The air conditioning did not work. When asked to have it fixed the staff always would say the maintenance guy was on break. lol my television never worked either. This place was a joke. Over priced too!

This was a great hotel - clean and quiet (even with multiple kids staying for sporting functions). Fitness center was great! Also had a free use pool table and multiple games in the common area.

Room was very clean, staff was helpful, several restaurants and stores nearby for easy access. I didnt see anywhere that there is a $50 deposit per night. We did receive the deposit back. Its important to have that information before hand. We travel alot and an unexpected $200 wasnt a pleasent suprise. Overall was a nice hotel and pleasent stay.

Need to have a safe in the rooms. The shower floors are really slippery. We had to go buy a shower mat. The pillows were not comfortable.
I really do not like the $50 per night hold on my credit card. You shouldn't be allowed to do so.

Tru is so clean! Loved that. Staff great. Sound attenuation not great, can hear people in hall and in other rooms. The free breakfast as actually delicious, eggs good, a pancake making machine that’s cool, had pumpkin spice pancakes. Also kielbasa, granola, bagels etc.coffee good too.

Prior to arriving to check in, I got a phone call. The representative said she was from the front desk I had to ask which front desk. Instead of asking if we are still arriving she said she had already tried to charge the card. It was a little odd to me, she also wasn’t very welcoming. While the room was clean it was so noisy with upstairs neighbours were running and jumping around until 4am. We barely got any sleep in.

Checking out the staff was lovely and welcoming. I will not be staying at this location again though
