Our experience was’nt pleasant, our room smelled like a cigarette bar, bathroom water pressure was terrible, a very weak trickle of water from the sink. Tv was terrible couldn’t see the soccer game well enough due to poor tv picture. Also not sure if it’s government run, but we felt very uneasy, we locked our truck which we rarely do. Also upon checkout police car was parked in the parking lot.

The gentleman at front when i checked in i believe his name was Quan. He was awesome very friendly and had a smile the whole time he was helping me. I asked where a good wing place was for me to grab some dinner and he mentioned a place like 10 minutes away he was definitely correct i found a new place to grab food when in daytona. Definitely going to be staying there more when i am in the area.

The guy that works at the front desk was really sweet and should look for a hotel job that deserves him. This place smells of cigarettes and dog poo. That was the actual best part. We were stunned when we saw roaches in the room and heard a couple fighting upstairs until 4am. I could go on but the fact is DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The property was very clean, smelled nice. Rooms clean besides the floors. Tub did not drain quickly so water built up in the tub after about 3 or 5 minutes. Did not use stove top, but fridge and microwave worked well and were clean. Bedding clean, no stains noted, however queen bed was small with a weaker frame. Dog walking area (behind the building next to the dumpsters) had trash, cigarette butts littered and no grass so I had to take my dog to the front lawn where it was much cleaner. Staff very nice and friendly. Pet fee is $50/night on top of the standard fee for all pets so it can get pricey. Low occupancy at time of stay so no complaints of noise as we had no neighbors nearby. Laundry room clean and took card payments.

I was skeptical at first but once we checked in and got to our room I was very impressed! The room smelt and felt so clean and everything was perfect. Only downside was that they don’t have staff at all times at the front desk and I think they were painting or something because my window was blocked off the whole time with tarp. Other than that I was very impressed for the price!

Low cost with no frills, you pay extra for the kitchen utensils if you need it. The room was clean, staff would welcome me back every time I walked in through the front door. Great location! Already planning our next trip to Daytona Beach and we will stay here again.

The room smelled musty. There were no hairdryers. There was no continental breakfast. That’s pretty standard now in hotel hotels as of the hairdryers. The only shining light was the front desk for key was amazing. I ended up not staying and moved to another hotel, so I really hope this property will refund my money.

The hallway to the elevator had a bad smell. The main desk close all night. The room had one towel in 3 washclothes for 3 people fridge had rust all on the door and it was dirty floor in the room was dirty not swept and mopped properly only refunded me for 1 day and kept my money for the 2 day i didn’t stay and two other people was checking out of the hotel also will never go there gain only slept for like two hour. I checked out without take a shower

Owen the front desk clerk was awesome! Although, i was given the wrong cards to enter my room. When I opened my room to 112 I was greeted with a who are you! So back down to the font desk I went. Owen apologized and said it was another workers fault. So Owen gave us a room on the 4th floor. Now whoever is the custodian needs to be fired. This room was as filthy as it gets.I can provide pictures. If I hadn’t been so tired I would have checked out. Pure disgusting. I will not be back there EVER!!

I’m not one to write poor reviews but I felt this was a safety issue. We arrived at dark and there was no parking light lighting. It was hard to maneuver around in the dark. The property is a little off the main road so it seemed very dark. The room was horrible. The bed was a metal bed frame reminiscent of a dorm bed, the chair was completely torn up, the phone did not work. The man working the front desk was trying his best but he was a one man staff and it was a busy time. He was doing his best. I think The hotel chain should do a safety check here and a review of their rooms. Disappointing.

Hmm where to begin? Room was dirty but I did find someone’s old grapes on the nightstand left for me. No toilet paper in the room anywhere, nor soap. TV didn’t work. But aside from all the basic amenities missing, the most memorable part of my experience was the smoke detector beeping non-stop from 1:37am until I checked out of the hotel. You’d be better off staying in your car overnight.

There is something terribly wrong in this place. The smell in the air I have never smelled before, and reminded me of black mold. I took the loss of $168 and went up the street to a hilton. The smell stayed in my nose and clothes until i took a shower. Seriously, a major health concern.

This property is in disrepair. Everything is so worn that it’s difficult to actually see if it’s clean. Front desk people were nice and helped with the washing machines but coverage was not 24 hours. We left 7:15 am and there was no one there. No coffee in the lobby like the Inverness location. Parking was plentiful as there were not many guests there. The room was quite bare of supplies, not even a box of tissues! We only stayed one night as it was a way point to traveling to southern FL. It served it’s purpose but I would not stay there again.

Terrible, would never go back. Room smelled awful. Very thin blanket with no spares. NONE of the light switches worked, could only light the room with one lamp and the light under the microwave. The fire suppression system over the stove had a prominent expiration date in 2023 (stayed in 2026). Room had no curtains, only slat blinds, and there was a massive spotlight outside the room that didn't turn off until 2am each night. I could read a book easily with the room as dark as it would get prior to 2am, so it was hard to get much sleep. They charge by the week for internet even if you are staying less than that, and the internet speed is marginal. And I'm not sure what the point is to have kitchenettes if the guest has to provide all their own silverware etc. Overall this place sucks badly. If you can afford anything better, avoid this place at all costs.

This is a two part review -1 for the staff; 2, the property. Staff was great. Very friendly, especially Laquan. The property did not have an ice machine, coffee maker or any kitchenware to use in our kitchenette. You also had to take your towels to the front desk to exchange them, which we were not informed of at check in.

We checked in late, and the front office was closed.We rang the number listed outside and the individual opened the check in desk stating it was late, he was busy with laundry and did not have any other checkins noted for the night. I felt we put him out. After showing him the confirmation, he did get us checked in but stated that he \"hoped\" our rooms were clean and he was too busy to check. The hotel smelled pretty bad. I would give this hotel 0 stars, but the hotel was prompt with calling us stating we left an item behind upon check out.

There was an odor in the hallway soon as you got off elevator, then you could also smell weed! The floor was filthy! Something spilled sticky never clean. No hand towels for washing hands had to use bath towel. Party of 3 in my stay only provided 2 sets of towel/washcloth. Asked for more was told needed to swap out dirty towels I said there was never enough provided to begin with. Refrigerator was disgusting I didn’t want to put anything in it! Didn’t check the microwave out after seeing refrigerator! Will not stay here again!

We didn't stay, but gave up the $100 charge for the first night. It's not for travelers, it's for transient living. Want a coffee pot? They'll sell you one. Dishes of any kind? They'll sell you a package. Guests sat outside at times, greeting other guests by name. The manager said that all Woodspring Suites are this way--for \"extended\" stays. Our room was also missing a smoke detector.

Room was just ok. Water in shower head barely came out (it was just a weak stream of water) room smelled musty when we walked in. No kitchen stuff provided, not even a coffee pot in the room. It had a full size fridge, microwave & two burner cooktop, but absolutely nothing to cook with or eat on. If you’re not even serving coffee in the lobby, at least provide a coffee pot in the room.

I reserved for 2 weeks and I had the leave after one week because it was unbearable from being dirty and had mold and meth small in the rooms , litterly the staff had the spread area perfume in order the new customers don’t feel the meth smell meth n the lobby

Nothing will make me stay more than one night and the only thing let me stay. I had a hard time cancel my reservation.
No, I wanted to leave Sunday morning the 24th x 11 o’clock and I’m having a hard time with the hotel counseling the rest of the week I’m supposed to stay I don’t wanna stay anymore as having severe mold issues and allergies oh me and my family are all sick because of the this hotel need to be shut down
