Stay was nice property quiet clean need some updating. We called the number to get towels washcloths no one answered until Monday so we end up going out buying washcloths and towels for our family. Other than that not too bad but for the price it should be better.

Great location with direct access to the beach. We stayed in a \"loft\" room which was a 2nd floor studio with a small kitchen, complete with all we needed to make breakfast & lunch in our room. The bed & the bathroom were really nice but there wasn't much space on bathroom counter & a couple of hooks were needed in bathroom. The bath towels were big & fluffy & nice beach towels were provided. Above average shampoo, conditioner, soap & lotion were provided as well as cotton swabs, makeup remover, etc. The TV was a bit tricky to use until we asked for directions. This is a small establishment; there is no front desk. We got our room key from a lock box & left the key in the unit at checkout. Staff could be contacted by text (with fast responses). The units are different sizes. There are only 10 or 11 units & only 2 floors - with no elevator. Parking lot is tight when all rooms are filled. The pool was nice but the chairs were not very comfortable (hard). However, there were beach set ups available for a reasonable price. Lifeguard stand & food truck were also present on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet beach retreat.

Stayed in the room that was on second floor and was listed as having a balcony/patio. I choose this room bc I love sleeping with windows cracked to hear the ocean, however this was not a private blacony/patio as it connected directly with the walkway and stairs of the property, meaning it was no secure. While I'm sure it would have been fine, as a solo female traveler I was not comfortable with leaving the slider door open in an unsecure area.
The view from the room was fabulous ----direct view of beach and ocean. The room itself was fine---large studio room with king bed, kitchen with full fridge/freezer, two electric burners, and plentiful counter space. The furniture seemed a bit mismatched---the table and two chairs had a tablecloth on it that didn't match other decor, such as the tropical couch next to the bed. There was wallpaper (? or some kind of paper design) on the headboard, which also didn't match anything else. It seemed as though there was no consistent theme or color palette. Not a huge deal, but it made the space feel less welcoming than it could have been. While the room was generally clean, there were some stains on the mattress. I always check these things when traveling! There were also some towels that had very minor stains on them as well as some frayed and ripping areas. The slider door lock was broken and thus was secured with a PVC pipe in the door! This was concerning! The screen slide also needed to be repaired as it was off the track.

What a wonderful, peaceful place!! Our room (the Penthouse) was perfect: Beautiful view of the beach and pool, a kitchen, including a full-size refridgerator, and a bed with one of those super comfortable matresses (think 5-star hotel). The staff was over-the-top great. The owner even helped me with luggage! This place is a rare gem.

If you’re tired of hearing doors slam and walking down long hotel hallways, this is the place for you! A true hidden gem that is quiet, clean and safe, the Organic Beach Retreat is for you! The pool is heated and offers a great view of the ocean. We stayed here with our two small children and it was perfect. The room was clean and offered everything we needed: plenty of towels, soap, air conditioning, blinds to block the sun during our kids nap, beach chairs, sand toys, they have it all!

Amazing property!!

Great property, clean, comfortable and in a great location. We were in town for the Daytona 500 and were fortunate enough to come across this place when looking for a property. If we make the trip down again, I would definitely look for this property again.

My family has stayed at this location half a dozen times and we always have a great stay. With two smaller children we particularly love the cottage for the privacy and space, plus its nice to know we arent bothering a neighbor if they are being loud, and vise versa. We also love that the resort only has a few rooms so its more private feeling. The pool deck is great and theres always been extra beach toys and supplies thst you can borrow!

We came just to have peace and quiet for a few days. That is exactly what we found. Gorgeous sunrises, peace and serenity. A very clean establishment. A couple steps from the beach. There is plenty to do in the area for a five minute ride, but that was not our goal this trip. We had nothing to complain about. Simply lovely.

great find in Daytona

we were pleasantly surprised at the quaintness of this hotel. Right on the beach very clean and comfortable and a thoughtful room with all the amenities a small kitchenette, amazing coffee, and eco-friendly bath products. It was self check in, but the directions were very easy to follow to find our key and our room. The little patio downstairs was lovely for morning Coffee and the pool looked great though sadly we did not have a chance to use it. not your typical hotel in style, but certainly up to par with any mid range chain that you would experience.

The best travel experience in a long time!

I was in town for a work conference and didn't want to stay at the conference hotel for various reasons. I stumbled upon the Organic Beach Retreat via hotels.com and was so thankful I did.

What a great place! VERY clean, well-appointed, and well thought out. Katie was super responsive and kind. Right on the beach with a nice, warm pool. Easy parking. Super quiet. No moldy smells anywhere (I am super sensitive to mold). It was just so nice and relaxing.

If I ever have to go to Daytona again, this would be the only hotel I would consider.

