This was by far the worst place I've ever stayed. We booked this hotel for the Sonic Temple Festival. We ended up leaving a day early because of the ants infestation in the room. There are stains on every surface. The sheets had spots of blood on them. The towels smelled horrible and were stained. Online says check in is 7am. They will chharge you extra for arriving before 3pm. The kitchenette has absolutely nothing but a barely running fridge, a non-working stove and the worlds smallest microwave. There was no soap or way to wash dishes. No coffee pot. The bathroom gas to be cleaned before we could use it. The tub had a ton of hair in it. Toilet has pee all over. There was a half used mini bottle of soap and an open bar of soap. The curtain had brown stains.the handrails in the lobby were caked with dirt and grime. There is absolutely no handicapped access. I could keep going but theres no point.

I wasn't expecting much, but even my low expectations were too much. \"Suite\" is a misnomer for a smallish room with kitchenette . There were NO cups or bowls or utensils in room. Even plastic ones would be a cheap upgrade. NO cups in room..none...was glad I had soda bottle to take my meds. Water also stunk. NO COFFEE...not in room, not in lobby, not anywhere. Again, a small investment by owners would go a long way.

I would not reccmmend this place at all. I thought I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and it was a room with one queen bed and a pull out that didn't even stay flat when you sat on it. It kept lifting up off the floor. The kitchen wasn't functional unless you brought your own dishes. There was no hot water in the room. The bathtub was filthy with a chalky film on it. I think the staff is also the cleaning service. Every time we went to leave the hallways smelled of rotten garbage. I asked for 2 pillows since there were only 3 bed pillows and was only given 1. There is clearly no smoking in the hotel but yet staff would smoke outside and bring the smoky smell in. Extremely disappointed. The complimentary breakfast was less then desirable with packaged oatmeal, stale muffins and granola bars that weren't even breakfast bars. Wifi was glitchy at best.

Hotel was old. Carpet worn. Drawer front was broken as was the hide a bed part of the sofa. Towels were in short supply- there was 3 of us but we could only have 2 sets of towels at a time because they didn't have enough. And the clients were horrible- smoking and talking right outside the outside door until all hours (which happened to be outside our window) Lots of slamming doors, yelling, screaming and noise until 3am or later, with the employees shrugging. We stayed 6 nights and this was every night. If we could have been refunded we would have gone elsewhere.
Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This is NOT the hotel you're looking for.

This property did not look anything like the outside of the original picture posted from here. It was good for a place to stay when you aren’t there for a long time. The staff was nice and respectful when they were there. They were not in the office many times when you needed help or to check out in the morning. The surrounding area is alittle sketchy so I don’t recommend staying if it is just you but if you are in a group it is a place to stay for cheap. You get what you pay for.

Parking lot is a mess and it’s not big enough. The toilet keeps running, the air conditioning doesn’t work. We went to use the couch as a pull out bed and the mattress is all stained and there’s no sheets in the room or on the mattress. The room is nice aesthetically. Through the channels offered are not many. The free breakfast is very good.

When I visited extended stay before the rooms were stocked with pots pants and silverware but this time there was no pots pants overwear nothing was available for us to use to cook the food that we brought. When we asked for a pen to cook eggs and we got one that was Teflon and had chips in it. That's not safe for humans to use. They didn't have pizza cutters they didn't give us place they didn't govern civil where they didn't give us anything else to use in the kitchen at.

I was not aware that this Hotel does not have elevator - that was a problem for me as I had a very heavy suitcase to haul up to 3rd floor. This was my first experience at an Extended Stay. It does have a kitchenette but no utensils. Bathrooms and bed were clean and comfortable but the carpet felt icky. The front desk clerk was helpful. I was pleased that it was not noisy (neighbors or hallways). The Hotel could use a thorough scrub-down cleaning.

So I have stayed here three or four times in the past, most times have been fine but a few rooms are in poor condition. Some of the neighbors are questionable people, and at times in the evening and weekend you can get parked in by inconsiderate visitors. There is enough parking but it is near capacity when the hotel is full and visitors of guests will just park in the lot parking people in instead of using on street or nearby lots that are commercial and free of charge. For whatever reason they have recently decided that locals may not rent which for me isn't a big deal since I have a residence out of town but others should be aware.

Blood was on the floor in the hall, the bathroom was literally falling apart, no toilet paper holder, the shower was moldy, broken and stained. I booked a room with a queen bed and a sofa. Upon arrival they said they didn't have that available only a queen. The television faced the wall so you couldn't watch television in bed. You had to sit at the desk to watch television.. I asked for extra pillows and blankets which they never brought. I would not recommend this hotel.

Wheni was able to check in to my room it was not satisfactory trash was still in the trash can and counter tops were dirty. There was no kitchenware in my room and also no ironing board. The rooms are out of date. The carpets are disgusting. There were no cooking utensils or pots and pans to cook with as stated in their advertising. The cabinets had wet spots and residue. The bed aggravated my sciatic nerve. The bed is hard cheap mattress with only three thin cheap pillows for two individuals. The heating and cooling system is out of date. I left a detailed request to have a room on a lower level because my husband is a severe diabetic. If EMT’s needed to provide assistance we would be close to the door. The hotel stated they never received the message. We ended up in a third floor room with a building that has NO ELEVATOR. I have enjoyed many experiences utilizing this app. This experience was the WORST.

This extended stay hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed at. The entire floor where I stayed smelled like marijuana. My “non-smoking” room smelled like cigarette smoke. The furniture was old and dingy and they didn’t even have soap in the bathroom.

We came to stay here so we could visit OtherWorld art museum. The hotel was so terrible that we didn't even stay here. I paid for a night at this hotel based off of the photos and reviews but when we got here, it was in a terrible part of town. We walked into the hotel lobby and were instantly hit with a powerful smell of marijuana. There were people basically laying in the lobby just hanging out. The front desk person's office was completely trashed and she seemed really flustered. There were people blasting music in their rooms, the halls were poorly lit, musty, and of course smelled like weed. Bags of trash were just laying in the hallways and the carpet was badly stained. I was so grossed out by the time we got to the room, that we just left. Luckily we only live about an hour from this hotel so we decided to just go back home.

First off I want to say, I understand a lot of people live in extended stays...however one of the guests was complaining about doors not working While I was trying to check in. The building was set up weird and the lobby had guests who seem to live there sleeping on the couch all night. My room itself was nice. The bed was comfy, so that’s a huge plus. If you book here, DO NOT ACCEPT ROOM 316! It is located right next to a hallway door, and every time someone went in and out of the door you could hear it slam!!!! I did like it was super close to I70!
