't sleep because we were scared, as they were small cockroaches scattered everywhere. The breakfast had nothing, which I agree, for a low price I couldn't expect much. Marijuana everywhere, an unbearable smell.

Barely any parking availability ac was ok but it was either hot or too cold no middle ground. Room was dirty as hell the baseboards had dirt and oubes everywhere there was blood on bathroom walls the damn shower curtains are so close to the wall you have no room in shower without the ahower curtains sticking to you and dont move the bed or end stands becaus me as dirty as they were behind them looks like they never have clenaed behind them

The entire hotel is need of a refresh. There are dirty carpets lining the stairs in the main hall, pet odor smell to the buildings, and musty feeling as their AC system seems to be older units. My room specifically had a broken tv, missing closet handles, paint splattered bathroom sink counter, and worst of all a roach infestation. There were roaches in the bathroom, crawling in the microwave, and along the walls and ceiling. I expressed my concern to the front desk morning after check in and their response was pest control just came in and it’s normal to see bugs after and said, “even I have bugs in my room”. I’m absolutely disgusted with the hotel and how my concern was treated by front desk. I would never book here again and urge others to book elsewhere. For the price I paid, I got a dirty room filled with bugs, a poor excuse of “continental breakfast”, and staff who didn’t seem to take concerns of their customers seriously.

Unfortunately the hotel is just dirty. There is black mold in the bathrooms, base boards in the bathroom have pee and poop splatters, the floors are filthy, the door in the bathroom is coming apart, the smoke detector was non existent, it was just a hole in the wall. The free "breakfast" consisted of just a waffle machine and bread or bagel. There were a couple apples, no other options to choose from. I was hoping to maybe have a yogurt to choose from, but it was sad was even there. The hotel at the time was charging about $300 per night. Do better. If you use the Wyndham name, you should have Wyndham standards

Was in town for a music festival. I booked at this hotel fairly last minute because it was available and many other hotel were not.
I was not expecting luxurious accommodations. I did though expect the room to be moderately clean and in fair working order, but it was not.
The room was dirty. Not just not cleaned very well. I mean really dirty. Smudges of make up and some other things all over the furniture, mirror, wall. Dirt in the corners of the room. Mold/mildew on the ceiling. Stickiness on the floor. And then the bathroom.... it's gross.
The door that provides security to the outside didn't lock. But since the window beside was missing, I guess it didn't matter.
I paid an astronomical amount of money for this place because of the aforementioned festival. I ended up leaving in the early morning because the bed was awful as well. Definitely not worth the money I paid in a busy weekend, but would have been worth $10.

They won't give what you reserve. I made reservations a month before for a king room and everything said I was getting a king room even my check in online when I stopped to get my keys there's no king rooms. They won't give me a discount cause they gave my room away. The breakfast was sparse. The room was dark and scary with mold and a cracked sink

Rooms are a mess, I saw one double bed, looks like something terrible happened. Even that I have to go to other building and walk more that room was at least not smelling like 5 cigarettes packs, bathroom has mold, windows with rips or to small drapes.The hotel was supposed to be smoking free but every one was smoking in balconies and rooms. Breakfast was just bread, no butter, coffee, cereal and milk, not a complete breakfast like the advertised.i don't understand how a chain like wyndham has their brand in this hotel, looks like a place where people with out home lives. Everything was dirty and smelling. A fight in the middle of the night happened i was calling front desk, no one answered , they call back when everything passed. It is not worthy even to stopped driving and rest for a night. Impossible to leave a good review.

This place definitely doesn’t look like the pictures I will tell you that! The paint on the walls were peeling, the beds were terrible, the tub was filthy, toilet clogged, the balcony looked as if it was abandon and they swept it and put a random chair on the balcony. The balcony floors were black from filth. There were drug addicts fighting at the pool with two dogs they were treating extremely poorly. Including beating the dog. I mean to be honest the list goes on. But vapid this place if possible. I had no choice but will NEVER come here again. Save your money!!!!!!!

I was there for three days and my room never got cleaned. I went to the front desk two times and asked to have my room cleaned it never happened. Trash was piled up the maid never came even after we left the room for several hours when we returned the room was as we left it. Not good customer service at this Baymont I have stayed at others with very good customer service. NOT THIS ONE!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

AC was swamppy and muggy with high humidity in the room, the batheroom had hair and debris from previous guets, I was afraid to walk around barefoot, room counters had crumbs from previous guests and sticky surfaces throughout the 2nd double bed pillows looked used with creases from previous guests only 1 bed in the room looked and felt like it had fresh sheets and covers, The free breakfast was only toast, apples do not recommend at all.

The room was very dirty … and not just like they didn’t clean from the last resident … dirty like they hadn’t cleaned the room in a while … the restroom had pee from last occupant and the toilet seat was dirty … the dresser was thick with build out and everything felt sticky … the sheets looks cleaned but didn’t smell the best I had a hard time sleeping . The restroom does need upkeep because there was mold everywhere . I understand it’s in the lower price range however it was way too dirty for a better review .

I didn’t even end up staying here. Pulled up to the front of the hotel and there was nobody at the front desk, heard yelling so we drove around the hotel and witnessed a domestic dispute…what appeared to be someone drunk or drugged swinging at a woman. Needless to say, i left because as a single woman, did not feel safe!! Purchased insurance to be able to get a refund and will def be filing a claim!!!!