Hidden gem

We loved the small size of this resort. We are quiet, private people so it was perfect for us. The room was updated and we loved that there was a kitchenette in the room and a BBQ in the courtyard for public use. We actually made most of our meals while vacationing which was what we wanted.

Oh and the location is perfection. Right on the beach with a lovely pool and patio area if you don't feel like hanging out in the sand.

An absolute hidden treasure that is a must stay!!!

This was probably the cleanest suite I have ever stayed in. It was absolutely spotless!!! Kitchen was stocked beyond our expectations, a very pleasant surprise... The check-in was so easy and the place was very quiet. We felt very safe here. The only issue we had was that the mattress was too firm for our liking (some may like firm, but we are more accustomed to softer beds). Other than that, we have no complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great Beach Location

Great beach location, we stayed in the Presidential Suite which honestly I think is bigger than our house. Balcony overlooking the pool and the beach, super clean, very stylishly appointed. Great customer service as well: I forgot a few things in the room when we left and she shipped them back to me no charge which was appreciated. Great place, would stay again definitely.

Exceptional Experience

The Organic Beach Retreat is exceptional. We booked one of the loft units for a week knowing we wouldn’t spend much time there as the purpose of our trip was to visit our twin granddaughters and their parents. Our stay was upgraded to the Big Beach House unit. It was very nice. We liked the resort so much we booked a week this summer for the whole property so our family, aunts, uncles and cousins can spend time together. We are looking forward to being there again and spending time on the resort enjoying the pool, beach and ocean.

After considerable searching in the area I discovered this place and it had the best reviews so I had to stay here and I'm glad I did. The property is small so only a small number of units which is a huge plus. You won't have to worry about the outside spaces being busy or noisy (no kids). The property is well maintained and clean. I stayed in the Beach House which is huge and offers great views and access to the ocean. The kitchen is even stocked with pots, pans and dishes if you want to cook. If you are looking for a place to stay you can't go wrong here.

Absolutely Beautiful

This place is GORGEOUS! We stayed in the Big Presidential suite and it was stunning. It was very spacious and overlooked the gulf and pool. The owner was super responsive and kind and accommodating. We will without a doubt be coming back to stay here. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

I travelled solo for Rockville and I can not express how fantastic my stay here was! To be this close to the beach and have access to a great pool area my stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. Anne was great to deal with and very accommodating with my Tavel plans. I stayed in a one room bungalow that was perfectly sized for my needs. Look no further, this is the place to stay!!

Truly a hidden gem!

I absolutely loved staying here, the property is located right on the beach and is the perfect getaway for a family reunion! Highly recommend giving this place a try over one of the many other, overcrowded resorts.

Great Beachfront Property

This was a great place to stay. Our stay was relaxing. We had privacy, a great view and beach access directly from the pool area.
It’s so close you don’t have to leave the property to enjoy the ocean.
The villa was very clean and had a lot of space. Three bedrooms all with their own bathroom. One additional visitor bathroom.

The service was great. Answered questions before we arrived. Greeted upon arrival and given a walk through.

Parking was simple and spacious.

Gorgeous Retreat

Great stay and great service! The resort was even more beautiful than pictures, and truly a gem of the beach. Amazing service...we were free upgraded to a larger suite which we absolutely loved, but we most certainly would have been satisfied in any of the other rooms due to the incredible service and grounds keeping of the property. Will definitely recommend!

Wonderful get away.

Stayed for 6 nights at the Organic Beach Resort in Daytona Beach. The hotel is small, only 6 units, but that was perfect as we only saw a few guests our entire stay. There is no beach access directly due to recent hurricane damage but the very short walk around the next hotel was not a problem. It actually made the pool deck feel more secluded and private as no one could just walk up from the beach. The pool area was generally deserted most days and the water was beautiful. Inside, the rooms were very clean and obviously recently renovated. Everything worked very well. The bed was comfortable and the dual head shower was hard to leave. The resort was more like an upscale condo than a hotel. We are already planning our next vacation and hope to be able to stay here again!

Jewel on the Beach!

This hotel is a jewel in Daytona Beach! Katie was so helpful and the accommodations were great. We stayed in the cottage suite which was a 1-bedroom. It was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Daytona Beach area.

Overall this was an excellent value compared to other options.

For check in it would be helpful if room numbers were displayed on the doors.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Issue with TV was resolved within a few hours.

Loved the platform along the seawall that provided an excellent place to watch the sunrise and birds. Neighboring properies damaged by hurricane but this property was largely spared. Parking was adequate.

Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Room could use second overstuffed chair or love seat and coffee table in front of TV. Also could use bigger table and couple fold out luggage racks. Nice large refrigerator in room.

Room was clean, smelled of cleaning products upon arrival, which dissapated over time.