I wouldn't stay at this place again if it was free. I'd rather sleep in the trunk of my car. The property was filthy overall. The room, a non smoking one, reeked of musty cigarette smell. There was garbage in the hallway and scattered about the property. The free continental breakfast was a joke. The outside access door from the hallway to the outside area was non functional, creating a major security breach. Whoever tried to enter our room that evening nearly met the end of a barrel, till my wife yelled at them, who's there. Worst hotel experience I have ever had anywhere in the world. I cannot believe Wyndham allows their name to be associated with this dump.

This has Wyndham’s name on it but it’s nowhere up to Wyndham standards. The room had a rate card for La Quinta from 2010 on the door. It does seem to be under renovation, but it’s far from done. My room was one of the recent renovated ones. Clean enough but reeked of paint. The hallways reeked of pee, the carpet was threadbare and stained, the doors seemed to be sourced from a Malaysian ship breaking yard. Doors didn’t fit the door frames. Horrible paint job in the room, seemed like the owner had a relative who does paint. Speaking of paint, the sink had huge paint drippings all over it. Curtains a foot too long for the window. Kleenex box sitting behind a hole in the wall. I’m sure the owner will reply here about how they take pride in the cleanliness, but apparently their definition of clean differs from mine, and probably Wyndham’s. I have photos of all of this.

Very dated hotel. Our room was not very clean. There was food left in the refrigerator, part of the door lock was broken, and there was only one towel in the bathroom for two guests checking in. Breakfast consisted of cereal, waffles, or frozen microwavable sausage and cheese sandwiches. Would not stay here again.

Did preregistration online. I had already paid for room. I got there, they claimed they needed the credit card that had already been charged. Also asked for vehicle info, which I had alert done online. Then, I was asked for $100 damage deposit!!! I’ve never paid a deposit. First room no hot water, second room no hot water. Daytona Bike week, every motel in city is full. They said they’d discount room. I didn’t have much choice. I went out for evening, came back, pulled sheets down. There’s a hole in mattress!!! Luckily I had 2 beds. In morning I went to see manager. She told me I’d get discount of 15%. Wow $10. Big deal. I got home and checked credit card, no discount yet, but a second hold for $100 deposit!! I would never stay here again!!!!!

If you look at the reviews that were negative, especially the ones with pictures, it's all true..I left one night and ate the other 2 nights to stay somewhere and I'm waiting for my $100. deposit. I recommend the fire dept inspect the alarms, the heaters, the broken sliding glass door in some rooms preventing an exit, and Experian, I recommend you send a few mystery shoppers there on different nights. If La Quinta is a Wyndham property, it's nice if that's the standard you're trying to hold. The staff were nice enough and put me in a different room the one night out of 3 I stayed there. But there was obvious crime and steange men lurking in the cars in the parking lot and young ladies wearing costumes going to and from these cars. Little children running around amongst this subjective activity. Just being honest.

The entire facility was embarassing for a name brand supported hotel chain. Room condition was that of a seedy roadside one night stand shack. Staff was friendly and engaging, "continental breakfast" was one step below the coffee service at an AA meeting, and clearly I will NEVER spend my hard earned cash at a Baymont by Wyndham property ever again.

The whole hotel was run down, the building we were in was very dirty, Floors not vacuumed or washed, walls damaged etc.
When we got to our room the bathroom door was not able to close, the faucet was stuck and when we did get it on we couldn't get it to stop leaking. There was holes in the 2 of the 4 walls, the lamp was broken, hair on the bed and the curtains were falling off the wall. I AM NOT exaggerating!!!!
The Front end staff totally understood why we chose not to stay and told us he was authorizing a refund, I called expedia and they emailed the hotel right away for the refund authorization and they GHOSTED expedia!!!!

Arrived for a Nascar Race, was signed up for early check in, but room wasn't ready, no big deal. After the race, returned to the hotel, assigned a room. Walked in room, dog food all over the floor, no sheets on the beds and a total wreck. Went back to desk, no apology, assigned another room, facing the end of the airport runway. AC was making strange noises and the airplane engine noises were very loud.

So so nasty!! Stay away from here. 3rd world country dirt floor hut would be better. Room was FILTHY. Cigarette ashes piled on the floor, Cigarette burn marks on the furniture, hair and i mean lots of hair everywhere. Toliet took 3 flushes for just #1. Bathroom door wouldn't close because it didn't fit the frame. Holes in sheets and comforters, no toliet paper in room, more cords than outlets so you had to chose tv or lights, heavy bleach smell but not clean, must have just sprayed it in the air, dirt was on everything...walls, base boards, phone and etc. Photos for hotel have to be more than a decade old! STAY AWAY! Sleeping under a bridge would be better.

There was no toilet paper in the room. Had to go the office to get one. Later, went back to office to get a second roll.

Manager complained that he already gave us one.

Toilet not working properly, took 4 flushes to completely flush.

Floor in bathroom looked as if the toilet had an overflow in past that was not totally cleaned. Poop stains.

Microwave not plugged in. Had to move it to the bathroom.

We were hoping for early check-in, was not able to get it, and then after waiting till three, which we realize was the official check-in time, for a clean room, the room turned out to be not very clean at all, at least about what we would expect for a hotel bearing this name, the bathroom was very poorly lit as was much of the room itself. One of the beds had a support sticking out from the bottom of it. I could hear every sound throughout the building, particularly the slamming of the doors as people opened and closed them both to their rooms and to the exterior of the building. This was an unwelcome racket to be woken up to in the morning. We were only there for a single night so we didn’t use any of the amenities just because you have the cheapest prices around shouldn’t mean the quality of your business should reflect that.

The bathroom has mold all over the ceiling, the bathtub basin was unsafe and well as the shower curtain would not stay in place due to over pressure of the water supply.
